If TIGR is asked to delist, then FUTU will also be asked to do so. If Didi delist, it will have to pay shareholders at least $14 per share. Things are not so simple.

Ya most likely to list in hk first.

The other options are privatising the company or floating the shares in HK (as u've said).

That's what I meant actually - if u want to avoid a lawsuit, doesn't that mean u must consider the option to pay them the 14 per share?

Maybe they will list in Hk and our shares will move over 🤔

No its not a must for them to pay $14. Pls dont spread fake news, it is one of the option for them if they delist in order to avoid getting law suits from shareholders.

didi was advised not to list and they went ahead, there shouldn't be any impact to tigr or futu. if anything baba would be asked to delist before tigr or futu.
