这几天抽空再了解了一下蔚来的模式,的确是把客户服务成上帝了。然后客户会自愿去推广蔚来,取得积分。但是细思极恐,这和传销的套路一毛一样。蔚来高企的营销成本只会成为一个不断扩大的黑洞,直到庞氏骗局倒塌。除非降低目前用户的福利,但是可能吗?蔚来除了拿用户体验说事,其他真没什么行业壁垒。所谓的换电技术,也是别人早就尝试过论证过不可取的道路。所以,蔚来绝对不碰。

我只能说,在蔚来如此的服务之下,销售总量和增速都是不能让人满意的,前几天大涨,并不是因为销量的成绩,而在于减亏了。蔚来短期的任务依旧是活着。另外,经常有人拿蔚来和特斯拉比较。我觉得最大的区别,在于别人起步要远远早于蔚来,资本是有限的,市场也是有限的,先发优势在新兴领域上会直接体现在融资优势,团队优势,技术优势,市场优势等等上。都说做生意要顺势而为,不能逆天而行。谁都不愿意蔚来成为下一个乐视。

主要是某些蔚来车主推销的有点过头了,搞得很反感。聊天也说,朋友圈也发,入魔的还总说股票赚了再去买一辆云云。不带这样搞的。

换电技术在服务客户升级电池上的技术优势,已经体现在了电池升级上,其他品牌不做是因为走的传统汽车制造业路子,用尽全力揪用户的羊毛;蔚来的不同也许不会被投资者认可,但用户会认可,这反过来又会影响投资者;你愿意不愿意投资有巨大黏性用户群的品牌?

这个事情我们圈内也讨论过,说到底,就是技术上缺乏一个领袖,假如有牛逼的技术大牛,手里有核心技术,很多工程师都甚至愿意底薪学习的。马斯克做特斯拉是因为他本人就是那个最大的大牛。李斌说不好听的就是个投资人。

之前看过遇见大咖李斌的专访,他确实是有人格魅力,值得敬佩的,但是给人的感觉就是下面的人不给力。并且蔚来和吉利很像,报团很严重,长城帮,奇瑞帮,很多工程师都是打一枪换个地方,哪里给的高去哪里。

蔚来的财报利好很大程度上来自于裁员导致的亏损减少,我司都好几个蔚来跳过来的的,普遍感觉是薪资水平和实力不对等

互联网思维核心在于用户数量短期内可以实现成千上万倍的爆发式增长,从而可以大大摊销成本,提高上下游议价能力。可是当初特斯拉订单接到手软,产能成了地狱,好在大力投入自建工厂才在最近好转了。所以互联网思维不大可能适用的根本原因可能是汽车的产量是不可能爆发式增长的。更何况是代工的情况下。我的愚见哈。
