why is PLTR price still low?

Why is Palantir's stock price still in the low twenties when everyone seems bullish on it? I think that it's because many are still skeptical that companies will actually pay substantial amounts of money for data (from AI, for example). Most people and companies believe they know how to do things best, or they believe they can copy/ imitate others. Original thinking isn't appreciated enough. Maybe that's why Google might very well lose billions of dollars in this legal case with Netlist. I'm in NLST because I believe Netlist brings value, and Google and other companies in the near future and beyond will pay for the work that they do. $Palantir Technologies Inc.(PLTR)$
