Invesco Van Kampen Dynamic Credit Opportunities Fund (the Fund) is a diversified, closed-end management investment company. The Fund’s investment objective is to provide a high level of current income, with a secondary objective of capital appreciation. The Fund seeks to achieve its objectives by investing primarily in a portfolio of interests in floating or variable rate senior loans to corporations, partnerships and other entities which operate in a variety of industries and geographic regions. The Fund invests in various sectors, such as lodging and casinos, cable and satellite television, containers and glass products, telecommunications and financial intermediaries. Invesco Advisers, Inc. acts as the investment adviser of the Fund. Avenue Europe International Management, L.P. is the Fund’s sub-adviser.
