老张：冬天充电时间长了，好多都是家住在这附近，都不走，有的时候没有我就走了，明天早上再来。\n\n中午11点，位于北京亮马桥某写字楼的地下停车场里，10个充电桩也处于满负荷的状态。李先生是北京最早的一批新能源车主，也是一名兼职的网约车司机。由于车龄较长，原本一天一冲的车在冬季变成一天至少两次，各大公共充电桩的排队难也让他倍感无奈。\n\n据了解，目前新能源车的能量补给方式主要分为充电和换电两种。使用快充桩，一辆车充满大概需要一到两个小时，而换电只需要几分钟，那么换电情况是否有好转？随后记者来到位于北京东四环红领巾桥的一个换电站，下午三点，这里等候的车辆就排起了长龙。\n\n\n换电站工作人员：从上午十点多到下午三点车就没有断过。\n\n随着冬季换电频次增加，部分换电站的电池也出现了供不应求的状态，不少车主也只能在换电站等电池充电。\n\n\n换电站工作人员：因为换电量是系统自动以最高电量给它选择的，不能每块都充满，也有充不满的时候。\n\n新能源汽车保有量不断攀升
