16:05","market":"us","language":"zh","title":"贾跃亭美国骗局细节曝光，9成以上订单系伪造","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1151672534","media":"智能车参考","summary":"FF公司董事会发起的调查，不但披露了骗局细节，还直接开掉了几名高管。","content":"<html><head></head><body><p>文/贾浩楠</p><p>最新调查结果出炉，FF在美国骗局最终被揭穿。</p><p>由做空报告而起，FF公司董事会发起的调查，不但披露了骗局细节，还直接开掉了几名高管。</p><p>贾跃亭本人，也遭到降薪。</p><p>去年7月法拉第未来上市，贾跃亭表示回国“那是必须的”。</p><p>不过现在贾跃亭不但回不了国，甚至美国可能都待不下去了。</p><p><b>FF在美国骗了谁？</b></p><p>和在中国一样，骗投资人。</p><p>总的来说，FF通过手段营造出公司正常运转、交付在即的表象，让投资者相信FF是正经在造车。</p><p>目前FF官方披露的调查结果显示，之前向美国证券监管部门提交的IPO申请中有不实之处。</p><p>比如声称第一款量产车已经收到超过14000份订单，但实际上只有区区几百份是真正交过订金的有效订单。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d13b44ebcd8ef94f1e6fda78427701c7\" tg-width=\"550\" tg-height=\"364\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"/></p><p>其余的13000多订单无效，官方也没交代到底从何而来。</p><p>你说是用户下了单不给钱，骗了贾老板？我不信。</p><p>贾跃亭将FF带到美国后，除了将之前的债主转变成FF股东，把大家越绑越牢，自己还从FF一把手位置上退下来，只担任“首席产品官”，退到幕后。</p><p>但媒体和调查机构都倾向认为贾跃亭仍然是FF的实际控制人。</p><p>而在最新调查报告中，也较为隐晦的证实了这一点。</p><p>调查承认，之前公司上下都“低估了贾跃亭对业务的参与程度”…</p><p>因为贾跃亭在SPAC上市后，通过在空壳公司的职务直接参与FF的管理。</p><p>贾跃亭应该参与多少？实际参与了多少？报告都没明说。</p><p>但这不寻常的措辞背后，反映出的是贾跃亭在美国的信用崩塌。</p><p>FF上市时美奇金投资的做空报告矛头直指贾跃亭，认为FF就是他为了弥补个人债务亏空做的局。</p><p><img Krolicki负主要责任，卸任董事长，仅保留董事会成员。</p><p>同时副总裁兼总法律顾问 Jarret Johnson也离职，另一位副总裁Wang jia wei被停职停薪。</p><p>根据外媒报道，Wang jia wei是贾跃亭外甥，贾跃亭曾将自己的FF股权全转到外甥名下，并任命他为CFO，避免FF因自己的债务风险被查，同时能通过“自己人”实际控制FF。</p><p>至于贾跃亭自己，则在这次调查后降薪25%，向新被任命为董事长的Susan Swenson（董事会独董）汇报。</p><p><b>调查缘何而起？</b></p><p>究竟是什么样的报告，让FF董事会开始调查并限制贾跃亭的职权？</p><p>FF在官方文件中所说的不准确披露的指控，指的就是做空机构J Capital Research（中文译为美奇金投资）在今年10月份出具的一份做空报告。</p><p>在这份长达28页的报告中，美奇金投资根据公开资料，细数FF多条罪状。</p><p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/980aa851a7be00bd2177d4798db45626\" tg-width=\"550\" tg-height=\"304\"
