Unity is an advanced game development engine that powers over half of the world's mobile, PC, and console games.
\n
Roblox encourages users to monetize their games with an in-app currency called Robux within its walled garden. Unity offers developers more flexible tools for integrating in-app ads, in-app purchases, and other features into their games.
\n
The bulls claim Roblox's self-sustaining cycle of content creation, self-promotion, and monetization will fuel its long-term growth. The bears will point out that half of the platform's daily active users (DAUs) are under the age of 13, and they might eventually grow out of Roblox's simple experiences or graduate to a more advanced game development engine like Unity.
\n
The bulls will point to Roblox's growth rates. Between the first quarters of 2018 and 2021, Roblox's DAUs more than quadrupled from 10.3 million to 42.1 million, its total hours engaged surged from 2.1 billion to 9.7 billion, and its average bookings per DAU jumped from $11.62 to $15.48.
\n
Roblox's revenue rose 56% in 2019, soared 82% in 2020, and analysts expect 167% growth this year. But next year, they expect its revenue to rise just 26% after the pandemic ends and more students return to school.
\n
The bears will point out Roblox isn't profitable, and it probably can't achieve profitability without reducing its exchange rate between U.S. dollars and Robux for developers. However, doing so could alienate its developers and throttle the platform's output of new content.
\n
Why Roblox probably can't hit $1 trillion by 2030
\n
Even if Roblox maintains a premium price-to-sales ratio of 20 through 2030, it would need to generate $50 billion in annual sales to hit the $1 trillion mark. Roblox generated just $933 million in revenues in 2020, so it would need to generate a compound annual growth rate (CAGR) of nearly 50% to hit $50 billion by 2030.
\n
If Roblox's valuations cool off, as they'll likely do over the years, it will need to generate an ever higher CAGR to become a $1 trillion company. By comparison, Amazon grew its revenues at a CAGR of 27.4% over the past decade -- and it currently trades at just four times this year's sales. Therefore, it seems highly unlikely Roblox will become a $1 trillion company within the next decade.
\n
But that doesn't mean Roblox won't generate multibagger gains over the next decade. It could remain popular long after the pandemic passes, attract a new generation of younger users, and launch more powerful tools for advanced users. As it continues to expand, economies of scale should kick in and strengthen its earnings growth. Despite navigating its way through the Black Monday crash in 1987, the dot-com bubble, the Great Recession, and the coronavirus crash, the benchmark S&P 500 has delivered an average annual total return of more than 11% since the beginning of 1980.
\n
Patience can pay off for you, as well, if you put your money to work in game-changing businesses and allow your investment thesis to play out over time. As we move into the second-half of 2021, the following trio of top stocks has the potential to make you a lot richer.
\n
\n
Salesforce
\n
If growth stocks tickle your fancy, one of the best investments you can make right now for the second half of 2021, and well beyond, is cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software provider salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM).
\n
CRM software is used by consumer-facing businesses to optimize interactions and sales. It helps with real-time information logging, overseeing service and product issues, managing online marketing campaigns, and can offer predictive analysis of what existing clients might buy a new product or service. It's a sustainable double-digit growth opportunity that's been a no-brainer tool used by service-oriented industries, but is becoming more widely used by healthcare, financial, and industrial companies.
\n
Salesforce is the king of the mountain when it comes to cloud-based CRM. According to estimates from IDC, salesforce nearly controlled 20% of global CRM revenue share in the first-half of 2020. That nearly quadruples its next-closest competitor, and it is more than the four closest competitors, combined.
\n
In addition to growing its business organically, salesforce has a rich history of making smart acquisitions. Some of its most successful include purchasing Tableau Software in 2019, and MuleSoft in 2018. The latter is responsible for powering the Salesforce Integration Cloud, while the former is a data treasure trove that helps businesses gain a deeper understanding of their customers.
\n
The newest deal, tallying $27.7 billion, is for cloud-based enterprise communications platform Slack Technologies. This deal will allow the company to cross-sell its suite of CRM support solutions to Slack's bevy of small-and-medium-sized businesses.
\n
This combination of market share dominance, organic growth, and acquisitions has salesforce growing at 20% or more annually. Per CEO Marc Benioff, salesforce is on track to hit a goal of $50 billion in annual sales by fiscal 2026 (up from $21.3 billion in fiscal 2021). This is growth and dominance investors can trust.
\n

\n
\n
SSR Mining
\n
Don't worry, value investors, I haven't forgotten about you. A second top stock that can make you a lot richer in the latter half of 2021 (and beyond) is precious-metal miner SSR Mining (NASDAQ:SSRM).
