DL Holdings Group Limited (HKEX stock code: 1709) announced the completion of a strategic equity investment in Youngtimers AG (SWX: YTME), a Swiss innovative asset management firm, making DL Holdings a significant strategic shareholder. The US$3 million investment, led by DL Holdings and jointly completed with its family office partners, marks a critical step in the Group's "AI + Globalization" strategy.
In November 2024, Basel-based Youngtimers AG acquired C Capital and began operating under the brand, transforming into a global asset management company focused on the Asia-Pacific region. Established in 2017, C Capital manages over $800 million in assets, specializing in growth-stage investments in the consumer and technology sectors across Asia-Pacific. It has successfully invested in more than 40 innovative companies, including CASETiFY, Nothing Phone, Rednote, Agile Robots, NIO, XPeng Motors, and Lalamove. This development has significantly enhanced Youngtimers AG's investment expertise and global presence, further solidifying its position in the global market.
As a Hong Kong-listed financial institution with a market capitalization exceeding $1 billion and assets under management (AUM) of $4 billion, DL Holdings' cross-border move aims to strengthen three core strategies:
1.Deepening penetration in the European market—leveraging Youngtimers' Swiss financial hub status to rapidly establish a high-net-worth client service network in Europe.
2.Expanding alternative investment capabilities—integrating Youngtimers' expertise in structured products for scarce assets to enhance the global asset management product portfolio.

Intelligent system deployment: Implementing DL's self-developed "NeuralFin" AI platform to enhance dynamic portfolio optimization and virtual intelligent customer service.
