referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>一切信号似乎都在表明瑞幸即将翻身,而除了通过和解等方式重获美国投资人的信任,<b>资本市场对瑞幸的乐观态度,很大一部分也得益于当下国内咖啡市场正在掀起的行业新风潮,而等待瑞幸回归的现磨咖啡赛道也出现了新的机会。</b></p>\n<p><b>瑞幸种树,后来者乘凉</b></p>\n<p>虽然瑞幸在被曝出财务造假丑闻后遭遇了不少口诛笔伐,但是对于国内咖啡市场的发展而言,瑞幸几乎是以一己之力推动了平民化咖啡市场的发掘和建立。</p>\n<p>对比星巴克、Costa等一线连锁品牌30-40元的平均客单价,瑞幸咖啡15-25元之间的客单价几乎是在“用奶茶的价格,卖咖啡的产品体验”。甚至于,<b>瑞幸通过运营端树立起的国产一线咖啡的品牌印象,以及向下沉市场的规模化扩张,也将现磨咖啡这一始终未能突破北上广深等一线市场的消费品,迅速带入了更多低线城市的核心商圈,“培养”出了忠实用户,做大了国内咖啡消费市场的这块蛋糕。</b></p>\n<p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>今年4月份,德勤中国公布的中国现磨咖啡行业白皮书显示,<b>中国消费者对咖啡的需求,已经从最初的社交性场景需求,发展成了功能性需求。</b>依靠咖啡来提神醒脑的一线、新一线和二线城市的消费者分别占到78%、72%和68%,而在心理层面上对咖啡产生依赖性的消费者,也分别占到了48%、41%和39%。</p>\n<p>另外,<b>瑞幸的零售数字化创新,不仅让包括新茶饮在内的零售品牌及其背后的资本们,看到了“新消费”的广阔钱景。其在低毛利模式下的高速扩张所暴露出来的现金流压力,也给其他后来者提前趟好了雷。</b></p>\n<p>于是,自今年上半年以来,资本又开始密集进入咖啡赛道,各自扶持看好的咖啡品牌。</p>\n<p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>据不完全统计,<b>仅今年前7个月与咖啡行业有关的融资活动就多达28次,融资总额近60亿元,</b>投资方中不乏美团龙珠、字节跳动战略投资部、腾讯等知名投资机构和公司。其中,以Manner、M stand为代表的本土头部现磨咖啡品牌均在半年内拿到了1-2轮的新融资。</p>\n<p>其中,Manner作为备受资本关注的黑马,6月份时其估值已达28亿美元,超百亿元人民币。而彼时Manner仅有108家门店,换算下来其单店估值就有1亿,是星巴克的三倍。此外,在资本不断加码国产咖啡品牌的同时,Tims咖啡,Peets咖啡、蓝瓶咖啡等知名外资咖啡品牌,也从今年上半年开始加速进入中国市场。</p>\n<p>与“瑞幸时代”依靠互联网流量思维运营咖啡品牌的经营思路完全不同,随着越来越多的专业玩家正式进入中国咖啡市场,<b>新一轮的现磨咖啡赛道争夺战开始回归产品和商业本身,这也让正在上演的“咖啡大战”拥有了更多看点。</b></p>\n<p><b>精品咖啡大乱斗,咖啡开始奶茶化</b></p>\n<p>相关数据显示,当前中国市场咖啡馆的数量已经接近于饱和,但连锁率仅为13%。在这种行业环境下,<b>咖啡赛道的新玩家们有希望通过打造头部品牌和线下渠道的快速规模化,抢占市场份额形成头部效应。</b></p>\n<p>鉴于这一目的,许多现磨咖啡品牌都开始大炒精品咖啡的概念,试图树立“精品咖啡第一品牌”的印象。</p>\n<p><b>但实际上,所谓的“精品咖啡”概念并没有一个可以严格依据的标准。</b></p>\n<p>美国精品咖啡协会(SCAA)对于精品咖啡的定义是“从咖啡农到咖啡师必须均对品质有高标准追求。欧洲精品咖啡协会(SCAE)的定义则是“高标准的选豆、精湛的烘焙技术和冲煮技术”。</p>\n<p>简单来说,精品咖啡更像是一种注重咖啡品质与风味的象征而非行业标准。对这一概念化的争夺,并不能带来具体的品牌认知。不过精品咖啡们已经找到了吸引消费者的其他办法。