\n
Roughly 10 years ago, gold and silver were soaring and precious-metal miners were liberally spending on new projects, existing mine expansions, and acquisitions. After the price of gold peaked, many were left with less-than-stellar balance sheets. That's not been the case with SSR Mining.
\n
Last year, SSR completed a merger of equals with Turkey's Alacer Gold. This effectively combined SSR's Marigold and Seabee gold mines, and its silver-producing Puna operations in Argentina, with Alacer's Copler gold mine. Altogether, these four producing assets should yield between 700,000 gold equivalent ounces (GEO) and 800,000 GEO annually for the next five years, if not longer. Prior to the deal, SSR was producing a little north of 400,000 GEO annually.
\n
Here's the thing: Whereas most gold stocks have scrambled to pay down debt, SSR is sitting on a net cash balance of around $400 million, as of the end of March 2021. The roughly $450 million the company is expecting to generate in annual free cash flow has allowed it to begin paying a $0.05 quarterly dividend, as well as institute a $150 million share buyback program.
\n
In addition to improved output, a dividend, and a share buyback program, SSR Mining should benefit from stronger precious-metal prices. The Federal Reserve continues to hold off on raising historically low lending rates, while the prospect for longer-term inflation is climbing. Both scenarios point to investors continuing to flock to gold as a potential store of value.
\n
Just how cheap is SSR Mining? Shares can currently be purchased for less than 9 times Wall Street's forward-year earnings estimate. Even more telling, SSR is valued at a multiple of 5 times this year's estimated cash flow, which implies a significant discount to a fair valuation, which I'd peg as closer to 10 times cash flow.
\n

\n
\n
Trulieve Cannabis
\n
A third company that can make investors richer in the second half of 2021 is marijuana stock Trulieve Cannabis (OTC:TCNNF).
\n
There's no question that cannabis is a sustainable double-digit growth opportunity. But considering the regulatory issues and atrocious balance sheets that accompany most Canadian pot stocks, the U.S. is the smart way to play the cannabis craze. By mid-decade, the U.S. could be bringing in more than $41 billion in annual weed sales, per New Frontier Data.
\n
What makes multistate operator (MSO) Trulieve so special is how the company has chosen to expand. Many large MSOs have opened retail, cultivation, and processing facilities in as many legalized states as reasonable. As for Trulieve, it has 91 operational retail locations in the U.S., 85 of which are located in medical marijuana-legal Florida. That's right -- it's opened 85 dispensaries in a single state.
\n
How's that worked out? By blanketing the Sunshine State, Trulieve Cannabis has been able to gobble up 53% of Florida's dried cannabis market share and 49% of its higher-margin cannabinoid oils share. In other words, the company has effectively built up its brand and a loyal customer following without having to break the bank with its marketing budget. As a result, it recently reported its 13th consecutive profitable quarter.
\n
In May, we learned that the next chapter for Trulieve will entail taking its blueprint to new markets. On May 10, it announced a $2.1 billion deal to acquire MSO Harvest Health & Recreation (OTC:HRVSF). Harvest Health has a five-state focus, one of which includes Florida. Thus, Trulieve will soon have an even larger presence in the Sunshine State. But the big driver of this deal is Harvest's 15 operational dispensaries in Arizona, which legalized adult-use cannabis in November and began sales in January. Nothing would stop Trulieve from becoming a dominant force in Arizona's potential billion-dollar weed market.
\n
With its rich history of profitability and stunning growth potential, Trulieve Cannabis checks all the right boxes to be a moneymaker for investors.
