I'm certain Corsair is buying up many shares. They know the supply chain issues will be sorted out eventually and people will be buying like crazy for Christmas. It works out nicely for them to be proactive with this news instead of waiting for the ER. It's a month away and we will probably see some improvement in the supply side by then with all the pressure on the administration. Releasing this news at the height of the crisis not only makes the BOD good stewards of the company, but also allows the weaker hands to let go of shares.
