air carrierSpirit Airlineslooks cheap for investors, especially after a recent decline in its stock price, according to Citi.\nShares of the budget airline remain below their pre-pandemic levels and have dipped more than 13% in the past three months. However, the company released updated guidance on Monday that showed wider margins for the second quarter than previous projections.\nAnalyst Stephen Trent upgraded the stock to buy from neutral, saying in a note to clients on Tuesday that the stock’s recent struggles “opened value in the shares” and the updated guidance helped to convince him it was time to buy the dip.\n“Forecast adjustments for Spirit Airlines include the incorporation of stronger, expected unit revenue, higher forecasted growth in available seat miles, but with this growth only partially tempered by lower ’21E efficiency gains and higher fuel into our model,” the note said.\nThe positive guidance on revenue outweighs higher guidance on the cost side, Citi said.\n“Costs associated with re-starting some operations look poised to pressure ex-fuel [cost per available seat mile] more than we had previously anticipated, while fuel prices keep rising. However, summer 2021E travel demand indicators also look poised to support domestic leisure-oriented passenger revenue,” the note said.\nCiti also hiked its price target on Spirit by $2 to $42 per share, which is more than 23% above where the stock closed on Monday.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":286,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":340990909,"gmtCreate":1617327568301,"gmtModify":1634521410219,"author":{"id":"3570594690341208","authorId":"3570594690341208","name":"Anslyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/70edd673669436b2a03e50ddfabd03a8","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3570594690341208","authorIdStr":"3570594690341208"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Better week ahead!","listText":"Better week ahead!","text":"Better week ahead!","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/340990909","repostId":"1175312581","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":1808,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":323785643,"gmtCreate":1615376535082,"gmtModify":1703488095601,"author":{"id":"3570594690341208","authorId":"3570594690341208","name":"Anslyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/70edd673669436b2a03e50ddfabd03a8","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3570594690341208","authorIdStr":"3570594690341208"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Cool","listText":"Cool","text":"Cool","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/323785643","repostId":"2118644879","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2118644879","kind":"highlight","pubTimestamp":1615374385,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/2118644879?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-03-10 19:06","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Forget NIO and XPeng. That makes the battle to be the most dominant car maker worth hundreds of billions of dollars.
\n
UBS $(UBS)$ analysts said in a call with members of the media on Tuesday that they predict that, within the next few years, Tesla and Volkswagen will be the two global leaders in electric-vehicle sales. The analysts expect that Volkswagen will catch up with Tesla in terms of total volume of cars sold as soon as next year, when the two companies could each deliver around 1.2 million cars.
\n
Volkswagen Group is a German automobile giant that owns brands including Audi, Porsche, Bentley, Bugatti, and Lamborghini. In the past year, the company has raced past Tesla to become the most dominant electric-vehicle group in Europe -- the world's largest EV market behind China. Volkswagen controls between 20% and 25% of the market share in this key region.
\n
The German group also provides a model for legacy car makers looking to get into electric vehicles, with UBS calling Volkswagen the \"best EV transition story\" in the global auto manufacturing space.
\n
\"We think now is the time to be all-in as a car maker,\" said UBS analyst Patrick Hummel on Tuesday. \"It is about gaining scale as fast as possible, because scale is going to be a driver of profitability.\"
\n
UBS predicts that, by 2025, there will be manufacturing cost parity between electric and nonelectric vehicles, compared with a $5,000 cost difference in 2020 for more-expensive EVs. The average operating margin for EVs should grow to 7% by that time, from 1% in 2020 -- which means that there will be margin parity between EVs and conventional cars within the next four years.
\n
UBS analysts raised their target price for Volkswagen stock on Mar. 2 from EUR200 ($237) to EUR300. With the shares trading on Monday at around EUR191, the Swiss bank believes the stock has legs to climb 57% higher in the next 12 months.
\n
The key area that Volkswagen leads Tesla on, according to UBS, is that it has the best scalable EV platform.
\n
\"We use the analogy from the tech space, calling Tesla the Apple $(AAPL)$ of the future mobility space, because of an admired piece of hardware in combination with a cutting-edge software ecosystem,\" wrote Hummel and other analysts in a report on Mar. 2.
\n
\"Volkswagen is well positioned for a value proposition like Samsung -- a global brand trusted for its high-quality hardware, produced at scale. This won't get VW to Tesla's valuation spheres, in our view, but still offers significant upside from here,\" they added.
\n
Tesla still leads Volkswagen in a few critical technical areas, according to UBS. That makes the battle to be the most dominant car maker worth hundreds of billions of dollars.\nUBS $(UBS)$ analysts said in a call with members of the media on Tuesday that they predict that, within the next few years, Tesla and Volkswagen will be the two global leaders in electric-vehicle sales. The analysts expect that Volkswagen will catch up with Tesla in terms of total volume of cars sold as soon as next year, when the two companies could each deliver around 1.2 million cars.\nVolkswagen Group is a German automobile giant that owns brands including Audi, Porsche, Bentley, Bugatti, and Lamborghini. In the past year, the company has raced past Tesla to become the most dominant electric-vehicle group in Europe -- the world's largest EV market behind China. Volkswagen controls between 20% and 25% of the market share in this key region.\nThe German group also provides a model for legacy car makers looking to get into electric vehicles, with UBS calling Volkswagen the \"best EV transition story\" in the global auto manufacturing space.\n\"We think now is the time to be all-in as a car maker,\" said UBS analyst Patrick Hummel on Tuesday. \"It is about gaining scale as fast as possible, because scale is going to be a driver of profitability.\"\nUBS predicts that, by 2025, there will be manufacturing cost parity between electric and nonelectric vehicles, compared with a $5,000 cost difference in 2020 for more-expensive EVs. The average operating margin for EVs should grow to 7% by that time, from 1% in 2020 -- which means that there will be margin parity between EVs and conventional cars within the next four years.\nUBS analysts raised their target price for Volkswagen stock on Mar. 2 from EUR200 ($237) to EUR300. With the shares trading on Monday at around EUR191, the Swiss bank believes the stock has legs to climb 57% higher in the next 12 months.\nThe key area that Volkswagen leads Tesla on, according to UBS, is that it has the best scalable EV platform.\n\"We use the analogy from the tech space, calling Tesla the Apple $(AAPL)$ of the future mobility space, because of an admired piece of hardware in combination with a cutting-edge software ecosystem,\" wrote Hummel and other analysts in a report on Mar. 2.\n\"Volkswagen is well positioned for a value proposition like Samsung -- a global brand trusted for its high-quality hardware, produced at scale. This won't get VW to Tesla's valuation spheres, in our view, but still offers significant upside from here,\" they added.\nTesla still leads Volkswagen in a few critical technical areas, according to UBS. The most relevant lead for the long term is in software, but Tesla also beats out Volkswagen with its integrated electric powertrain, \"ruthless engineering,\" digitization, and autonomous driving features, said the UBS analysts.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":299,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":323785008,"gmtCreate":1615376514904,"gmtModify":1703488095081,"author":{"id":"3570594690341208","authorId":"3570594690341208","name":"Anslyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/70edd673669436b2a03e50ddfabd03a8","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3570594690341208","authorIdStr":"3570594690341208"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Cool","listText":"Cool","text":"Cool","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/323785008","repostId":"1135675667","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1135675667","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1615374681,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1135675667?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-03-10 19:11","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile All Host Investor Days This Week. AT&T (T) management will get the last word on Friday morning. Here’s whatWall Street will be looking forfrom each of the events.
\n
Verizon (Wednesday at 6 p.m. ET)
\n
Verizonwas the biggest spenderin the recently completed C-Band wireless spectrum auction, dropping $53 billion after clearing costs. The licenses up for auction count as mid-band spectrum, which offers an attractive trade-off betweencapacity and range for 5G networks. Management will likely make its expanded portfolio thecenterpiece of their pitchto investors on Wednesday, as a step toward its future network goals.
\n
“Verizon needs to help investors draw a line from where they were last year to where they say they’re heading over the next five and 10 years,” says Bernstein analyst Peter Supino. “The stock has remained more of a function of what Verizon is today than what it might be tomorrow.”
\n
That long-term visionincludes an integrated wireless and wired footprint that serves all of Verizon’s customers on one seamless network. Expect to hear the terms “network-as-a-service” and “Intelligent Edge Network” many times at the investor day.
\n
Supino would like to see some tangible operating metrics or milestones that investors can use to judge Verizon’s network progress in the coming years, and shift attention fromits slow-growth present—although with industry-leading margins—in a saturated U.S. wireless market. He sees the biggest opportunities in 5G home broadband and business mobile. Sales growth at Verizon lately has comemore from nudging consumer subscribersto more expensive monthly plans than from growing its subscriber base.
\n
Verizon management will also likely detail theirplans to reduce debtafter the C-Band splurge, which will likely keep buybacks off the table through 2023. Options prices imply about a 2% move in Verizon stock this week, according to data from Bloomberg. The shares have lost about 3% since the start of 2020, versus a 21% return for theS&P 500and 14% for theDow Jones Industrial Average.
\n
T-Mobile (Thursday at 2 p.m. ET)
\n
T-Mobile’s investor day will likely be more of an update on its Sprint merger integration progress. T-Mobile spent about $11 billion in the C-Band auction, but got the bulk of its mid-band spectrum portfolio from Sprint. It has been almost a year since the companiescombined last April, but T-Mobile’s management hasn’t updatedmerger-related financial targetssince the spring of 2018, when the deal was first announced.
\n
Back then, they expected to achieve more than $6 billion of annual cost savings within four years of the merger—thanks to combining the two networks, economies of scale, and eliminating redundant marketing, sales, and back office functions and expenses. At the end of 2020, T-Mobile had already achieved $1.3 billion in annual cost savings and last month the companyguided to $2.7 billion to $3 billionin annual synergies in 2021.
\n
Other 2018 targets includedgrowing its service revenuesby 2% to 4% annually and an adjusted Ebitda—or earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation, and amortization—margin of 54% to 57% over time, from about 41% at the time of the announcement. And in 2018, T-Mobile management also guided to $16 billion to $18 billion in annual free cash flow (FCF) over the long term, up from about $11.5 billion combined before the merger.
\n
“FCF is the key bogey and how the sausage gets made (subscribers, ARPU, margins, capex) is generally less important and there is no hard and fast consensus that has gelled around these numbers that we can detect,” wrote BofA Securities analyst David Barden on Tuesday. “The FCF outlook will also speak to deleveraging and when TMUS might re-launch its buyback program.”
\n
The Wall Street consensus estimate is for T-Mobile to hit $17 billion in free cash flow in 2025, up from $3 billion in 2020 and guidance from February of $4.9 billion to $5.4 billion this year.
\n
Also expect to see plenty of T-Mobile’s characteristic magenta-hued marketing materials on Thursday, and pronouncements from management aboutleaving competitors weeping, or the like. The company recently announced an expanded enterprise and business service, called T-Mobile WFX, targeted at companies’ work-from-home employees. T-Mobile lags far behind Verizon and AT&T in market share among business customers, so management is likely to point to that as a key new avenue for growth.
\n
Options pricing implies the largest move in T-Mobile stock this week, at about 4.5% in either direction. Theshares have climbed61% since the start of 2020.
\n
AT&T (Friday at 10 a.m.)
\n
AT&T’s latest move was a spinoff of DirecTV and its other pay-TV assets, which will bring inclose to $8 billion in cashbut also take that business’ profits off of AT&T’s income statement.Perhaps ironically, the result is a higher net-debt-to-Ebitda ratio than before the deal. AT&T’s leverage and dividend demandshave been contentious topicsamong investors and analysts since the company’s blockbuster acquisition of Time Warner in 2018.
\n
AT&T management is likely to underline theircommitment to the dividend, which currently yields about 7% annually, and may give an update on their debt-reduction plans or long-term leverage target. AT&T’s C-Band bill is about $28 billion including clearing costs.
\n
The company hasno shortage of investment prioritieseither: CEO John Stankey has identified fiber-optic cable spending, 5G network upgrades, and content for HBO Max as key investment areas in recent remarks.
\n
“We expect management focus to be on 1) Customer growth (Wireless, Broadband, HBO Max—with revised subscriber targets), 2) Connectivity (capex plans for fiber and spectrum deployment) and 3) Content (investment to support HBO Max growth),” wrote UBS analyst John Hodulik in a recent report.
\n
Speaking at an investor conference last week, WarnerMedia CEO Jason Kilar suggested that there would be a new subscriber target for HBO Max on Friday as well. The company ended 2020 with more than 41 million subscribers on HBO and HBO Max, versus a goal of 50 million by 2025 (offered in late 2019). Recent ambitious streaming subscriber targets fromViacomCBS(VIAC) andDiscovery(DISCA) havesent those stocks soaring, but investors might not give AT&T as much credit for such a move, given its conglomerate structure.
\n
Options pricing implies a move of about 2.5% in either direction for AT&T stock this week, according to Bloomberg data. AT&T stock has lost 17% after dividends since the start of 2020.

