In a world where people consider Dogecoin an investment grade asset and will pay 200X earnings for a speculative small cap growth stock, the market is afraid to hold the largest conglomerate in China at 15X earnings with a large moat and good long term growth potential. And for what reason? No one trusts their top tier accounting firm that also has a New York office. Does Google disclose all of their startup capital investments in detail? Is the water in the USA as crystal clear as everyone seems to believe? I am taking this bet not because I am wide eyed and naive to fully trust in the accounting and management, but that I believe by an honest comparison they are on par with most large companies globally and any discrepancies were easily priced in $100 ago.
