I wont say that goldman is "beaten" even though oil is likely to not reach 100. Oil will most likely rise in short term due to reopening and increased demand everywhere. If prices continue to rise, OPEC members may be pressured to individually increase their own production to arrest their budget problems due to all the spending related to covid, giving some downward pressure on prices
