href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/5HT.SI\">皇冠</a>、必承其重,被无限拔高的消费预期,星巴克也有义务提升品质与服务,去满足目标消费者的需求。一时的舆论,不会改变星巴克的地位。<b>资本抢滩咖啡生意</b></p>\n<p>尽管不想承认星巴克的地位,但无论瑞幸还是咖啡新势力都想要抢占星巴克的市场,发出来的通稿,标题一律推倒星巴克,再一次彰显了星巴克的品牌意义。</p>\n<p>在现阶段,国内咖啡消费群体的品牌忠诚度不高。当市场上出现更优质的品牌,消费者会进行咖啡品牌的转换与更迭。</p>\n<p>一方面,咖啡品牌趁此时机,抓住暂时领先的窗口期,快速开新店、扩品类,共同目标是尽早形成真正的“品牌壁垒”。另一方面,资本趋利,增量市场,竞争不充分,当咖啡生意展现出巨大潜力,钱就开始流入。</p>\n<p>咖啡市场成熟时,资本收割市场的镰刀也到了。</p>\n<p>Manner、M Stand、三顿半、Seesaw咖啡均已在2021年获得了融资,公开资料显示,Manner咖啡的估值已经达到28亿美元、M Stand咖啡估值约40亿元、Seesaw咖啡估值近10亿元。</p>\n<p>面对14亿人口的市场,无数商家都会有的一个美梦是,只要我把握住其中的一个细分市场,就意味着巨大的利润。</p>\n<p><b>然而,在资本推动下,快速扩张,抢占市场才是常态,资本不会做时间的朋友。</b></p>\n<p>根据IT桔子数据,中国咖啡行业从2014年开始获得资本关注,2018年的融资数量和融资金额达到顶峰,随后开始下滑。2019年中国咖啡行业完成融资金额14.62亿元,完成投融资事件11起。</p>\n<p>在这股资本咖啡热潮之前,COSTA 闭店潮、大量独立咖啡店因疫情破产。更之前,是韩系咖啡馆的破产热潮。</p>\n<p>这不禁让人产生疑问:我国咖啡市场到底大不大?</p>\n<p>当资本想要炒作咖啡市场时,咖啡市场就可以是万亿市场。但事实上,集中在一线城市的咖啡市场难以下沉,14亿人口难以转化成为咖啡的消费潜力。</p>\n<p><img Stand、三顿半、Seesaw咖啡均已在2021年获得了融资,公开资料显示,Manner咖啡的估值已经达到28亿美元、M Stand咖啡估值约40亿元、Seesaw咖啡估值近10亿元。\n面对14亿人口的市场,无数商家都会有的一个美梦是,只要我把握住其中的一个细分市场,就意味着巨大的利润。\n然而,在资本推动下,快速扩张,抢占市场才是常态,资本不会做时间的朋友。\n根据IT桔子数据,中国咖啡行业从2014年开始获得资本关注,2018年的融资数量和融资金额达到顶峰,随后开始下滑。2019年中国咖啡行业完成融资金额14.62亿元,完成投融资事件11起。\n在这股资本咖啡热潮之前,COSTA 99% 的问题,剩下的 1% 的问题依然能够影响成千上万人,而后者的不满,则有可能让之前的 99% 12降到5269元。不仅如此,在天猫上购买的iPhone同在官网上购买所享受的服务是一样的,支持售后,同时还能享有12期免息。</p>\n<p>值得注意的是,这是自去年10月公开发售后的首次大幅度降价。如果按照5000元的5G手机价位来看,这几乎等同于国产手机的价格了。</p>\n<p>在很多消费者的印象里,苹果手机似乎是最保值的。但从今年苹果参加“6·18”的价格来看,一切似乎都不再是如此了。苹果,要下场“肉搏”国产机了吗?</p>\n<p><img 6开始就持续关注苹果的产品。</p>\n<p>“尤其是在自己上学的时候,对比一众国产安卓手机,买苹果的总有一种优越感。那时候,打个游戏,大家的系统不一样不互通,就感觉自己倍儿有面。”</p>\n<p>但是,肚兜感觉,近几年的产品体验越来越差,甚至感受不到同其他国产机相比的优势。</p>\n<p>“就拿我自己刚买的iPhone 12来说,首先价格不便宜,6000多块钱一部64G内存的。结果好家伙,刚到半年,人家告诉我在网上‘6·18’大促不到5000块就能拿下,这贬值得也太快了。”</p>\n<p>而且,肚兜表示,他的iPhone 12产品使用体验极差,“信号不好不说,还掉电极快,有的时候,随随便便玩个游戏就卡得跟PPT一样,真的有种花钱找罪受的感觉”。</p>\n<p>“所以今年‘6·18’即使苹果给出了这么大的折扣,我都是劝我周围的朋友,真的没有必要买。”</p>\n<p>某第三方机构的调查数据显示,在2021年第一季度5G智能手机主力机型的保值率排名中,iPhone系列机型已经低于国产手机华为和小米。