</p>\n<p>针对星巴克等传统连锁咖啡品牌“教育”出来的重度咖啡用户,以及瑞幸等新品牌“培养”出来的年轻咖啡用户,<b>精品咖啡品牌们一方面不再强调类似星巴克“第三空间”的消费体验,另一方面也放弃了瑞幸互联网式的高补贴打法。转而以出位的颜值和新颖的产品策略,从“星巴克”们的手中悄悄蚕食现有的存量咖啡市场。</b></p>\n<p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>例如从去年12月份至今连续获得4轮融资的Manner,虽然门店面积较小,但是简约的装修风格足以让人眼前一亮,其浓郁的咖啡口味也足以满足重度咖啡用户;同为上海本土精品咖啡品牌的M Stand则拥有更具艺术性的门店风格,吸引了无数年轻咖啡用户前往线下门店打卡;至于刚刚获得喜茶投资的Seesaw咖啡,则是凭借创意+精品咖啡的路线,不断推出创新产品吸引用户的注意力。</p>\n<p><b>显而易见的是,精品咖啡们采用了与新茶饮颇为相似的竞争策略,这也的确为它们找到了差异化的竞争优势。而“奶茶化”的发展趋势,也成为了促进国内咖啡消费的重要方向。</b></p>\n<p>食品产业分析师朱丹蓬认为,精品咖啡向多品类、多场景、多渠道、多消费人群方向的发展,进一步降低了消费者接触咖啡消费的门槛,也给自己带来了更大的市场空间。这也是精品咖啡们在瑞幸之后能够获得资本青睐的重要原因。</p>\n<p>无法避免的扩张之痛</p>\n<p>面对已经确立的差异化竞争策略以及与之而来的巨大市场空间,现磨咖啡所要做的事情似乎就只剩下扩张。但现实却是同样的模式并不能同时适应一线和低线城市的市场环境。</p>\n<p><img referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\"></p>\n<p>有业内人士告诉惊蛰研究所,<b>以星巴克为代表的传统连锁品牌,本身在原材料采购和门店租金方面就享有极具优势的议价权。</b>在保证品质的基础上,咖啡豆的成本可低至55元每公斤,而大型商场租金有时也能享受到原价40%的超低折扣,因此头部的成熟咖啡品牌往往能够保持60%左右的超高毛利率。</p>\n<p>头豹研究院在相关研报中也提到,海外现磨咖啡品牌因品牌影响力强而具备较强的租金议价能力,<b>而中国现磨咖啡馆暂未形成品牌及规模效应,因此在房租租金和原材料方面的议价能力弱,造成房租和原材料成本占比超50%。</b></p>\n<p>一位业内人士算了一笔账,普通咖啡馆的一杯咖啡在除去房租、人工和设备折旧后的成本在5-8元之间,而低线城市的消费力决定了定价只能在10元左右,那么利润就只剩下2-3元。<b>这样的利润率显然难以支撑短期内快速的门店扩张带来的资金和压力。</b></p>\n<p>从实际情况来看,精品咖啡品牌们在拿到新一轮融资前都意识到了这一问题,因此并未着急向下沉市场扩张。</p>\n<p><b>例如发展规模较大的Manner,截至今年9月初,共有198家门店,其中169家位于上海;M stand在今年年初获得融资时,只有10家店的规模;Seesaw截至融资时,在全国也仅有33家门店。</b></p>\n<p>不过,拿到融资后的精品咖啡品牌们却已经纷纷将加速开店提上了日程。相关报道显示,<b>Manner计划在未来几年开设1000家门店。拿到喜茶投资的Seesaw也计划在2021年底将门店数量增加到100家,到2022年底增加到200家,未来5年实现开设500-1000家门店的目标。</b></p>\n<p>在明知低线市场环境无法满足现有模式的情况下,精品咖啡品牌们最终可能会选择继续集中在一线、二线城市进行扩张。<b>但随之而来的是集中在一线、二线市场的新增门店,将会快速导致市场饱和,加速行业内卷。</b></p>\n<p>无论是围绕一线、二线城市的横向扩张,还是向低线城市的下沉扩张,精品咖啡品牌们都无可避免的要迎来新的“疼痛”。至于结果,究竟是资本热潮下再次上演“百团大战”迎来稳定格局,还是精品咖啡们重蹈瑞幸“覆辙”,不堪现金流压力紧急撤退恐怕也还需要时间来印证。</p>\n<p>值得一提的是,相较于其他“创造需求”的新消费赛道而言,咖啡品类本身已经具有极高的粘性。