","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
3 Top Stocks That'll Make You Richer in the Second Half of 2021 (and Beyond)
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n3 Top Stocks That'll Make You Richer in the Second Half of 2021 (and Beyond)\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2021-07-06 11:28 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
If there's one lesson the stock market is always willing to teach, it's that patience pays off. Despite navigating its way through the Black Monday crash in 1987, the dot-com bubble, the Great Recession, and the coronavirus crash, the benchmark S&P 500 has delivered an average annual total return of more than 11% since the beginning of 1980.\nPatience can pay off for you, as well, if you put your money to work in game-changing businesses and allow your investment thesis to play out over time. As we move into the second-half of 2021, the following trio of top stocks has the potential to make you a lot richer.\nImage source: Getty Images.\nSalesforce\nIf growth stocks tickle your fancy, one of the best investments you can make right now for the second half of 2021, and well beyond, is cloud-based customer relationship management (CRM) software provider salesforce.com (NYSE:CRM).\nCRM software is used by consumer-facing businesses to optimize interactions and sales. It helps with real-time information logging, overseeing service and product issues, managing online marketing campaigns, and can offer predictive analysis of what existing clients might buy a new product or service. It's a sustainable double-digit growth opportunity that's been a no-brainer tool used by service-oriented industries, but is becoming more widely used by healthcare, financial, and industrial companies.\nSalesforce is the king of the mountain when it comes to cloud-based CRM. According to estimates from IDC, salesforce nearly controlled 20% of global CRM revenue share in the first-half of 2020. That nearly quadruples its next-closest competitor, and it is more than the four closest competitors, combined.\nIn addition to growing its business organically, salesforce has a rich history of making smart acquisitions. Some of its most successful include purchasing Tableau Software in 2019, and MuleSoft in 2018. The latter is responsible for powering the Salesforce Integration Cloud, while the former is a data treasure trove that helps businesses gain a deeper understanding of their customers.\nThe newest deal, tallying $27.7 billion, is for cloud-based enterprise communications platform Slack Technologies. This deal will allow the company to cross-sell its suite of CRM support solutions to Slack's bevy of small-and-medium-sized businesses.\nThis combination of market share dominance, organic growth, and acquisitions has salesforce growing at 20% or more annually. Per CEO Marc Benioff, salesforce is on track to hit a goal of $50 billion in annual sales by fiscal 2026 (up from $21.3 billion in fiscal 2021). This is growth and dominance investors can trust.\n\nImage source: Getty Images.\nSSR Mining\nDon't worry, value investors, I haven't forgotten about you. A second top stock that can make you a lot richer in the latter half of 2021 (and beyond) is precious-metal miner SSR Mining (NASDAQ:SSRM).\nRoughly 10 years ago, gold and silver were soaring and precious-metal miners were liberally spending on new projects, existing mine expansions, and acquisitions. Shareholders are pricing in years' worth of torrid growth. Snowflake recently added fuel to that fire, though, issuing some very specific and very ambitious revenue goals targeted for completion nearly a decade from now.
\n
There are pitfalls with projecting financial results too far into the future. Business is an unpredictable game, and we live in a fast-changing world. Nevertheless, cloud computing is an unstoppable force, and Snowflake is in pole position in a very important area of that expanding market. Don't go off and buy this stock hand over fist, but if you are willing to give this one a shot for a decade or more, there are reasons you might want to add it to your watchlist at the very least.
\n
\n
When even stellar financial results don't really matter
\n
Snowflake continues to deliver the goods since becoming a public concern. Revenue in Q1 2021 notched a 110% year-over-year increase to $229 million, and full-year 2021 guidance is calling for a first-ever $1 billion in annual sales -- implying growth of no less than 84% from 2020. The company also anticipates reaching break-even on an adjusted free cash flow basis. Not bad at all, Snowflake.
\n
However, the rub for many investors is that the stock still trades for over 65 times full-year 2021 expected sales to enterprise value (market cap minus cash and equivalents). It's an incredible valuation, pricing in not just the expectation that the cloud computing industry will grow by double-digit percentages for the foreseeable future, but also that Snowflake's leading \"Data Cloud\" service will remain a leader among its peers in data management.
\n
Companies projecting growth too far into the future (and investors paying up for that growth and accepting a steep premium price tag) can be problematic. Business trends can change quickly, and competitors both old and new can present headaches for a company's growth trajectory. It thus comes as little surprise that Snowflake stock has been stuck in a volatile downward-trending line since its IPO last autumn.
\n
Snowflake is happy to oblige those who have been willing to take on the risk of buying, though. While most companies shy away from providing any sort of specific guidance beyond a year, not Snowflake. During its 2021 investor day presentation, it provided a product revenue goal all the way out to fiscal year 2029: $10 billion. If 2021 expectations for just over $1 billion transpire, the 2029 projection represents an average annual compound growth rate of over 33%, and it values the stock at under seven times 2029 sales.
\n
A pie-in-the-sky goal?
\n
Before you balk at such an ambitious very long-term projection, consider a few items. Cloud computing is a massive secular growth trend. Spending on cloud computing could reach $1 trillion per year by the end of this decade. And within the current greater cloud industry -- pegged at just over $330 billion in global spend this year by tech researcher Gartner -- application and infrastructure services (the corner of the cloud sandbox Snowflake is making snow angels in) are over one-third of the total spend.
\n
Put another way, this is a massive space, and Snowflake is indeed just one flake among a blizzard of cloud services out there.
