href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/00017\">新世界发展</a>等扎堆的地产指数也表现较弱,市值占比从10%降至9%。</p>\n<p>此外,近10年油价的低迷也导致恒生能源业指数市值由4.8万亿元下滑至2.1万亿元,10年来不增反而腰斩,市值比重由18%大幅下滑至3%。<img )在 VC 圈的打法,似乎也能感受到Dan Rose 在 Facebook 经历的一些相似东西,以下是他分享的部分:</p>\n<p>1.扎克伯格最早的一次大争吵是和他自己的董事会 + 高管团队。他们试图说服他在 2006 年以 10 亿美元的价格将公司卖给<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/YHOO\">雅虎</a>。当时 FB 有 500 万用户(都是大学生) ,公司仅仅 2 年时间。而扎克伯格那时 22 岁,如果卖掉,他个人可以获得 3 亿美元。他怎么能说不呢?</p>\n<p>One of Mark’s first big fights was with his own board + exec team. They tried to convince him to sell the company to Yahoo for $1B in '06.</p>\n<p>At the time FB had 5M users(all college)and was 2 yrs old. At the age of 22, Mark stood to gain $300M personally. He needed people around him who believed in his vision, people he could trust to fight alongside him. This guy struggled from the beginning with the fact that his boss was barely older than his children. referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>更让我疑惑不解的是,现如今,那些追求健康、环保、高科技生活的精英们为什么开始习惯吃人造肉、喝燕麦奶了?这些比真肉奶还贵的“假肉”和“假奶”到底有什么不同,怎么就突然站在风口,变成大家眼中的“绿色食品”?它们真的够健康够绿色吗?</p>\n<p>带着这么多好奇,我们一起来看看关于人造肉和植物奶火热背后的那些秘密。</p>\n<h2>肉奶“升级”的秘密</h2>\n<p>人造肉和植物奶的故事,或许要从两年前说起。</p>\n<p><img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/SBUX\">星巴克</a>变成了自己的展台,在今年登陆纳斯达克后,市值也登上148亿美元。</p>\n<p>我们先说说人造肉吧,尽管是从美国硅谷火起来,但中国人却很早就认识它,看看你吃过的素鸡、素鸭,它们就是人造肉的“前辈”,只不过,那些美国硅谷的科技狂人们,让人造肉再次进化到了2.0。</p>\n<p>在硅谷,人造肉有两种形态,第一种是培养肉,原材料是动物干细胞,科学家在实验室中能够把动物干细胞诱导分化,培养成肌肉组织,通过这种方式生产的牛肉、鸡肉和鸭肉拥有和正常肉类几乎相同的口感和味道,但无需养殖、饲养、屠杀等传统畜牧过程,更环保也能还原肉本身的味道,但这项技术还不够成熟并未大规模量产。</p>\n<p>第二种是植物肉。它的原材料是植物蛋白,比如大豆或者豌豆,通过从这类植物当中分离出植物蛋白和纤维,以加热、压力、冷冻等方式将蛋白质编织成纤维状结构,最后加入豆血红蛋白分子、椰油、植物色素等配料就能做成味道和口感接近真肉的素肉。</p>\n<p>这里说一句,人造肉公司Impossible Foods科学家们从大豆根部提取出含有血红素的豆血红蛋白,成为让植物肉看起来“带血”的关键,而Beyond Meat则通过甜菜提取物为肉上色,他们都让人造肉在外观和口感上以假乱真,更环保技术也更加成熟,目前也已经进入到寻常百姓家。</p>\n<p>显然,做成这个样子的人造肉摆在超市,和真肉一比,几乎是一模一样了。