","source":"lsy1601382232898","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Verizon, AT&T, and T-Mobile All Host Investor Days This Week. Well, Palantir Technologies Inc. has been around since 2003 and is headquartered in Denver, Colorado. In short, they build and deploy software platforms for the intelligence community in the USA to assist in counterterrorism investigations and operations.
\n
Palantir Gothamis a software program that identifies patterns hidden deep within datasets. This helps execute real-world responses to threats that have been identified within the platform. This was used in the efforts to help those in need in hurricane Florence in 2018. Palantir Gothamcombined publicly available flood data with weather information and social vulnerability census data to find the communities in greatest needand resources were deployed appropriately. More recently, they are providing the U.S. government with coronavirus tracking software.
\n
The company also provides Palantir Foundry,a platform that transforms the ways organizations operate by creating a central operating system for their data; and allows individual users to integrate and analyze the data they need in one place.
\n
Pretty cool hey?
\n
What Is Driving The Company?
\n
Revenue. This is a growth play, plain and simple. Looking below we can see what is forecasted down the pipe. The missing block is 2020, which we found out todaywas $1.1 billion. That is a ~47% increase year-over-year. Going forward, analysts are projecting the pace stays heavy at 35%+ per year revenue growth. Often we consider 20% being strong, so that makes this look really good. For the fourth quarter, the company posted $322.1 million in revenue for the quarter, which was a beat by 20%.
\n