\n
Cast in that light, $10 billion in sales in nearly a decade, in an industry that could soak up over a trillion dollars per year, suddenly doesn't seem so ambitious. In fact, Snowflake's goal could be downright achievable. And don't forget this company has nearly $4 billion in cash, another $1.2 billion in long-term investments, and no debt. That's quite the war chest it could deploy on new products or acquisitions -- making its long-term plan that much more easily within reach.
\n
The most pressing question, of course, is this: Is the stock a buy? If you need the money within a couple of years, or don't have the patience or temperament to wait out what is sure to be a wild ride over the next eight to 10 years, probably not. But if you're ultra-long on the cloud industry, you're still saving money and can plan to buy more Snowflake stock over time if the bull thesis plays out, maybe paying less than seven times sales projected into 2029 isn't such a bad idea.
\n
At the very least, put this stock on your watchlist and do some more due diligence to flesh out whether or not you believe management's messaging. I, for one, am warming up to the idea of making an initial investment.
","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
1 Big Reason to Buy Snowflake Stock Right Now
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\n1 Big Reason to Buy Snowflake Stock Right Now\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2021-07-02 23:32 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
Even after almost a year since its IPO and down some 30% in price from where it was in initial public trading, Snowflake (NYSE:SNOW) remains one of the most notoriously \"expensive\" stocks out there. ...
\n\nWeb Link\n\n
\n\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"","relate_stocks":{"SNOW":"Snowflake"},"source_url":"https://www.fool.com/investing/2021/07/02/1-big-reason-to-buy-snowflake-stock-right-now/","is_english":true,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"2148870441","content_text":"Even after almost a year since its IPO and down some 30% in price from where it was in initial public trading, Snowflake (NYSE:SNOW) remains one of the most notoriously \"expensive\" stocks out there. Don't go off and buy this stock hand over fist, but if you are willing to give this one a shot for a decade or more, there are reasons you might want to add it to your watchlist at the very least.\nImage source: Getty Images.\nWhen even stellar financial results don't really matter\nSnowflake continues to deliver the goods since becoming a public concern. Not bad at all, Snowflake.\nHowever, the rub for many investors is that the stock still trades for over 65 times full-year 2021 expected sales to enterprise value (market cap minus cash and equivalents). It's an incredible valuation, pricing in not just the expectation that the cloud computing industry will grow by double-digit percentages for the foreseeable future, but also that Snowflake's leading \"Data Cloud\" service will remain a leader among its peers in data management.\nCompanies projecting growth too far into the future (and investors paying up for that growth and accepting a steep premium price tag) can be problematic. Business trends can change quickly, and competitors both old and new can present headaches for a company's growth trajectory. It thus comes as little surprise that Snowflake stock has been stuck in a volatile downward-trending line since its IPO last autumn.\nSnowflake is happy to oblige those who have been willing to take on the risk of buying, though. While most companies shy away from providing any sort of specific guidance beyond a year, not Snowflake. During its 2021 investor day presentation, it provided a product revenue goal all the way out to fiscal year 2029: $10 billion. If 2021 expectations for just over $1 billion transpire, the 2029 projection represents an average annual compound growth rate of over 33%, and it values the stock at under seven times 2029 sales.\nA pie-in-the-sky goal?\nBefore you balk at such an ambitious very long-term projection, consider a few items. Cloud computing is a massive secular growth trend. Spending on cloud computing could reach $1 trillion per year by the end of this decade. And within the current greater cloud industry -- pegged at just over $330 billion in global spend this year by tech researcher Gartner -- application and infrastructure services (the corner of the cloud sandbox Snowflake is making snow angels in) are over one-third of the total spend.\nPut another way, this is a massive space, and Snowflake is indeed just one flake among a blizzard of cloud services out there.\nCast in that light, $10 billion in sales in nearly a decade, in an industry that could soak up over a trillion dollars per year, suddenly doesn't seem so ambitious. In fact, Snowflake's goal could be downright achievable. And don't forget this company has nearly $4 billion in cash, another $1.2 billion in long-term investments, and no debt. That's quite the war chest it could deploy on new products or acquisitions -- making its long-term plan that much more easily within reach.\nThe most pressing question, of course, is this: Is the stock a buy? If you need the money within a couple of years, or don't have the patience or temperament to wait out what is sure to be a wild ride over the next eight to 10 years, probably not. But if you're ultra-long on the cloud industry, you're still saving money and can plan to buy more Snowflake stock over time if the bull thesis plays out, maybe paying less than seven times sales projected into 2029 isn't such a bad idea.