Based on difficulty and the existing technological hash rate of Bitmain S19 miners as of the date of this prospectus, we estimate that approximately 130,000 additional miners would be required to achieve 500 MW of mining capacity, however, we anticipate that technological improvement in future generations of miners will reduce the number of miners required to achieve 500 MW of mining capacity.