\n
(Source: TIKR.com)
\n
The shock came from theloss per share which totaled $0.08 versus the positive $0.02 consensus. The stock fell over 12% today on the earnings news. Upon diving deeper, it would appear most investors were disappointed with the forward forecasts. I personally think they are sandbagging a bit to blow away consensus down the line, but time will tell how true that is. Based on everything the company had put out in terms of news, which is nicely outlined inJohn Rhodes article : Palantir: Potential Q4 Revenue Blowoutmost people expected the revenue beat, but the action in the stock over the last week showed otherwise.
\n
Data has become more relevant to the average person than ever before. The local news has all kinds of data on it when it comes to COVID-19.In 2020, Palantir helped 100 commercial organizations and 10 national governments respond to COVID-19. This has been a large opportunity for Palantir, and they have not squandered it. This response has helped earn thema 2-year contract for U.K. health services work worth $31.5 million. In the fourth quarter alone, the company signed21 deals worth more than $5 million. 12 of which were worth $10 million or more. Revenue growth will continue to be the future of Palantir.
\n
Some of the best business going is government business. For the year, Palantir saw56% of their revenue or $610 million come from government contracts. While the commercial side saw higher year-over-year growth at 107%, a 77% increase in government-based revenue isn't anything to laugh at. One of the more impressive pieces was that we saw happen with the average customer.Revenue increased by 41% year-over-year. Up to $7.9 million per customer from $5.6 million. This is an important metric to keep an eye on as customers hand more and more business over to Palantir as they continue to develop and improve their systems. The other factor playing into this is Palantir pulling larger customers into the fold. The new customers acquired in 2020, generated $42 million in revenue.
\n