<b>不论咖啡品牌们如何变换品牌策略或是市场打法,重度咖啡用户们组成的市场依旧存在。</b>机会面前,人人平等,或许瑞幸在资本市场“复出”后,依靠其零售数字化的优势,也能再造神话也不一定。</p>","source":"taimeiti","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE Link</a>\n\n</div>\n\n\n</article>\n</div>\n</body>\n</html>\n","type":0,"thumbnail":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/f53331acd5c3702807b120d990006b50","relate_stocks":{"LK":"瑞幸咖啡","LKNCY":"瑞幸咖啡"},"source_url":"https://www.tmtpost.com/5714459.html","is_english":false,"share_image_url":"https://static.laohu8.com/e9f99090a1c2ed51c021029395664489","article_id":"1192907581","content_text":"9月21日晚间,因财务造假退市一年多的瑞幸咖啡连发三则公告,表示公司将与投资者达成和解,并且正式提交了对可转债债权人的债务重组方案。最值得注意的是,瑞幸同时发布的财报数据显示,其2020年净营收40.33亿元,同比增长33.3%。\n公告发布后,瑞幸咖啡迅速收获了资本市场青睐,粉单一度涨逾18%,市值涨幅较去年6月退市时已超10倍。另据媒体报道,从9月初开始,中国光实国际投资、物美、星纳赫资本等一些国外的投资人,也已经纷纷表示出对瑞幸的投资兴趣。\n\n一切信号似乎都在表明瑞幸即将翻身,而除了通过和解等方式重获美国投资人的信任,资本市场对瑞幸的乐观态度,很大一部分也得益于当下国内咖啡市场正在掀起的行业新风潮,而等待瑞幸回归的现磨咖啡赛道也出现了新的机会。\n瑞幸种树,后来者乘凉\n虽然瑞幸在被曝出财务造假丑闻后遭遇了不少口诛笔伐,但是对于国内咖啡市场的发展而言,瑞幸几乎是以一己之力推动了平民化咖啡市场的发掘和建立。\n对比星巴克、Costa等一线连锁品牌30-40元的平均客单价,瑞幸咖啡15-25元之间的客单价几乎是在“用奶茶的价格,卖咖啡的产品体验”。甚至于,瑞幸通过运营端树立起的国产一线咖啡的品牌印象,以及向下沉市场的规模化扩张,也将现磨咖啡这一始终未能突破北上广深等一线市场的消费品,迅速带入了更多低线城市的核心商圈,“培养”出了忠实用户,做大了国内咖啡消费市场的这块蛋糕。\n\n今年4月份,德勤中国公布的中国现磨咖啡行业白皮书显示,中国消费者对咖啡的需求,已经从最初的社交性场景需求,发展成了功能性需求。依靠咖啡来提神醒脑的一线、新一线和二线城市的消费者分别占到78%、72%和68%,而在心理层面上对咖啡产生依赖性的消费者,也分别占到了48%、41%和39%。\n另外,瑞幸的零售数字化创新,不仅让包括新茶饮在内的零售品牌及其背后的资本们,看到了“新消费”的广阔钱景。其在低毛利模式下的高速扩张所暴露出来的现金流压力,也给其他后来者提前趟好了雷。\n于是,自今年上半年以来,资本又开始密集进入咖啡赛道,各自扶持看好的咖啡品牌。\n\n据不完全统计,仅今年前7个月与咖啡行业有关的融资活动就多达28次,融资总额近60亿元,投资方中不乏美团龙珠、字节跳动战略投资部、腾讯等知名投资机构和公司。其中,以Manner、M stand为代表的本土头部现磨咖啡品牌均在半年内拿到了1-2轮的新融资。\n其中,Manner作为备受资本关注的黑马,6月份时其估值已达28亿美元,超百亿元人民币。而彼时Manner仅有108家门店,换算下来其单店估值就有1亿,是星巴克的三倍。此外,在资本不断加码国产咖啡品牌的同时,Tims咖啡,Peets咖啡、蓝瓶咖啡等知名外资咖啡品牌,也从今年上半年开始加速进入中国市场。