北京时间2024年3月5日(美国加州3月4日)-- 总部位于美国加州的全球共享智能电动出行生态公司Faraday Future Intelligent Electric Inc.(纳斯达克代码:FFIE)今日宣布,FF及其中国子公司(统称 "公司"、"Faraday Future "或 "FF")以侵犯商业秘密和不正当竞争为由,向中国广东省深圳市中级人民法院对FF前高管、华人运通创始人丁磊(连同其它关联公司,以下简称 "华人运通")提起诉讼。公司请求法院判令赔偿相应损失,并进一步要求华人运通立即停止侵犯与 FF 91 相关的商业秘密的行为,包括但不限于停止(i)使用涉案商业秘密,(ii)使用涉案商业秘密设计、开发、生产和销售涉嫌侵权的产品,(iii)销售涉嫌侵权的产品或使用涉案商业秘密为涉嫌侵权的产品提供售后服务,并立即停止所指控的不正当竞争行为。