\n
(Company Presentation)
\n
So all of this and we still sit down 12% today? As I mentioned above, it was the forward forecasts that people were a bit shocked at. Palantir said toexpect revenue growth in excess of 30% for 2021. This would be fantastic news for most companies, but after you just posted a 47% growth year, it is a bit saddening. But as I said, I think they are sandbagging a bit. Analysts are still projecting about a 35% increase for 2021. Something tells me they will outdo that as the year goes on. The company did state that they are targeting $4 billion in revenue by 2025, which carrying 30% per year growth from here will get you. I fully expect that number to creep closer to $5 billion based on current projections. Palantir is going after the \"big fish\" across multiple industries.8 of their customers fall into the Fortune 100, and 12 of the Global 100. As their products continue to develop and improve, their bottom line is only going to get better. I think there is a lot of room to run here in the long term.
\n
What Are The Risks?
\n
One of the up-and-coming risks is the lock-up period ending, which I will touch on below. Besides that, I will look at the government contracts. Yes, they are some of the most important, but that's not to say they come without risk. In the past, Palantir has said they need to focus more so on commercial customers to help the bottom line and to turn a profit (part of the reason for the earnings sell-off). As we can see, they have landed some big-time commercial clients, but that government aspect still exists.
\n
Something to keep in mind as well is that dealing with the government can lead to crossing some lines that some are not okay with. As reported by the Washington Post,in 2018, more than 200 employees signed a letter to CEO Alex Karp, citing concerns over a partnership with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Multiple other big tech companies have been forced to cut ties with government agencies in the past over potential human rights violations.
\n
That said, I do really think the company will continue to do very well in the commercial sector and well reduce the overall government exposure overtime.
\n
What's The \"Lock-Up Period\"?
\n
The one concern many have had with Palantir is the lock-up period, which ends on February 19th (Friday). Typically, this is where we will see the lows kick in on IPO's that go this route, but it is not always the case.
\n
\n Looking at 15 stocks that sawtheir lock-up periods expire in the first two weeks of October, the majority of shares started to fall in the days before the expiration date, prior to bouncing back three to five days afterwards. However, some saw virtually no selling pressure on the day and the share price immediately climbed once the lock-up had ended.\n
\n
What is it? Well in short, instead of an IPO where new shares of the company are created and are underwritten by an intermediary, we have a Direct Listing. This is wherethe business sells shares directly to the public without the help of any intermediaries. It does not involve any underwriters or other intermediaries, there are no new shares issued. This means the largest shareholders in the business can only freely sell their shares after the IPO lock-up expiration. Spotify (SPOT) and Slack (WORK) are two examples of companies that went the Direct Listing route. That said, neither of these companies had lock-up periods for employees.
\n
So what does this mean? Well, given thatMarketWatch said:
\n
\n For Palantir, though, years of venture-capital investments have created more than enough shares to launch public trading: roughly 1.64 billion, though that grows to 2.17 billion in a fully diluted formula that includes vesting options.\n
\n
It means that with roughly 497 million current outstanding shares, that we could see about 1.7 billion shares hit the market. Now that is not really likely, but what it does mean is that there should be less than average selling pressure on the stock considering the usually IPO accounts for 10% of shares released, while Palantir released over 20% based on the numbers provided above.
\n
Where are we now? Well as per the study quoted earlier, we are right on track. The stock is selling off in an orderly fashion right before the lock-up period ends. Now we have to wait and see what the rebound looks like. Or does everyone sell high and try and buy even lower? It is a bit of a wait-and-see. Let's take a look at what the technicals show us.
\n
What Does The Price Say?
\n
Taking a quick peek at the technicals, we can see a couple of really strong support levels. Firstly, we broke through a pretty big one at $30 today and did so in a big way, which is a bit concerning in the short term, but there is potential for a quick bounce to re-test that $30 mark quickly. If these markets have taught us anything, it's that they can move quickly! In a normal case, this is probably where my stop would be. But have not had a position until today, the game changes a bit as I take on more risk.
\n

\n
(Source: TC2000.com)
\n
When a stock as popular as Palantir tanks like we saw today, one of two things happens. Either the dip gets bought up and this stock will fly back up to $40, or we see Palantir drop down to ~$23. Because the stock is so new, we really do not have a good gauge for support. Looking below we can see roughly where I am pulling $23 out of. This is a pretty substantial move from here yet. Would be about 20% to the downside. If $23 breaks, it could go even further south.
\n

