Are Chinese laws designed to protect the rich? With so many lawsuits under its name, Q&K can even escape its debts by changing its legal person. The legal person that changed is the old person that ignore the outside world, who refused the summons directly, which made it difficult for the court to enforce it. Landlords, tenants, and suppliers were cheated out of so much money that Q&K spent $130 million to buy other companies instead of using the money to pay off debts. With so many desperate people, is the goverment regulating this? Is this collusion between business and goverment? I am very confused.

青客公寓(Q&K)——有钱收购公司，却没钱还债

中国的法律难道是保护有钱人的吗？青客公司名下有那么多官司，居然还可以变更法人逃避债务，变更的法人是不问世事的老人，直接拒收法院传票，导致法院执行困难。房东、租客和供货商被骗走了那么多钱，青客居然花1.3亿美金去收购其他公司，而不用这些钱去还债，那么多人走投无路，政府有在监管这事吗？ 这算不算官 商勾结呢？我很困惑。