\n与“瑞幸时代”依靠互联网流量思维运营咖啡品牌的经营思路完全不同,随着越来越多的专业玩家正式进入中国咖啡市场,新一轮的现磨咖啡赛道争夺战开始回归产品和商业本身,这也让正在上演的“咖啡大战”拥有了更多看点。\n精品咖啡大乱斗,咖啡开始奶茶化\n相关数据显示,当前中国市场咖啡馆的数量已经接近于饱和,但连锁率仅为13%。在这种行业环境下,咖啡赛道的新玩家们有希望通过打造头部品牌和线下渠道的快速规模化,抢占市场份额形成头部效应。\n鉴于这一目的,许多现磨咖啡品牌都开始大炒精品咖啡的概念,试图树立“精品咖啡第一品牌”的印象。\n但实际上,所谓的“精品咖啡”概念并没有一个可以严格依据的标准。\n美国精品咖啡协会(SCAA)对于精品咖啡的定义是“从咖啡农到咖啡师必须均对品质有高标准追求。欧洲精品咖啡协会(SCAE)的定义则是“高标准的选豆、精湛的烘焙技术和冲煮技术”。\n简单来说,精品咖啡更像是一种注重咖啡品质与风味的象征而非行业标准。对这一概念化的争夺,并不能带来具体的品牌认知。不过精品咖啡们已经找到了吸引消费者的其他办法。\n针对星巴克等传统连锁咖啡品牌“教育”出来的重度咖啡用户,以及瑞幸等新品牌“培养”出来的年轻咖啡用户,精品咖啡品牌们一方面不再强调类似星巴克“第三空间”的消费体验,另一方面也放弃了瑞幸互联网式的高补贴打法。转而以出位的颜值和新颖的产品策略,从“星巴克”们的手中悄悄蚕食现有的存量咖啡市场。\n\n例如从去年12月份至今连续获得4轮融资的Manner,虽然门店面积较小,但是简约的装修风格足以让人眼前一亮,其浓郁的咖啡口味也足以满足重度咖啡用户;同为上海本土精品咖啡品牌的M Stand则拥有更具艺术性的门店风格,吸引了无数年轻咖啡用户前往线下门店打卡;至于刚刚获得喜茶投资的Seesaw咖啡,则是凭借创意+精品咖啡的路线,不断推出创新产品吸引用户的注意力。\n显而易见的是,精品咖啡们采用了与新茶饮颇为相似的竞争策略,这也的确为它们找到了差异化的竞争优势。而“奶茶化”的发展趋势,也成为了促进国内咖啡消费的重要方向。\n食品产业分析师朱丹蓬认为,精品咖啡向多品类、多场景、多渠道、多消费人群方向的发展,进一步降低了消费者接触咖啡消费的门槛,也给自己带来了更大的市场空间。这也是精品咖啡们在瑞幸之后能够获得资本青睐的重要原因。\n无法避免的扩张之痛\n面对已经确立的差异化竞争策略以及与之而来的巨大市场空间,现磨咖啡所要做的事情似乎就只剩下扩张。但现实却是同样的模式并不能同时适应一线和低线城市的市场环境。\n\n有业内人士告诉惊蛰研究所,以星巴克为代表的传统连锁品牌,本身在原材料采购和门店租金方面就享有极具优势的议价权。在保证品质的基础上,咖啡豆的成本可低至55元每公斤,而大型商场租金有时也能享受到原价40%的超低折扣,因此头部的成熟咖啡品牌往往能够保持60%左右的超高毛利率。\n头豹研究院在相关研报中也提到,海外现磨咖啡品牌因品牌影响力强而具备较强的租金议价能力,而中国现磨咖啡馆暂未形成品牌及规模效应,因此在房租租金和原材料方面的议价能力弱,造成房租和原材料成本占比超50%。\n一位业内人士算了一笔账,普通咖啡馆的一杯咖啡在除去房租、人工和设备折旧后的成本在5-8元之间,而低线城市的消费力决定了定价只能在10元左右,那么利润就只剩下2-3元。这样的利润率显然难以支撑短期内快速的门店扩张带来的资金和压力。\n从实际情况来看,精品咖啡品牌们在拿到新一轮融资前都意识到了这一问题,因此并未着急向下沉市场扩张。\n例如发展规模较大的Manner,截至今年9月初,共有198家门店,其中169家位于上海;M “有风险的”科技业务。最终的结果是,一家出众的科技公司变成了一个财务漂亮的中庸公司,最终受影响的仍然是股东利益——至今其市值仍只有1200多亿美元,被一众后生超越。</p>\n<p>赚钱本是一家企业来说是天然的使命。但是如果将最大限度地盈利视为一切工作的焦点,那么很可能会适得其反。</p>\n<p>进入电商时代的零售行业,这个规律体现得更加充分。