\n
(Source: TC2000.com)
\n
When trying to catch the bounce, you have to be prepared to average down. It is a totally different approach. Scale in, and scale-out.... all while knowing when to cut it loose. If you want to play this safe, watch for the bounce and try and get in then. I do think there will be a decent bounce that takes the stock back to $36-$40, but the question is when. This is not a long-term hold for me personally.
\n
Wrap-Up
\n
As you can see, there is a lot to like about the direction in which the company is headed. The valuation can always be debated, but at the end of the day, the value is whatever someone is willing to pay for it. Palantir is a revenue machine and it is not going to slow down. They are playing with the \"big fish\" and the revenue will follow as long as they can continue to deliver on their goals. I am currently long, but watching closely as the lock-up period ends this week. If you are going long, make sure to scale in over the next couple of days and place your bets for which way this goes next week. Until Tuesday, Goldman Sachs GS, -0.91% restricted its robo-advisory service, Marcus, to people who had at least $10 million to invest.
\n
Now anyone with at least $1,000 to invest in can access the same trading algorithms that have been used by some of Goldman Sachs’ wealthiest clients for a 0.35% annual advisory fee. But investing experts say there are more costs to consider before jumping on the robo-investing train.
\n
“Much like in Vegas, the house generally wins,” said Vance Barse, a San Diego, California-based financial advisor who runs a company called Your Dedicated Fiduciary.
\n
Although the 35 basis-point price tag is a “loss leader” to Goldman Sachs, he said companies typically make such offers in order to attract clients to cross-sell them banking products.
\n
“People forget that banks are ultimately in the business of making money,” he said.
\n
Goldman Sachs declined to comment.
\n
The company is among other major financial-services firms offering digital advisers, including Vanguard, Fidelity and Schwab SCHW, +1.03% and startups such as Betterment and Wealthfront.
\n
Fees for robo advisers can start at around 0.25%, and increase to 1% and above for traditional brokers. A survey of nearly 1,000 financial planners by Inside Information, a trade publication, found that the bigger the portfolio, the lower the percentage clients paid in fees.
\n
The median annual charge hovered at around 1% for portfolios of $1 million or less, and 0.5% for portfolios worth $5 million to $10 million.
\n
Robo advisers like those on offer from Goldman Sachs and Betterment differ from robo platforms like Robinhood. The former suggest portfolios focused on exchange-traded funds, while Robinhood allows users to invest in individual ETFs, stocks, options and even cryptocurrencies.
\n
Robo investing as a self-driving car
\n
Consumers have turned to robo-investing at unprecedented levels during the pandemic.
\n
The rate of new accounts opened jumped between 50% and 300% during the first quarter of 2020 compared to the fourth quarter of last year, according to a May report published by research and advisory firm Aite Group.
\n
So what is rob-investing? Think of it like a self-driving car.
\n
You put in your destination, buckle up in the backseat and your driver (robo adviser) will get there. You, the passenger, can’t easily slam the breaks if you fear your driver is leading you in the wrong direction. Nor can you put your foot on the gas pedal if you’re in a rush and want to get to your destination faster.
\n
Robo-investing platforms use advanced-trading algorithm software to design investment portfolios based on factors such as an individual’s appetite for risk-taking and desired short-term and long-term returns.
\n
There are over 200 platforms that provide these services charging typically no more than a 0.5% annual advisory fee, compared to the 1% annual fee human investment advisors charge.
\n
And rather than investing entirely on your own, which can become a second job and lead to emotional investment decisions, robo advisers handle buying and selling assets.
\n
Cynthia Loh, Schwab vice president of Digital Advice and Innovation, disagrees, and argues that robo investing doesn’t mean giving technology control of your money. Schwab, she said, has a team of investment experts who oversee investment strategy and keep watch during periods of market volatility, although some services have more input from humans than others.
\n
As she recently wrote on MarketWatch: “One common misconception about automated investing is that choosing a robo adviser essentially means handing control of your money over to robots. The truth is that robo solutions have a combination of automated and human components running things behind the scenes.”
\n
Robos appeal to inexperienced investors
\n
Robo investing tends to appeal to inexperienced investors or ones who don’t have the time or energy to manage their own portfolios. These investors can take comfort in the “set it and forget it approach to investing and overtime let the markets do their thing,” Barse said.
\n
That makes it much easier to stomach market volatility knowing that you don’t necessarily have to make spur-of-the-moment decisions to buy or sell assets, said Tiffany Lam-Balfour, an investing and retirement specialist at NerdWallet.
\n
“When you’re investing, you don’t want to keep looking at the market and going ‘Oh I need to get out of this,’” she said. “You want to leave it to the professionals to get you through it because they know what your time horizon is, and they’ll adjust your portfolio automatically for you.”
\n
That said, “you can’t just expect your investments will only go up. Even if you had the world’s best human financial adviser you can’t expect that.”
\n
Others disagree, and say robo advisers appeal to older investors. “Planning for and paying yourself in retirement is complex. There are many options out there to help investors through it, and robo investing is one of them,” Loh said.
\n
“Many thoughtful, long-term investors have discovered that they want a more modern, streamlined, and inexpensive way to invest, and robo investing fits the bill. They are happy to let technology handle the mundane activities that are harder and more time-consuming for investors to do themselves,” she added.
\n
There is often no door to knock on
\n
Your robo adviser only knows what you tell it. The simplistic questionnaire you’re required to fill out will on most robo-investing platforms will collect information on your annual income, desired age to retire and the level of risk you’re willing to take on.
\n
It won’t however know if you just had a child and would like to begin saving for their education down the road or if you recently lost your job.
\n
“The question then becomes to whom does that person go to for advice and does that platform offer that and if so, to what level of complexity?” said Barse.
\n
Not all platforms give individualized investment advice and the hybrid models that do offer advice from a human tend to charge higher annual fees.
\n
Additionally, a robo adviser won’t necessarily “manage your money with tax efficiency at front of mind,” said Roger Ma, a certified financial planner at Lifelaidout, a New York City-based financial advisory group.
\n
For instance, one common way investors offset the taxes they pay on long-term investments is by selling assets that have accrued losses. Traditional advisers often specialize in constructing portfolios that lead to the most tax-efficient outcomes, said Ma, who is the author of “Work Your Money, Not Your Life”.
\n
But with robo investing, the trades that are made for you are the same ones that are being made for a slew of other investors who may fall under a different tax-bracket than you.
\n
On top of that, while robo investing may feel like a simplistic way to get into investing, especially for beginners it can “overcomplicate investing,” Ma said.
\n
“If you are just looking to dip your toe in and you want to feel like you’re invested in a diversified portfolio, I wouldn’t say definitely don’t do a robo adviser,” he said.
\n
Don’t rule out investing through a target-date fund that selects a single fund to invest in and adjusts the position over time based on their investment goals, he added.
\n
But not everyone can tell the difference between robo advice and advice from a human being. In 2015, MarketWatch asked four prominent robo advisers and four of the traditional, flesh-and-blood variety to construct portfolios for a hypothetical 35-year-old investor with $40,000 to invest.
\n
The results were, perhaps, surprising for critics of robo advisers. The robots’ suggestions were “not massively different” from what the human advisers proposed, said Michael Kitces, Pinnacle Advisory Group’s research director, after reviewing the results.
\n

