I covered the counter, Alterxy awhile back when it was much higher in terms of share price. I recalled when I mentioned this counter, it was back to around 80 USD, already 60 USD down or almost 43% down from all time peak... But even then, it did not hold onto just 43% fall. It went down further by another 18 USD to around 61.81 USD.

However, the coast is not clear for Alterxy... I used to like its businesses but didnt like the pricing I have to pay and remain uncertain on how good it is to continue to churn good sales growth each quarter.

My cautious approach towards Alterxy proves right here (well as always, I could be wrong) as Alterxy's problematic choice of a CRO who made racist remark revealed some potential problems within the organisation..

Since then, this counter revealed further weakness in its 3Q2021 results that makes me put it further behind in my watchlist.

With a slowing revenue growth and a worsening profit margin situation, this stock will need more time to prove itself to me before I would consider a position in it.

So all in all, I will sit on the sideline and see if this counter will fall more before its 4Q2021 results. We shall see. The big jump in sales and marketing costs as a percentage to sales is indicating that the management is trying to ramp up sales costs to drive sales or could also be a case of some higher level of competition emerging up that requires it to spend more to get sales..