\nAt the very least, put this stock on your watchlist and do some more due diligence to flesh out whether or not you believe management's messaging. I, for one, am warming up to the idea of making an initial investment.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":268,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":158338194,"gmtCreate":1625128441518,"gmtModify":1633944488841,"author":{"id":"3578913711061664","authorId":"3578913711061664","name":"strongstonks","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3578913711061664","idStr":"3578913711061664"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Haha dough not buy or to buy","listText":"Haha dough not buy or to buy","text":"Haha dough not buy or to buy","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/158338194","repostId":"1111109140","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":342,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":159509174,"gmtCreate":1624973112298,"gmtModify":1633946366168,"author":{"id":"3578913711061664","authorId":"3578913711061664","name":"strongstonks","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3578913711061664","idStr":"3578913711061664"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Drop me a like","listText":"Drop me a like","text":"Drop me a like","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/159509174","repostId":"2146388793","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2146388793","kind":"highlight","pubTimestamp":1624959775,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/2146388793?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-06-29 17:42","market":"us","language":"en","title":"2 Robinhood Stocks That Could Crush Dogecoin","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2146388793","media":"Motley Fool","summary":"They're already big winners but could have much more room to run.","content":"
Dogecoin (CRYPTO:DOGE) fans would be quick to point out that the cryptocurrency has skyrocketed more than 4,500% year to date. After all, they’ve worked hard to try to enjoy life as a senior and to not worry about their financial position. The best way to solve this problem is a well-rounded portfolio with the right balance of dividend, growth and value stocks. This article specifically focuses on the growth stocks to buy and how they can super-charge your retirement portfolio.
\n
Growth stocks typically belong to those companies that are growing at an above-average rate in their respective industries. Moreover, these companies are poised to expand over a long-term horizon thanks to their ability to innovate and reinvent themselves. Growth investors look at forward profitability and cash flow metrics when picking out the best growth stocks to buy.
\n
With that being said, this list below covers seven of the most promising growth stocks to buy, which will deliver returns across several markets.
\n
\n
Cloudflare(NYSE:NET)
\n
Shopify(NYSE:SHOP)
\n
Square(NYSE:SQ)
\n
Snap(NYSE:SNAP)
\n
Alibaba Group(NYSE:BABA)
\n
Etsy(NASDAQ:ETSY)
\n
Roku(NASDAQ:ROKU)
\n
\n
Cloudflare (NET)
\n
Cloudflare has arguably one of the most active companies in the past year, launching more than 550 new products. The cloud platform has been growing rapidly and has expanded its total addressable market to over $70 billion. Additionally, it plans to spread into other profitable areas apart from its traditional content delivery services. Moreover, NET stock’s 12-month returns are at a staggering 180%.
\n
Earnings in the past year have been nothing short of amazing, with double-digit growth in revenues for the past three quarters. Year-over-year revenue growth is at a healthy 51%, with forward estimates at 42%. As it looks to expand its product suite into large TAM areas such as cybersecurity and MPLS/SD-WAN, it will continue to post strong sales numbers for the foreseeable future.
\n
Shopify (SHOP)
\n
Shopify is a leading merchant platform that has consistently delivered for its long-term investors. With businesses having to close down during the pandemic, Shopify became a beacon of hope for small merchants starting their online businesses. As a result, its year-over-year revenue growth is dumbfounding 99.6%, which dwarfs its competition. Hence, with a wide moat and the ability to constantly evolve more than justifies SHOP stocks lofty valuation.
\n
2020 was another stellar year for the company, but it looks like it still has multiple chapters to write in its growth story. Its fulfillment center strategy is one of them, giving Amazon(NASDAQ:AMZN) a run for its money. Moreover, its Payments division and international markets are two major catalysts for future growth. The company expects to grow its revenues by $5 billion by 2023 and take a larger bite out of the e-commerce market.
\n
Square (SQ)
\n
Square has turned into a new-age financial services juggernaut. It has posted stellar growth rates, delivering monster quarterly results and outperforming its already high expectations. It continues to expand its distinct ecosystems, which includes its and Seller and Cash App. Both ecosystems exhibit a $160 billion addressable market opportunity collectively. Moreover, SQ stock has generated over 130% returns in the past 12-months.
\n
The Cash App platform has been a key driver of the company’s growth. Its monthly active users have grown by 50% to over 36 million in 2020. Through its Bitcoin(CCC:BTC-USD) functionalities and the impact of the Cash Card, it creates several monetization opportunities. Additionally, the re-opening of the U.S. and the worldwide economy will propel the stock further as more small and medium-sized enterprises regain their footing.