","source":"lsy1603348471595","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Goldman Sachs is joining the robo-investing party — should you?
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nGoldman Sachs is joining the robo-investing party — should you?\n
\n
\n\n\n2021-02-19 19:24 GMT+8 Marketwatch\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
‘Much like in Vegas, the house generally wins,” said Vance Barse, a San Diego, California-based financial advisor who runs a company called Your Dedicated Fiduciary.\n\nRobo investing has become ...
\nWeb Link\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{},"source_url":"https://www.marketwatch.com/story/goldman-sachs-is-joining-the-robo-investing-party-should-you-11613658128?mod=home-page","is_english":true,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1161529893","content_text":"‘Much like in Vegas, the house generally wins,” said Vance Barse, a San Diego, California-based financial advisor who runs a company called Your Dedicated Fiduciary.\n\nRobo investing has become increasingly ubiquitous on practically every brokerage platform. Until Tuesday, Goldman Sachs GS, -0.91% restricted its robo-advisory service, Marcus, to people who had at least $10 million to invest.\nNow anyone with at least $1,000 to invest in can access the same trading algorithms that have been used by some of Goldman Sachs’ wealthiest clients for a 0.35% annual advisory fee. But investing experts say there are more costs to consider before jumping on the robo-investing train.\n“Much like in Vegas, the house generally wins,” said Vance Barse, a San Diego, California-based financial advisor who runs a company called Your Dedicated Fiduciary.\nAlthough the 35 basis-point price tag is a “loss leader” to Goldman Sachs, he said companies typically make such offers in order to attract clients to cross-sell them banking products.\n“People forget that banks are ultimately in the business of making money,” he said.\nGoldman Sachs declined to comment.\nThe company is among other major financial-services firms offering digital advisers, including Vanguard, Fidelity and Schwab SCHW, +1.03% and startups such as Betterment and Wealthfront.\nFees for robo advisers can start at around 0.25%, and increase to 1% and above for traditional brokers. A survey of nearly 1,000 financial planners by Inside Information, a trade publication, found that the bigger the portfolio, the lower the percentage clients paid in fees.\nThe median annual charge hovered at around 1% for portfolios of $1 million or less, and 0.5% for portfolios worth $5 million to $10 million.\nRobo advisers like those on offer from Goldman Sachs and Betterment differ from robo platforms like Robinhood. The former suggest portfolios focused on exchange-traded funds, while Robinhood allows users to invest in individual ETFs, stocks, options and even cryptocurrencies.\nRobo investing as a self-driving car\nConsumers have turned to robo-investing at unprecedented levels during the pandemic.\nThe rate of new accounts opened jumped between 50% and 300% during the first quarter of 2020 compared to the fourth quarter of last year, according to a May report published by research and advisory firm Aite Group.\nSo what is rob-investing? Think of it like a self-driving car.\nYou put in your destination, buckle up in the backseat and your driver (robo adviser) will get there. You, the passenger, can’t easily slam the breaks if you fear your driver is leading you in the wrong direction. Nor can you put your foot on the gas pedal if you’re in a rush and want to get to your destination faster.\nRobo-investing platforms use advanced-trading algorithm software to design investment portfolios based on factors such as an individual’s appetite for risk-taking and desired short-term and long-term returns.\nThere are over 200 platforms that provide these services charging typically no more than a 0.5% annual advisory fee, compared to the 1% annual fee human investment advisors charge.\nAnd rather than investing entirely on your own, which can become a second job and lead to emotional investment decisions, robo advisers handle buying and selling assets.\nCynthia Loh, Schwab vice president of Digital Advice and Innovation, disagrees, and argues that robo investing doesn’t mean giving technology control of your money. Schwab, she said, has a team of investment experts who oversee investment strategy and keep watch during periods of market volatility, although some services have more input from humans than others.\nAs she recently wrote on MarketWatch: “One common misconception about automated investing is that choosing a robo adviser essentially means handing control of your money over to robots. The truth is that robo solutions have a combination of automated and human components running things behind the scenes.”\nRobos appeal to inexperienced investors\nRobo investing tends to appeal to inexperienced investors or ones who don’t have the time or energy to manage their own portfolios. These investors can take comfort in the “set it and forget it approach to investing and overtime let the markets do their thing,” Barse said.\nThat makes it much easier to stomach market volatility knowing that you don’t necessarily have to make spur-of-the-moment decisions to buy or sell assets, said Tiffany Lam-Balfour, an investing and retirement specialist at NerdWallet.\n“When you’re investing, you don’t want to keep looking at the market and going ‘Oh I need to get out of this,’” she said. “You want to leave it to the professionals to get you through it because they know what your time horizon is, and they’ll adjust your portfolio automatically for you.”\nThat said, “you can’t just expect your investments will only go up. Even if you had the world’s best human financial adviser you can’t expect that.”\nOthers disagree, and say robo advisers appeal to older investors. “Planning for and paying yourself in retirement is complex. However, summer 2021E travel demand indicators also look poised to support domestic leisure-oriented passenger revenue,” the note said.\nCiti also hiked its price target on Spirit by $2 to $42 per share, which is more than 23% above where the stock closed on Monday.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":286,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":323785643,"gmtCreate":1615376535082,"gmtModify":1703488095601,"author":{"id":"3570594690341208","authorId":"3570594690341208","name":"Anslyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/70edd673669436b2a03e50ddfabd03a8","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3570594690341208","authorIdStr":"3570594690341208"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Cool","listText":"Cool","text":"Cool","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/323785643","repostId":"2118644879","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":299,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":323785008,"gmtCreate":1615376514904,"gmtModify":1703488095081,"author":{"id":"3570594690341208","authorId":"3570594690341208","name":"Anslyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/70edd673669436b2a03e50ddfabd03a8","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3570594690341208","authorIdStr":"3570594690341208"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Cool","listText":"Cool","text":"Cool","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/323785008","repostId":"1135675667","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":308,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":329410292,"gmtCreate":1615267425716,"gmtModify":1703486499385,"author":{"id":"3570594690341208","authorId":"3570594690341208","name":"Anslyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/70edd673669436b2a03e50ddfabd03a8","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3570594690341208","authorIdStr":"3570594690341208"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"GT gogo","listText":"GT gogo","text":"GT gogo","images":[{"img":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/1c2b099cb714fc38da51115175ba2b5c","width":"1080","height":"2738"}],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/329410292","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":299,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":1,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":366398814,"gmtCreate":1614391020238,"gmtModify":1703477211175,"author":{"id":"3570594690341208","authorId":"3570594690341208","name":"Anslyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/70edd673669436b2a03e50ddfabd03a8","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3570594690341208","authorIdStr":"3570594690341208"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Cool","listText":"Cool","text":"Cool","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/366398814","repostId":"2114024883","repostType":2,"repost":{"id":"2114024883","kind":"highlight","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Reuters.com brings you the latest news from around the world, covering breaking news in markets, business, politics, entertainment and technology","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Reuters","id":"1036604489","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/443ce19704621c837795676028cec868"},"pubTimestamp":1614379930,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/2114024883?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-02-27 06:52","market":"us","language":"en","title":"BRIEF-AMC Entertainment Says Approved Supplemental Special Incentive Cash Bonuses In Lieu Of Any Payments","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2114024883","media":"Reuters","summary":"Feb 26 (Reuters) - AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc : * AMC ENTERTAINMENT - ON FEB 23, APPROVED SU","content":"

