It has assets across Singapore, Australian cities of Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Perth, as well as Seoul, South Korea. Its sterling portfolio comprises interests in nine office assets. Its properties include Ocean Financial Centre, Marina Bay Financial Centre, One Raffles Quay, 8 Chifley Square, Sydney, 8 Exhibition Street, Melbourne, 275 George Street, Brisbane, David Malcolm Justice Centre, Perth, 311 Spencer Street, Melbourne and T Tower, Seoul. The trust’s manager is Keppel REIT Management Limited.