</p>\n<p>植物肉的崛起,客观上顺应了时代潮流,我们可以把那些简单加工的各种素鸡、素肉等食品看成是人造肉1.0版本,而硅谷人造肉公司目前在做的是人造肉2.0版本。这样的变化,让植物肉变成了“更健康”、“更环保”、“更人性”的代表。</p>\n<p>比如,Beyond Meat已经能够在卡路里、蛋白质、脂肪含量这些方面做到和真正的牛肉、鸡肉几乎没有差别,同时还能降低饱和脂肪酸,去掉胆固醇,由于原材料来自植物,人造肉可以有效减少二氧化碳排放,节省全球70%以上的耕地资源以及大量水资源,减少心脑血管疾病,糖尿病以及肥胖发生概率,也能减少对动物的杀戮,难怪比尔盖茨和李嘉诚们都拿着钱想要投资。</p>\n<p>Oatly燕麦奶的崛起也有着相似逻辑,这家公司发明的燕麦奶变成了牛奶的替代品。通过发酵、压缩等一系列技术将固态燕麦转化成液态的燕麦奶,把燕麦奶做出了口味和健康程度与不相上下的产品,还顺便解决了全球近三分之二人群的乳糖不耐受问题,并大肆宣传环保与人性的理念。比如Otaly曾经用“牛奶是给小牛喝的”以及“不用奶牛生产奶”等口号对产品进行宣传,配上魔性洗脑的BGM,感觉就像在你耳边说“大家都在喝牛奶,只有我关心奶牛哥哥。”。</p>\n<p>总之,科技公司通过高科技的加工处理工艺,让植物肉、燕麦奶“假的更真实”,这场食物革命,也逐渐传到国内。</p>\n<h2>舌尖上的金矿</h2>\n<p>说起来,因为中国人和美国人的饮食文化差异巨大,也让人造肉和植物奶有了些许不同的命运,甚至曾经引发了人们的质疑。比如做农产品起家的<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/000876\">新希望</a>集团在回答关于人造肉是否会替代真肉的问题时说道:人造肉相比真实的肉类在口感、味道上还有很大的差距,在成本上也没有优势。</p>\n<p>但是,人造肉和燕麦奶的变革确实在继续,就好像是两个转校生,在被科学家打上低脂肪、绿色、人性、健康的标签之后,他们的成绩不断提升,而且还能继续变强,最终超过原本处于顶端的牛肉和牛奶这两个优等生,这就为更多创业者打开了新的金矿。</p>\n<p>现在,假如你在某宝某东上搜索,会发现各种人造肉和植物奶产品,价格高的在上百元,低的不到十元,差别十分明显。截止到今年第一季度,中国人造肉相关企业一共有3900多家,植物奶企业更是超过8000家。其中有一家叫星期零的植物肉公司,一年内快速获得了3轮融资,其中不乏经纬、光速等资本大佬的身影。</p>\n<p>不难看出,这些2.0版本的人造食物的确掀起了一场革命,它们的高价格和高评价证明了市场对其接受程度,尽管在国内价格较高也有税费和物流因素影响,但依然能证明这一领域高端化市场的巨大机会。</p>\n<p><img and Markets报告显示,2019年全球肉类替代品,包括豆腐、汉堡肉饼、香肠等产品市场规模为48亿美元,预计到2027年将达到175亿美元。但Beyond Meat在调查了<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/KR\">克罗格</a>超市半年销售情况后却表示,他们卖出的人造肉,顾客不仅仅是素食者,有93%都是肉食者,所以他们的终极目标是美国高达2700亿美元的肉制品市场,这直接帮助他们估值起飞,不得不说这些美国创业者的眼光毒辣。</p>\n<p>植物奶市场增长同样显著,Research and Markets的数据显示,目前全球预计全球植物奶市场2024年将达215.2亿美元,未来四年年均复合年增长率达10.18%,相对的,根据美国农业部数据,三十年前,美国人均年消费牛奶约250磅,但到2017年这一数字降至149磅,下降40%。牛奶失宠和燕麦奶上位说明人们的饮食习惯、消费行为都在发生变化。</p>\n<p>这种变化和趋势进一步为新兴公司提供了信心。在素食者的基本盘之外,人造肉、燕麦奶不仅出现在了肯德基、<a Meat、2021年上市的OtalyI以及明年可能上市的Impossible Foods均已成为估值百亿美元的食品公司,并带动了国内双塔、新希望等人造肉相关产业的股价一路上涨。