<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/AMZN\">亚马逊</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/JD\">京东</a>和美团长期在亏损中快速成长,但资本却从未抛弃过他们。</p>\n<p>反而是<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/BABA\">阿里巴巴</a>,在马云退休、张勇出任CEO、董事长之后遭遇了一系列困难,与盈利最大化的战略有很大关系,甚至一手培养了拼多多这个强劲的对手。</p>\n<p>近期,赛道上又有了新的变化。2021年二季度,拼多多成功“扭亏为盈”,其季度营收为231亿元,经调整后的净利润41.25亿元,去年同期为净亏损7720万元。看得出,这是在尽可能展示自己有赚钱的能力。</p>\n<p>首次盈利固然可喜,但与盈利同时出现的是,拼多多的营收不及预期、用户增速放缓。而这些都是此前其向资本市场展示的“高速增长”的核心表现。拼多多正试图完成从成长到盈利的惊险一跃。</p>\n<p>作为对照的是,曾经最赚钱的电商公司,阿里二季度的经营利润为308亿元,同比下降11%。阿里CEO张勇表示:“阿里要做好长期的价值创造,今年阿里的重点任务就是创造增量价值。”</p>\n<p><b>盈利背后:自有商品销售的下滑</b></p>\n<blockquote>\n 陈磊似乎在传达出一种“拼多多可以在阿里的重压之下仍然可以赚钱”的强硬态度。\n</blockquote>\n<p>在此之前不久,阿里已经在向外界强硬表态:少赚钱,加剧行业竞争。</p>\n<p>行业老大放弃盈利战略,对于整个行业都是一次浴火,谁能重生并却不一定。更加激烈的竞争局面,让有赞、微盟、京东等行业企业的利润、股价受到剧烈冲击。</p>\n<p>拼多多的股价也因此承压,但盈利来得却非常意外,陈磊似乎在表达出一种“拼多多可以在阿里的重压之下仍然可以赚钱”的强硬态度。</p>\n<p>拼多多财务副总裁马靖在财报会议上表示:“本季度的利润主要是来源于营销费用的营业杠杆。”</p>\n<p>这句话理解起来似乎有点费劲,我们不妨拆分一下拼多多的营收构成。</p>\n<p>2020年第四季度,拼多多上线1P自营商品销售业务。而在最近的财报中,其1P业务的营收迅速降低,而这部分收入的下滑也正是其营收低于市场预期的核心原因(市场预期为267亿元,实际为210.9亿元)。</p>\n<p><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/65c314d85b9cceb95b89c89be0ed40e7\" tg-width=\"550\" tg-height=\"386\" referrerpolicy=\"no-referrer\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\"></p>\n<p>在此之前,与拼多多自营商品销售业务同时出现的,是其毛利率的大幅下滑,而在该部分营收下滑之际,其毛利率明显回升。</p>\n<p>那1P自营商品销售业务对于拼多多来说,究竟意味着什么,又为何出现明显下滑?</p>\n<p>在一季度的财报会议上马靖解释:“2021年第一季度,我们通过1P测试获得的商品销售额达到了人民币51亿元。1P试用版旨在暂时满足用户对我们商家无法满足的产品的需求。因此,此数字可能会随季度变化。”</p>\n<p>也就是说,当某些头部品牌暂未入驻拼多多时,拼多多会通过自营商品销售的形式,去满足消费者对这类商品的需求,而这正是拼多多推出1P业务的核心原因,比如拼多多自己花钱买iPhone,然后平价甚至折价卖给用户。</p>\n<p>显然这是个赔钱买卖。在赔钱的自营业务营收大幅下降后,拼多多的毛利率得到显著改善。与此同时,其二季度的营销费用的投入也大幅降低,两者综合,拼多多最终在逆势中扭亏为盈,这也被资本视为强势的表现。</p>\n<p><b>放弃品牌阵地?</b></p>\n<blockquote>\n 相比打折赚到的微薄利润,品牌商将价格体系的稳定视为更重要的考虑因素。