AMD: Problems with MI200 cards, but not because of selling.

Looks like AMD doesn't have enough MI200 cards after the supercomputer deal. There isn't issue with selling, but AMD hopes to bridge the ROCm and CUDA gap with the government deals and open source community before investing in manufacturing more MI200 cards. CPU Will continue to be the most profitable. Once ROCm catches up NVDA will have a good competition in data center workloads. 2022 can be big year. $AMD(AMD)$
