Can you tell me how Tesla could have been "single digit weeks" from bankruptcy (Musk's own words) during the Model 3 ramp, and yet the company's financial statements, as filed with the SEC, never showed that condition? How can a publicly-traded company be that close to bankruptcy, and its auditors, PWC, didn't require a "going concern" warning with its financial statements?