一季度,传统肉类制品为主营业务的<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/000895\">双汇发展</a>毛利率为16.26%,双汇你们应该听过,就是那个“王中王”,而Beyond Meat毛利率则高达30.2%,是火腿公司双汇的近两倍,由此可见,人造肉企业盈利能力已经远超传统肉类公司。</p>\n<p>而燕麦奶这边,今年5月20日,Oatly以每股17美元的发行价正式登陆纳斯达克。上市当天涨幅达到21.94%,市值攀升至122.75亿美元,并不断扩大其销售市场,目前全球拥有大约6万个零售门店,并成为星巴克供应品牌。而中国市场上仅用两年时间就拥有4700多个专卖店,年增长率超过450%。</p>\n<h2>吃!为了更绿色的未来</h2>\n<p>在环保主义者看来,人造肉和植物奶为解决全球变暖提供了一种绝佳的解决方案。但更重要的是,面对世界人口的持续增长,肉类和奶类需求缺口将持续扩大,而这才是人类需要人造肉和植物奶的关键原因。</p>\n<p>根据OECD数据,2018年中国肉类消费量达到8829.6万吨,欧盟与美国肉类消费量分别为4426.7万吨和4134.9万吨,仅从中国来看,预计2030年肉类产品缺口就达到了3800万吨以上,而美国的人均消费量是中国的2倍,但人们却不能继续扩张猪牛羊以及畜牧业规模,也不能通过生长激素、抗生素等加快肉类产品供应速度,因此肉类产品缺口已经是一个世界级难题,牛奶供应也是类似,畜牧业的限制让植物奶逐渐走强。</p>\n<p>随着碳中和、绿色农业的进展加快,全球范围的畜牧业减排行动将会推动人造肉和植物奶产业的进一步壮大,尽管这些人造产品在现阶段依然还存在诸多缺陷,比如人造肉制造中的金属钠超标风险,植物奶的蛋白质较低等问题,但是随着供给缺口和人类降低碳排放的最终目标,这些食物在争议当中将会更进一步走进人们的生活,并逐渐变成和真肉、真奶同样重要的食物。</p>\n<p>尽管依然有不少研究者认为“人造肉不可能成为主流”,但这场食物的“上位之争”,就是人类面对环境做出的适应性改变,人类的胃经过数万年演化才变成如今这样,要想在很短时间内适应新食物,不仅要对食物本身进行升级,更多的还是观念上的颠覆。</p>\n<p>这让我想起《流浪地球》中的蚯蚓干和《雪国列车》中的蟑螂能量块,人类对于未来的食物想象远比现在的人造肉更加疯狂,如果真到了蚯蚓和大豆蛋白二选一的时候,你们会选什么呢?</p>","source":"lsy1594120786923","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE Meat在美国成功上市,市值已经高达96亿美元;同样在这一年,把燕麦作原料制成的瑞典植物奶品牌Oatly不但挤开牛奶咖啡这对“黄金搭档”,成功上位变成了网红“燕麦奶咖啡”,还让星巴克变成了自己的展台,在今年登陆纳斯达克后,市值也登上148亿美元。\n我们先说说人造肉吧,尽管是从美国硅谷火起来,但中国人却很早就认识它,看看你吃过的素鸡、素鸭,它们就是人造肉的“前辈”,只不过,那些美国硅谷的科技狂人们,让人造肉再次进化到了2.0。\n在硅谷,人造肉有两种形态,第一种是培养肉,原材料是动物干细胞,科学家在实验室中能够把动物干细胞诱导分化,培养成肌肉组织,通过这种方式生产的牛肉、鸡肉和鸭肉拥有和正常肉类几乎相同的口感和味道,但无需养殖、饲养、屠杀等传统畜牧过程,更环保也能还原肉本身的味道,但这项技术还不够成熟并未大规模量产。\n第二种是植物肉。它的原材料是植物蛋白,比如大豆或者豌豆,通过从这类植物当中分离出植物蛋白和纤维,以加热、压力、冷冻等方式将蛋白质编织成纤维状结构,最后加入豆血红蛋白分子、椰油、植物色素等配料就能做成味道和口感接近真肉的素肉。\n这里说一句,人造肉公司Impossible Foods科学家们从大豆根部提取出含有血红素的豆血红蛋白,成为让植物肉看起来“带血”的关键,而Beyond Meat则通过甜菜提取物为肉上色,他们都让人造肉在外观和口感上以假乱真,更环保技术也更加成熟,目前也已经进入到寻常百姓家。\n显然,做成这个样子的人造肉摆在超市,和真肉一比,几乎是一模一样了。\n植物肉的崛起,客观上顺应了时代潮流,我们可以把那些简单加工的各种素鸡、素肉等食品看成是人造肉1.0版本,而硅谷人造肉公司目前在做的是人造肉2.0版本。这样的变化,让植物肉变成了“更健康”、“更环保”、“更人性”的代表。