这件事情其实很好想明白。三年时间的限制类似于贸易制裁，但又有所不同。集体退市会引发大规模抛售，对于美股影响太大。所以给个时间缓冲，同时也是为了掐住中国的血管。是否退市也要看企业对资本的渴求度以及自身财报一直以来是否算得上干净。而且大规模的中概股回国二次上市必然会带来国际资金的流入。因为早些时候就流传国际资金未来看好中国市场的说法。这样的事件只会加入这一过程（虽然会有阵痛）。假如将来有中概股挺直了腰板不在美股退市的，那这些公司财报和控制权要有多硬气？也算是变向利好啦。

Audit inspections are performed on other U.S.-listed companies by the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board, set up after accounting scandals such as the one that blew up Enron in the early 2000s.\nChinese companies listed in the U.S. have been embroiled in financial scandals in the past — including Luckin Coffee Inc - ADR (OTC: LKNCY) this year, which led to a Nasdaq delisting.\nSixteen Chinese companies have delisted since February 2019, according to a government report in October.\nCarson Block, who has made himself a short-selling star through his investigations into Chinese companies, has called for the delisting of Chinese firms, saying to Bloomberg last month: \"This is China and the Chinese stock promotion, manipulation fraud machine laughing in the face of the SEC.\"\nWhat's Next: Markets now await any news on specific delistings. The bill could affect 217 Chinese companies, including popular stocks such as Alibaba Group Holding Ltd - ADR (NYSE: BABA), JD.Com Inc (NASDAQ: JD), Nio Inc - ADR (NYSE: NIO), Xpeng Inc - ADR (NYSE: XPEV) and Li Auto Inc.