其中,华为mate40 Pro的保值率在90%以上,小米11保值率为87.5%,而iPhone系列中保值率最高的iPhone 12 Pro则为85.9%。</p>\n<p>科技行业分析师陈喆表示:“值得注意的是,这个数据还是今年第一季度统计的。如果考虑到年中的‘6·18’促销活动,这意味着iPhone 12系列产品的保值率将会变得更低。”</p>\n<p>以iPhone 12为例,上市7个月,价格从6299元跌至5269元,已经很难想象出这是原本定位轻奢品的苹果手机了。</p>\n<p>自从2019年的时候,曾负责苹果零售业务的高级副总裁安吉拉·阿伦茨宣布离职,就基本宣告了苹果之前试图走轻奢品战略的失败。等到2020年的时候,苹果更是推出了号称其史上“最廉价”的系列机型iPhone 11。</p>\n<p>而中国市场作为苹果最重要的营收来源之一,在销售策略上也显得有些“特殊”。与乔布斯相比,库克似乎显得“更接地气”。这已经是苹果连续第二年参加国内的“6·18”促销活动。实际上,去年苹果第一次参加的时候就引起了热议。</p>\n<p>“去年开始苹果参加‘6·18’活动,其实有很多维度可以解释。最重要的一点就是,在刚刚放弃轻奢品的品牌战略之后,5G技术的缺失外加疫情肆虐导致苹果不得不选择走薄利多销的路子。”陈喆这样分析。</p>\n<p>在他看来,苹果的销售策略正在变得越来越“下沉”。“从苹果如今的定价模式来看,价格正在逐渐降低。不提去年的iPhone 11,单单拎出今年的iPhone 12也要比几年前的iPhone X等机型要便宜。”</p>\n<p>同样以中国市场为例,最早的时候,iPhone的首发市场并没有中国,甚至要比其他国家和地区晚上2个月。</p>\n<p>半导体行业投资人辛琪(化名)表示,这样的市场策略有好处,也有坏处,好处就是同相对低价的国产手机相对比,竞争优势更强,坏处就是一定程度上损害了自己原本的产品调性。</p>\n<p>但对于苹果而言,也许并不这么想。</p>\n<p>第三方调研机构Strategy Analytics公布的2021年一季度全球5G智能手机出货量数据显示,苹果第一季度出货量达4040万台,同比增长100%,占据了30.2%的市场份额。</p>\n<p>而苹果最新公布的一季度财报数据显示,第二财季大中华区营收高达177.28亿美元,而去年同期则只有94.55亿美元,同比增长了87%。而根据苹果公布的数据,iPhone营收占到了苹果整体业务的53.5%,潜在说明了iPhone 12系列贡献巨大。</p>\n<p>“不得不提的一个关键点就是,华为这次跌出了一季度出货量前五,主要是因为美国方面的制裁。在这一情况下,苹果降低自家产品价格,自然有利于抢占市场。”</p>\n<p>但对于国产机来说,却是另一个情况了。</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/aeb6dbb9ae9b6e45b42219fa4330be9b\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p><b>国产机向上</b></p>\n<p>现实就是,国产机正在变得越来越贵。</p>\n<p>“虽然我总在吐槽苹果机,但是换国产机的冲动也不是很大,因为这玩意真的越来越贵了。”肚兜这样表示。</p>\n<p>曾经印象里的一两千元的国产机,正在逐渐改变这种“刻板印象”,尤其是今年以来新推出的5G国产手机。华为P40 4188元起,P40 Pro 5988元起;小米10 3999元起,小米10 Pro 4999元;OPPO Find X2 5499元起,Find X2 Pro 6999元。从如今国产手机的定价来看,价位基本都已经在4000元以上。</p>\n<p>第三方机构Counterpoint Research的数据显示,除拉丁美洲以外,北美洲、欧洲、非洲、中国等手机均价都呈现出上涨趋势,其中上涨幅度最高的是中国市场,上涨率13%,位居全球第一。</p>\n<p>根据外媒Techinsights对小米10手机的拆解,预估小米10 12+256GB版的综合成本为440美元,约合人民币3089元。其中<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/QCOM\">高通</a>骁龙865芯片成本估计为125美元,也就是说单单芯片的成本就已经超过了整部手机成本的四分之一。</p>\n<p>如果考虑一款手机销售的其他环节的附加成本,比如销售、人工等,4699元的售价似乎就显得很良心了。</p>\n<p>“所以从这个角度来看,国产手机涨价有一部分很重要的原因就是本身硬件成本的攀升,比如芯片这块,尤其是被美国上游公司技术等方面的控制,定价权不在我们自己的手里,缺少自主权。”