\n比如,Beyond Meat已经能够在卡路里、蛋白质、脂肪含量这些方面做到和真正的牛肉、鸡肉几乎没有差别,同时还能降低饱和脂肪酸,去掉胆固醇,由于原材料来自植物,人造肉可以有效减少二氧化碳排放,节省全球70%以上的耕地资源以及大量水资源,减少心脑血管疾病,糖尿病以及肥胖发生概率,也能减少对动物的杀戮,难怪比尔盖茨和李嘉诚们都拿着钱想要投资。\nOatly燕麦奶的崛起也有着相似逻辑,这家公司发明的燕麦奶变成了牛奶的替代品。通过发酵、压缩等一系列技术将固态燕麦转化成液态的燕麦奶,把燕麦奶做出了口味和健康程度与不相上下的产品,还顺便解决了全球近三分之二人群的乳糖不耐受问题,并大肆宣传环保与人性的理念。比如Otaly曾经用“牛奶是给小牛喝的”以及“不用奶牛生产奶”等口号对产品进行宣传,配上魔性洗脑的BGM,感觉就像在你耳边说“大家都在喝牛奶,只有我关心奶牛哥哥。”。\n总之,科技公司通过高科技的加工处理工艺,让植物肉、燕麦奶“假的更真实”,这场食物革命,也逐渐传到国内。\n舌尖上的金矿\n说起来,因为中国人和美国人的饮食文化差异巨大,也让人造肉和植物奶有了些许不同的命运,甚至曾经引发了人们的质疑。比如做农产品起家的新希望集团在回答关于人造肉是否会替代真肉的问题时说道:人造肉相比真实的肉类在口感、味道上还有很大的差距,在成本上也没有优势。\n但是,人造肉和燕麦奶的变革确实在继续,就好像是两个转校生,在被科学家打上低脂肪、绿色、人性、健康的标签之后,他们的成绩不断提升,而且还能继续变强,最终超过原本处于顶端的牛肉和牛奶这两个优等生,这就为更多创业者打开了新的金矿。\n现在,假如你在某宝某东上搜索,会发现各种人造肉和植物奶产品,价格高的在上百元,低的不到十元,差别十分明显。截止到今年第一季度,中国人造肉相关企业一共有3900多家,植物奶企业更是超过8000家。其中有一家叫星期零的植物肉公司,一年内快速获得了3轮融资,其中不乏经纬、光速等资本大佬的身影。\n不难看出,这些2.0版本的人造食物的确掀起了一场革命,它们的高价格和高评价证明了市场对其接受程度,尽管在国内价格较高也有税费和物流因素影响,但依然能证明这一领域高端化市场的巨大机会。\n\n要抓住这样的机会,我们不仅需要重新建立起对人造肉、植物奶产品的观念认知,还要看到市场的变化趋势。\n人造肉创业者吕中茗就说过:“人造肉最重要的不是去打动那些素食主义者,而是希望能够打动肉食爱好者。”很多中国企业是把人造肉客户定位在素食主义者,而这部分人群只是小众,但在美国,大部分人要吃的汉堡、牛排等食物若都以人造肉作为原料,这直接决定了人造肉、植物奶科技公司的天花板上限。\n数据机构Research and Markets报告显示,2019年全球肉类替代品,包括豆腐、汉堡肉饼、香肠等产品市场规模为48亿美元,预计到2027年将达到175亿美元。但Beyond Meat在调查了克罗格超市半年销售情况后却表示,他们卖出的人造肉,顾客不仅仅是素食者,有93%都是肉食者,所以他们的终极目标是美国高达2700亿美元的肉制品市场,这直接帮助他们估值起飞,不得不说这些美国创业者的眼光毒辣。\n植物奶市场增长同样显著,Research and Markets的数据显示,目前全球预计全球植物奶市场2024年将达215.2亿美元,未来四年年均复合年增长率达10.18%,相对的,根据美国农业部数据,三十年前,美国人均年消费牛奶约250磅,但到2017年这一数字降至149磅,下降40%。牛奶失宠和燕麦奶上位说明人们的饮食习惯、消费行为都在发生变化。\n这种变化和趋势进一步为新兴公司提供了信心。在素食者的基本盘之外,人造肉、燕麦奶不仅出现在了肯德基、麦当劳、星巴克,还名正言顺进入超市和百货商店,摆在了和真肉、真奶相同的区域,不论是不是素食者,看到这些新产品和更健康、更环保、更人性的标签之后,或多或少都会产生好奇,而当这些消费者在亲身品尝之后发现的确和真肉、真奶差别不大之后,便会逐渐改变自己的饮食习惯,这场食品革命才真正成为了初创公司的商业机会。\n市场不会说谎,2019年上市的Beyond Meat、2021年上市的OtalyI以及明年可能上市的Impossible Foods均已成为估值百亿美元的食品公司,并带动了国内双塔、新希望等人造肉相关产业的股价一路上涨。一季度,传统肉类制品为主营业务的双汇发展毛利率为16.26%,双汇你们应该听过,就是那个“王中王”,而Beyond Meat毛利率则高达30.2%,是火腿公司双汇的近两倍,由此可见,人造肉企业盈利能力已经远超传统肉类公司。