Feb 26 (Reuters) - AMC Entertainment Holdings Inc :

* AMC ENTERTAINMENT - ON FEB 23, APPROVED SUPPLEMENTAL SPECIAL INCENTIVE CASH BONUSES IN LIEU OF ANY PAYMENTS UNDER ITS 2020 ANNUAL INCENTIVE PLAN

* AMC ENTERTAINMENT - BONUSES WILL BE PAID TO ELIGIBLE EMPLOYEES, INCLUDING NEOS, CORPORATE ASSOCIATES & THEATRE MANAGEMENT FROM ABOUT $8.3 MILLION POOL

* AMC ENTERTAINMENT - BONUSES ARE IN ADDITION TO INITIAL SPECIAL INCENTIVE BONUSES AWARDED IN OCTOBER 2020

* AMC ENTERTAINMENT - BONUS APPROVED FOR CEO ADAM ARON IS $3.8 MILLION

Source text: [ Further company coverage:

((Reuters.Briefs@thomsonreuters.com;))

","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n<meta content=\"text/html; Total net revenue for the quarter was $3.16 billion, up 141% year-over-year, versus analysts' consensus of $3.11 billion.","content":"

Payment services provider Square (NYSE:SQ) posted a 52% year-over-year increase in Q4 2020 gross profit of $804 million and up from $794 million in Q3 2020. Total net revenue for the quarter was $3.16 billion, up 141% year-over-year, versus analysts' consensus of $3.11 billion.
\n
Transaction-based revenue was $929 million in the fourth quarter of 2020, up 12% year over year, and transaction-based gross profit was $394 million, up 26% year over year. Subscription- and services-based revenue was $449 million in the fourth quarter of 2020, up 60% year over year.
\n
Operating expenses were $759 million in the fourth quarter of 2020, up 49% year over year, and non-GAAP operating expenses were $622 million, up 51% year over year.
\n
The company's mobile payment service, Cash App, powered the rise with a 162% year-over-year increase to $377 million in gross profit, while the Seller ecosystem generated gross profit of $427 million, up 13% year-over-year. Cash App had more than 36 million monthly customers active, a 50% increase year-over-year.
\n
Square announced its earnings results after the market closed on Tuesday. Almost overshadowing the strong earnings was the announcement that it has purchased approximately 3,318 bitcoins at a cost of $170 million. The company previously had purchased $50 million in bitcoin. The total of approximately $220 million represents roughly 5% of Square's total cash, cash equivalents and marketable securities on hand as of Dec. 31, 2020, the company said.
\n
The reason for the purchase is that Square \"believes that cryptocurrency is an instrument of economic empowerment, providing a way for individuals to participate in a global monetary system and secure their own financial future. The investment is part of Square's ongoing commitment to bitcoin, and the company plans to assess its aggregate investment in bitcoin relative to its other investments on an ongoing basis,\" the company said.
\n
Square reported $185 million in adjusted earnings before interest, taxes, depreciation and amortization (EBITDA) in Q4, up 57% year-over-year. Net income climbed from $37 million in Q3 to $294 million in Q4, supported by $274 million related to equity investments, including a $255 million gain related to the sale of its Caviar business to DoorDash (NYSE:DASH).
\n
For the full year, Square reported gross profit of $2.73 billion, a 45% increase over 2019. Cash App generated $1.23 billion in gross profit, up 168%, and Seller generated $1.51 billion, up 8%. Total net revenue for 2020 was $9.5 billion, an increase of 101% from 2019. For the full year of 2020, subscription- and services-based revenue was $1.54 billion, up 49% year over year, and subscription- and services-based gross profit was $1.32 billion, up 65% year over year.
\n
For the full year of 2020, operating expenses were $2.75 billion, up 48% year over year, and non-GAAP operating expenses were $2.27 billion, up 53% year over year. Adjusted earnings per share was 84 cents.
\n
\"We see compelling opportunities to increase our investments across our Cash App and Seller ecosystems,\" Square said in a note to shareholders. \"In 2021, we are focusing our investments on customer acquisition and product innovation. We have achieved attractive returns on our sales and marketing investments as customers have turned to our ecosystems to help them in dynamic environments, and we intend on continuing to expand and strengthen our product offerings.\"
\n
Cash App
\n
Within the Cash App network, Square reported a 50% increase in peer-to-peer transactions sent per customer compared to 2019, with more than 80 million customers now having used Cash App at some point. Gross profit per monthly transacting active customer reached $41 in Q4, up approximately 70% year-over-year.
\n
\"These network effects have complemented our paid marketing campaigns, allowing us to maintain a low acquisition cost of fewer than $5 in 2020 for a new transacting active customer,\" Square said.
\n
Square also noted that its Cash Boost rewards program members spent twice as much as other Cash App card members.
\n
Bitcoin
\n
Square first invested in bitcoin to provide customers more ways to transact on its platform. In 2020, the company said more than 3 million customers purchased or sold bitcoin on the Cash App, and in January 2021, more than 1 million customers purchased bitcoin for the first time.
\n
Bitcoin revenue increased to $1.76 billion, from $177.6 million a year ago.
\n
Seller ecosystem
\n
Square has continued to build out its Seller ecosystem, and in particular its Seller gross payment volume. GPV represents the total dollar amount of all card payments processed by sellers using Square. Some investors were expecting the company was expected to release blowout earnings today and fell short of that. The company did post incredible revenue growth, and the path forward looks bright as well. However, investors were disappointed with just how bright that picture is according to the company. The stock is falling leading up to the end of the lock-up period as expected. Next week will tell a better story as to where this stock is headed. If you are feeling risky, jump aboard.
\n
Who Are They?
\n
If you are like me, you likely had no idea who this company was or what they did.