\n
Snap (SNAP)
\n
Social media giant Snap was in a tough spot a couple of years ago, as its user base stagnated considerably. However, it is now back in the game with improvements in monetization, augmented reality and unique content. Analysts point towards multiple years of double-digit revenue growth ahead, and its high long-term margin structure makes SNAP stock a highly attractive investment.
\n
Daily Active Users (DAUs) for the company increased on a year-over-year basisin each of the four quarters last year. The trend continued in the first quarter, where its DAUs grew by a healthy 22%. Moreover, revenues in the quarter were up 66% year-over-year to $170 million. It has multiple monetization avenues left to explore, including Maps, Spotlight, Stories and others. Hence, with forward revenue estimates of roughly 50%, the company is in pole position to deliver strong returns for the foreseeable future.
\n
Alibaba Group (BABA)
\n
Chinese e-commerce giant Alibaba has been one of the fastest-growing companies in the past several years. In the past seven years, its business has grown at a spectacular 23.8% CAGR and is still growing at an impressive pace. Year-over-year revenue growth has been at a remarkable 41%, with forward estimates over 35%. Analysts believe that BABA stock could generate over 300% returns in the next five years.
\n
Alibaba has gone a great job of diversifying its income streams from its traditional retail business. Some of these include cloud computing, entertainment, digital media and others. Cloud computing, in particular, is an area where Alibaba will look to invest heavily in the coming years. The high-margin business will help narrow down its losses and open up new opportunities in adjacent areas.
\n
Etsy (ETSY)
\n
Etsy is an online niche marketplace with a wide and sustainable moat. It has witnessed massive growth during the pandemic, as its revenues increased by triple-digit percentages in the past four quarters. After all, they’ve worked hard to try to enjoy life as a senior and to not worry about their financial position. The best way to solve this problem is a well-rounded portfolio with the right balance of dividend, growth and value stocks. This article specifically focuses on the growth stocks to buy and how they can super-charge your retirement portfolio.\nGrowth stocks typically belong to those companies that are growing at an above-average rate in their respective industries. Moreover, these companies are poised to expand over a long-term horizon thanks to their ability to innovate and reinvent themselves. Growth investors look at forward profitability and cash flow metrics when picking out the best growth stocks to buy.\nWith that being said, this list below covers seven of the most promising growth stocks to buy, which will deliver returns across several markets.\n\nCloudflare(NYSE:NET)\nShopify(NYSE:SHOP)\nSquare(NYSE:SQ)\nSnap(NYSE:SNAP)\nAlibaba Group(NYSE:BABA)\nEtsy(NASDAQ:ETSY)\nRoku(NASDAQ:ROKU)\n\nCloudflare (NET)\nCloudflare has arguably one of the most active companies in the past year, launching more than 550 new products. The cloud platform has been growing rapidly and has expanded its total addressable market to over $70 billion. Additionally, it plans to spread into other profitable areas apart from its traditional content delivery services. Moreover, NET stock’s 12-month returns are at a staggering 180%.\nEarnings in the past year have been nothing short of amazing, with double-digit growth in revenues for the past three quarters. Year-over-year revenue growth is at a healthy 51%, with forward estimates at 42%. As it looks to expand its product suite into large TAM areas such as cybersecurity and MPLS/SD-WAN, it will continue to post strong sales numbers for the foreseeable future.\nShopify (SHOP)\nShopify is a leading merchant platform that has consistently delivered for its long-term investors. With businesses having to close down during the pandemic, Shopify became a beacon of hope for small merchants starting their online businesses. As a result, its year-over-year revenue growth is dumbfounding 99.6%, which dwarfs its competition. Hence, with a wide moat and the ability to constantly evolve more than justifies SHOP stocks lofty valuation.\n2020 was another stellar year for the company, but it looks like it still has multiple chapters to write in its growth story. Its fulfillment center strategy is one of them, giving Amazon(NASDAQ:AMZN) a run for its money. Moreover, its Payments division and international markets are two major catalysts for future growth. The company expects to grow its revenues by $5 billion by 2023 and take a larger bite out of the e-commerce market.\nSquare (SQ)\nSquare has turned into a new-age financial services juggernaut. It has posted stellar growth rates, delivering monster quarterly results and outperforming its already high expectations. It continues to expand its distinct ecosystems, which includes its and Seller and Cash App. Both ecosystems exhibit a $160 billion addressable market opportunity collectively. Moreover, SQ stock has generated over 130% returns in the past 12-months.\nThe Cash App platform has been a key driver of the company’s growth. Its monthly active users have grown by 50% to over 36 million in 2020. Through its Bitcoin(CCC:BTC-USD) functionalities and the impact of the Cash Card, it creates several monetization opportunities. Additionally, the re-opening of the U.S. and the worldwide economy will propel the stock further as more small and medium-sized enterprises regain their footing.