\n而燕麦奶这边,今年5月20日,Oatly以每股17美元的发行价正式登陆纳斯达克。上市当天涨幅达到21.94%,市值攀升至122.75亿美元,并不断扩大其销售市场,目前全球拥有大约6万个零售门店,并成为星巴克供应品牌。而中国市场上仅用两年时间就拥有4700多个专卖店,年增长率超过450%。\n吃!为了更绿色的未来\n在环保主义者看来,人造肉和植物奶为解决全球变暖提供了一种绝佳的解决方案。但更重要的是,面对世界人口的持续增长,肉类和奶类需求缺口将持续扩大,而这才是人类需要人造肉和植物奶的关键原因。\n根据OECD数据,2018年中国肉类消费量达到8829.6万吨,欧盟与美国肉类消费量分别为4426.7万吨和4134.9万吨,仅从中国来看,预计2030年肉类产品缺口就达到了3800万吨以上,而美国的人均消费量是中国的2倍,但人们却不能继续扩张猪牛羊以及畜牧业规模,也不能通过生长激素、抗生素等加快肉类产品供应速度,因此肉类产品缺口已经是一个世界级难题,牛奶供应也是类似,畜牧业的限制让植物奶逐渐走强。\n随着碳中和、绿色农业的进展加快,全球范围的畜牧业减排行动将会推动人造肉和植物奶产业的进一步壮大,尽管这些人造产品在现阶段依然还存在诸多缺陷,比如人造肉制造中的金属钠超标风险,植物奶的蛋白质较低等问题,但是随着供给缺口和人类降低碳排放的最终目标,这些食物在争议当中将会更进一步走进人们的生活,并逐渐变成和真肉、真奶同样重要的食物。\n尽管依然有不少研究者认为“人造肉不可能成为主流”,但这场食物的“上位之争”,就是人类面对环境做出的适应性改变,人类的胃经过数万年演化才变成如今这样,要想在很短时间内适应新食物,不仅要对食物本身进行升级,更多的还是观念上的颠覆。\n这让我想起《流浪地球》中的蚯蚓干和《雪国列车》中的蟑螂能量块,人类对于未来的食物想象远比现在的人造肉更加疯狂,如果真到了蚯蚓和大豆蛋白二选一的时候,你们会选什么呢?","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":995,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"CN","totalScore":0},{"id":128544561,"gmtCreate":1624525442453,"gmtModify":1631891642379,"author":{"id":"3583883178492003","authorId":"3583883178492003","name":" They tried to convince him to sell the company to Yahoo for $1B in '06.</p>\n<p>At the time FB had 5M users(all college)and was 2 yrs old. At the age of 22, Mark stood to gain $300M personally. He needed people around him who believed in his vision, people he could trust to fight alongside him. This guy struggled from the beginning with the fact that his boss was barely older than his children. When someone wasn’t scaling with the company, he would ask them to leave or take a smaller role. His co-founders all quit too, they were tired of fighting. They tried to convince him to sell the company to Yahoo for $1B in '06.\nAt the time FB had 5M users(all college)and was 2 yrs old. At the age of 22, Mark stood to gain $300M personally.