辛琪这样说。</p>\n<p>还有第三方机构分析,对于5nm工艺的处理器的手机,芯片的成本价格最少在238美元左右,甚至还要有108美元的设计成本等,最终售价达到426美元,约2900元人民币。</p>\n<p>按照这个预估来看,这样的手机售价最后超过5000元,都是一件很自然的事情。</p>\n<p>陈喆说:“更关键的原因在于,国产手机同苹果手机在技术层面的差距越来越小,而且在苹果不断侵占国内市场份额,国产手机厂商也许走高溢价的策略才能有一条生路。”</p>\n<p>4月末的时候,华为消费者业务CEO余承东曾在社交媒体转发了一篇名为《跌倒华为,吃饱苹果》的文章,就解释说华为手机平板的国内市场高端让给了苹果,中档及低端让给了OPPO、vivo和小米等。</p>\n<p>“当中低档市场已经逐渐饱和的时候,国产智能机涨价自然也就变成了理所当然的事情了。”陈喆说。</p>","source":"lsy1571439018386","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE People’s desire to travel, combined with our tightly managed expenses, drove a return to positive topline growth with materially improved Adjusted EBITDA.”</p><p>The company reported bookings of 64.4 million nights and experiences, which is 39% higher compared to the fourth quarter and 13% year over year. Analysts were calling for 62.5 million nights and experiences booked.</p><p>Gross booking value came in at $10.3 billion to mark a 52% increase and again much higher than the $7.87 billion expected from market analysts.</p><p>The company also highlighted that 24% of nights booked came from stays of at least 4 weeks, which is much higher compared with 14% in 2019.</p><p>For the guidance, the company said it expects Q2 revenues to be “significantly higher than that of Q2 2020”, which is understandable given the impact of Covid-19 on the prior-year period, and be at “a similar level to that of Q2 2019.” the company said. </p><p>“In Q2 2021, we expect the positive momentum of recovery experienced in Q1 2021 to be partially offset by the continued uncertainty of travel restrictions and lockdowns in EMEA.”</p><p>Bernie McTernan, an analyst at Needham & Company, praised a “blow out quarter” from ABNB on the recovery in demand for travel and holidays. He reiterated a “Buy” rating on the stock but lowered the price target to $194.00 from $210.00.</p><p>“This was a blow out quarter for ABNB, showing that travel is coming back and at higher levels of profitability.