\nSnap (SNAP)\nSocial media giant Snap was in a tough spot a couple of years ago, as its user base stagnated considerably. However, it is now back in the game with improvements in monetization, augmented reality and unique content. Analysts point towards multiple years of double-digit revenue growth ahead, and its high long-term margin structure makes SNAP stock a highly attractive investment.\nDaily Active Users (DAUs) for the company increased on a year-over-year basisin each of the four quarters last year. The trend continued in the first quarter, where its DAUs grew by a healthy 22%. Moreover, revenues in the quarter were up 66% year-over-year to $170 million. It has multiple monetization avenues left to explore, including Maps, Spotlight, Stories and others. Hence, with forward revenue estimates of roughly 50%, the company is in pole position to deliver strong returns for the foreseeable future.\nAlibaba Group (BABA)\nChinese e-commerce giant Alibaba has been one of the fastest-growing companies in the past several years. In the past seven years, its business has grown at a spectacular 23.8% CAGR and is still growing at an impressive pace. Year-over-year revenue growth has been at a remarkable 41%, with forward estimates over 35%. Analysts believe that BABA stock could generate over 300% returns in the next five years.\nAlibaba has gone a great job of diversifying its income streams from its traditional retail business. Some of these include cloud computing, entertainment, digital media and others. Cloud computing, in particular, is an area where Alibaba will look to invest heavily in the coming years. The high-margin business will help narrow down its losses and open up new opportunities in adjacent areas.\nEtsy (ETSY)\nEtsy is an online niche marketplace with a wide and sustainable moat. It has witnessed massive growth during the pandemic, as its revenues increased by triple-digit percentages in the past four quarters. Its gross merchandise value (GMV) and revenues increased by roughly 106% and 111%, respectively, in 2020. Moreover, its EBITDA growth on a year-over-year basis is at a stunning 391%. No wonder ETSY stock has surged over 78% in the past 12 months.\nWith last year’s blow-out performance, investors are worried about whether the company can continue its progress. Etsy is expanding its business through some smart acquisitions. It recently acquired Reverb and Depop to expand its music and fashion recommerce expertise. These acquisitions will also facilitate the company’s global outreach.Etsy posted a 141% year-over-year growth in its first quarter, which suggests that it isn’t slowing down anytime soon.\nRoku (ROKU)\nStreaming giant Roku has been on a roll in the past year, with its revenues and subscribers fueled by the pandemic. It gained an unbelievable 16.7 million new users during the pandemic and now has 53.6 million users. It is likely to achieve a record 65 million users by the conclusion of this year. With strong user monetization and active user growth, ROKU stock could potentially surge to new heights.\nLooking ahead, the company has multiple growth drivers which could push its stock price higher in the future. Its CTV ad segment, in particular, could pay a lot of dividends with the gradual shift from linear to CTV. Moreover, it continues to invest heavily in its content library, with its recent launch of Roku Originals and its acquisition of Saban Films. Hence, it has an incredible growth runway ahead and should continue posting strong top and bottom-line numbers.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":293,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":150013676,"gmtCreate":1624874568095,"gmtModify":1633947663916,"author":{"id":"3578913711061664","authorId":"3578913711061664","name":"strongstonks","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3578913711061664","idStr":"3578913711061664"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Noice","listText":"Noice","text":"Noice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/150013676","repostId":"1164912248","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":224,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":350507246,"gmtCreate":1616222707685,"gmtModify":1634526660825,"author":{"id":"3578913711061664","authorId":"3578913711061664","name":"strongstonks","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3578913711061664","idStr":"3578913711061664"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Wow","listText":"Wow","text":"Wow","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/350507246","repostId":"1136440314","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1136440314","kind":"news","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Providing stock market headlines, business news, financials and earnings ","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Tiger Newspress","id":"1079075236","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1616165231,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1136440314?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-03-19 22:47","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Facebook rose more than 4%","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1136440314","media":"Tiger Newspress","summary":"(March 19) Facebook rose more than 4%.Facebook is a strong positive outlier in the S&P 500 today,up ","content":"
(March 19) Facebook rose more than 4%.

Facebook is a strong positive outlier in the S&P 500 today,up 4.08% and gaining (and bouncing back froma slightly decline yesterday) after CEO Mark Zuckerberg looked to change his tune on upcoming privacy changes from Apple.

