$Pinterest, Inc.(PINS)$ Strictly a guess on my part, but I imagine either company would have offered a denial if there was nothing to these rumors, which tells me there's a credible offer on the table. Nothing officially announced would seem to indicate that it's being negotiated to some degree, which could be the reason that Q3 earnings date hasn't been announced.
Numbers I'm seeing around the $(Paypal)$ offer are lower than I would like to see. Microsoft's $51B offer last year seems like a much more reasonable valuation (particularly based on the earnings/revenue trend since then). So if $(MSFT)$ and PYPL are already confirmed as interested and there are no doubt others, I'm officially disappointed in any acquisition at less than $90/share.