Stay safe out there!

","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Palantir: Buy The Dip
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nPalantir: Buy The Dip\n
\n
\n\n\n2021-02-19 14:59 GMT+8 Seeking Alpha\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
Summary\n\nPalantir posted solid revenue, but missed on earnings. Based on everything the company had put out in terms of news, which is nicely outlined inJohn Rhodes article : Palantir: Potential Q4 Revenue Blowoutmost people expected the revenue beat, but the action in the stock over the last week showed otherwise.\nData has become more relevant to the average person than ever before. Revenue growth will continue to be the future of Palantir.\nSome of the best business going is government business. The new customers acquired in 2020, generated $42 million in revenue.\n\n(Company Presentation)\nSo all of this and we still sit down 12% today? I think there is a lot of room to run here in the long term.\nWhat Are The Risks?\nOne of the up-and-coming risks is the lock-up period ending, which I will touch on below. Besides that, I will look at the government contracts. Yes, they are some of the most important, but that's not to say they come without risk. In the past, Palantir has said they need to focus more so on commercial customers to help the bottom line and to turn a profit (part of the reason for the earnings sell-off). As we can see, they have landed some big-time commercial clients, but that government aspect still exists.\nSomething to keep in mind as well is that dealing with the government can lead to crossing some lines that some are not okay with. As reported by the Washington Post,in 2018, more than 200 employees signed a letter to CEO Alex Karp, citing concerns over a partnership with Immigration and Customs Enforcement. Multiple other big tech companies have been forced to cut ties with government agencies in the past over potential human rights violations.\nThat said, I do really think the company will continue to do very well in the commercial sector and well reduce the overall government exposure overtime.\nWhat's The \"Lock-Up Period\"?\nThe one concern many have had with Palantir is the lock-up period, which ends on February 19th (Friday). Typically, this is where we will see the lows kick in on IPO's that go this route, but it is not always the case.\n\n Looking at 15 stocks that sawtheir lock-up periods expire in the first two weeks of October, the majority of shares started to fall in the days before the expiration date, prior to bouncing back three to five days afterwards. However, some saw virtually no selling pressure on the day and the share price immediately climbed once the lock-up had ended.\n\nWhat is it? Well in short, instead of an IPO where new shares of the company are created and are underwritten by an intermediary, we have a Direct Listing. This is wherethe business sells shares directly to the public without the help of any intermediaries. It does not involve any underwriters or other intermediaries, there are no new shares issued. This means the largest shareholders in the business can only freely sell their shares after the IPO lock-up expiration. Spotify (SPOT) and Slack (WORK) are two examples of companies that went the Direct Listing route. That said, neither of these companies had lock-up periods for employees.\nSo what does this mean? Well, given thatMarketWatch said:\n\n For Palantir, though, years of venture-capital investments have created more than enough shares to launch public trading: roughly 1.64 billion, though that grows to 2.17 billion in a fully diluted formula that includes vesting options.\n\nIt means that with roughly 497 million current outstanding shares, that we could see about 1.7 billion shares hit the market. Now that is not really likely, but what it does mean is that there should be less than average selling pressure on the stock considering the usually IPO accounts for 10% of shares released, while Palantir released over 20% based on the numbers provided above.\nWhere are we now? Well as per the study quoted earlier, we are right on track. The stock is selling off in an orderly fashion right before the lock-up period ends. Now we have to wait and see what the rebound looks like. Or does everyone sell high and try and buy even lower? It is a bit of a wait-and-see. Let's take a look at what the technicals show us.\nWhat Does The Price Say?\nTaking a quick peek at the technicals, we can see a couple of really strong support levels. But have not had a position until today, the game changes a bit as I take on more risk.\n\n(Source: TC2000.com)\nWhen a stock as popular as Palantir tanks like we saw today, one of two things happens. If $23 breaks, it could go even further south.\n\n(Source: TC2000.com)\nWhen trying to catch the bounce, you have to be prepared to average down. It is a totally different approach. Scale in, and scale-out.... all while knowing when to cut it loose. If you want to play this safe, watch for the bounce and try and get in then. I do think there will be a decent bounce that takes the stock back to $36-$40, but the question is when. This is not a long-term hold for me personally.\nWrap-Up\nAs you can see, there is a lot to like about the direction in which the company is headed. Stay safe out there!","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":149,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":387721493,"gmtCreate":1613788356912,"gmtModify":1634552229557,"author":{"id":"3570594690341208","authorId":"3570594690341208","name":"Anslyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/70edd673669436b2a03e50ddfabd03a8","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3570594690341208","authorIdStr":"3570594690341208"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Cool","listText":"Cool","text":"Cool","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/387721493","repostId":"1131795735","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":194,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":387866714,"gmtCreate":1613737378738,"gmtModify":1634552434428,"author":{"id":"3570594690341208","authorId":"3570594690341208","name":"Anslyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/70edd673669436b2a03e50ddfabd03a8","crmLevel":1,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3570594690341208","authorIdStr":"3570594690341208"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Cool","listText":"Cool","text":"Cool","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/387866714","repostId":"1194607255","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1194607255","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1613728971,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1194607255?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-02-19 18:02","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Uber drivers should be classified as workers not independent contractors, top UK court rules","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1194607255","media":"cnbc","summary":"LONDON —Uberlost a crucial legal fight in the U.K. on Friday, as the country's Supreme Court upheld ","content":"

\n
LONDON —Uberlost a crucial legal fight in the U.K. on Friday, as the country's Supreme Court upheld a ruling that its drivers should be classified as workers rather than independent contractors.\nThe ...
\nWeb Link\n
\n

","source":"cnbc_highlight","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n<meta content=\"text/html;