Zuckerberg had increasingly taken an adversarial stance against the big-tech rival, but in a new discussion on audio platform Clubhouse, he said thatFacebook may be better off this way.

\"I think the reality is that I'm confident that we're gonna be able to manage through that situation,\" Zuckerberg said. \"And we'll be in a good position.
Therefore, Roblox could still have plenty of room to run -- just don't expect it to join the 12-zero club anytime soon.
","source":"fool_stock","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n\n\n\n
Will Roblox Be a Trillion-Dollar Stock by 2030?
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
\n
\nWill Roblox Be a Trillion-Dollar Stock by 2030?\n
\n\n
\n\n\n2021-07-11 10:46 GMT+8 Motley Fool\n\n\n
\n\n
\n
\n
\n
Only a handful of tech companies have ever become $1 trillion companies.
I, for one, am warming up to the idea of making an initial investment.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":268,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":157966556,"gmtCreate":1625560376175,"gmtModify":1633939640308,"author":{"id":"3578913711061664","authorId":"3578913711061664","name":"strongstonks","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3578913711061664","authorIdStr":"3578913711061664"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Ok","listText":"Ok","text":"Ok","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/157966556","repostId":"2149466331","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":285,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":150013676,"gmtCreate":1624874568095,"gmtModify":1633947663916,"author":{"id":"3578913711061664","authorId":"3578913711061664","name":"strongstonks","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3578913711061664","authorIdStr":"3578913711061664"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Noice","listText":"Noice","text":"Noice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/150013676","repostId":"1164912248","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":224,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":157961438,"gmtCreate":1625560301924,"gmtModify":1633939641219,"author":{"id":"3578913711061664","authorId":"3578913711061664","name":"strongstonks","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3578913711061664","authorIdStr":"3578913711061664"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Nice","listText":"Nice","text":"Nice","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/157961438","repostId":"2149033827","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2149033827","kind":"highlight","pubTimestamp":1625542083,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/2149033827?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-07-06 11:28","market":"us","language":"en","title":"3 Top Stocks That'll Make You Richer in the Second Half of 2021 (and Beyond)","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2149033827","media":"Motley Fool","summary":"This mix of growth and value stocks can make investors a boatload of money.","content":"
If there's one lesson the stock market is always willing to teach, it's that patience pays off. It helps with real-time information logging, overseeing service and product issues, managing online marketing campaigns, and can offer predictive analysis of what existing clients might buy a new product or service.

Its gross merchandise value (GMV) and revenues increased by roughly 106% and 111%, respectively, in 2020. Moreover, its EBITDA growth on a year-over-year basis is at a stunning 391%. No wonder ETSY stock has surged over 78% in the past 12 months.
\n
With last year’s blow-out performance, investors are worried about whether the company can continue its progress. Etsy is expanding its business through some smart acquisitions. It recently acquired Reverb and Depop to expand its music and fashion recommerce expertise. These acquisitions will also facilitate the company’s global outreach.Etsy posted a 141% year-over-year growth in its first quarter, which suggests that it isn’t slowing down anytime soon.
\n
Roku (ROKU)
\n
Streaming giant Roku has been on a roll in the past year, with its revenues and subscribers fueled by the pandemic. It gained an unbelievable 16.7 million new users during the pandemic and now has 53.6 million users. It is likely to achieve a record 65 million users by the conclusion of this year. With strong user monetization and active user growth, ROKU stock could potentially surge to new heights.
\n
Looking ahead, the company has multiple growth drivers which could push its stock price higher in the future. Hence, it has an incredible growth runway ahead and should continue posting strong top and bottom-line numbers.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":293,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":350507246,"gmtCreate":1616222707685,"gmtModify":1634526660825,"author":{"id":"3578913711061664","authorId":"3578913711061664","name":"strongstonks","avatar":"https://static.laohu8.com/default-avatar.jpg","crmLevel":2,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3578913711061664","authorIdStr":"3578913711061664"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Wow","listText":"Wow","text":"Wow","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/350507246","repostId":"1136440314","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1136440314","kind":"news","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Providing stock market headlines, business news, financials and earnings ","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Tiger Newspress","id":"1079075236","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/8274c5b9d4c2852bfb1c4d6ce16c68ba"},"pubTimestamp":1616165231,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1136440314?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-03-19 22:47","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Facebook rose more than 4%","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1136440314","media":"Tiger Newspress","summary":"(March 19) Facebook rose more than 4%.Facebook is a strong positive outlier in the S&P 500 today,up ","content":"