\n</blockquote>\n<p>不过,这两大重点动作的负面问题也同样明显。</p>\n<p>对于自营商品销售业务而言,其核心目标在于服务拼多多的品牌战略,改善其在用户心中曾经劣质的品牌印象。但至今这个目标尚未达成,多数消费者对在拼多多上买高价产品仍然有所顾虑。</p>\n<p>自营商品销售额减弱的背后,是否意味着拼多多正在放弃品牌阵地?如果这一假设成立,那就代表着拼多多已经彻底放弃攻入天猫的腹地。</p>\n<p>以阿里的经验来看,天猫是个比淘宝更值得做的生意。</p>\n<p>一方面,入驻天猫的高端品牌有更高的客单价、更充足的营销预算,因此,天猫商家的变现率远高于淘宝商家。</p>\n<p>另一方面,天猫品牌旗舰店参与各类促销活动的积极性和能力,也远远高于淘宝C店和中小B店,这对平台的GMV有很大的促进作用。</p>\n<p>拼多多在此前以“第二个淘宝”的面目示人,通过拼团购模式可以帮助其迅速建立人气。但这个思路在品牌商品方面却并不好用——品牌企业有自己成熟的价格体系,不会为了销量贸然参加各种拼团降价活动。</p>\n<p>相比打折赚到的微薄利润,品牌商将价格体系的稳定视为更重要的考虑因素。拼多多的拼团购商业模式决定了,它很难获得品牌商的认可,再建一个天猫或者京东难度极大,所以“放弃治疗”是个理性的选择。</p>\n<p>在营销费用层面,营销费用的下滑可能有两个原因。</p>\n<p>一是,管理层出于验证盈利能力的考量,向资本市场展示“肌肉”,这可以被看做是某种程度的利好;二是,拼多多的用户增长已经达到瓶颈,单靠投入营销费用已经无法带动业绩快速增长,这意味着公司必须修改投资逻辑。</p>\n<p>相比广告投放,巩固大后方,完善优势项目的供应链更加重要。拼多多将其升华为“关于农业的梦想”。</p>\n<p>在财报发布之际,拼多多宣布将专门设立100亿元农业科技专项,旨在面向农业及乡村的重大需求,不以商业价值和盈利为目的,推动农业科技进步,科技普惠。拼多多董事长兼CEO陈磊担任项目一号位。</p>\n<p>农货是拼多多的最强标签。但对于高达8亿的用户来说,<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/000061\">农产品</a>或者白牌商品并不是唯一的需求。</p>\n<p><b>回归C2M初心?</b></p>\n<blockquote>\n C2M被强化的同时,品牌销售必然会成为跷跷板的另一端。\n</blockquote>\n<p>黄峥早年写过一篇《把“资本主义”倒过来》的文章,当时的他试图论证一种更合理的财富分配方式,即富人通过向穷人购买“反向保险”,买到穷人未来需求的确定性。</p>\n<p>举个例子,比如有一千个人在夏天的时候就想到在冬天的时候要买一件某种样子的羽绒衣,他们一起写了一个联名的订单给到一个生产厂商,并愿意按去年的价格出10%的订金。这种情况下,很有可能工厂是愿意给他们30%的折扣的。</p>\n<p>因为工厂掌握了原本不具有的确定性,这种确定性可以转变为利用生产计划低谷进行生产的便利,也可以转化为采购原材料时的笃定心态。</p>\n<p>若以此视角重新梳理拼多多的发展逻辑,我们也不难发现黄峥的这一理念有机会被加速践行。C2M被强化的同时,品牌销售必然会成为跷跷板的另一端。</p>\n<p>在农产品或者白牌商品领域,拼多多的战略方式大获成功。但在品牌零售方向,拼多多难言功绩,甚至要将其淡化以确保盈利,模式的差异、用户消费习惯的桎梏,都决定了品牌方与拼多多双向不来电:</p>\n<p>其一,囿于C2M的战略方向,拼多多淡化了“店”的概念,消费者对拼多多更多的是对平台的印象,而阿里则不断强化“店”的概念。因此,我们经常能看见类似<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/300783\">三只松鼠</a>、百草味等淘品牌,但拼多多孵化的新品牌却寥寥无几;</p>\n<p>其二,零售的逻辑在于“由俭入奢难,由奢入俭易”,当消费者在京东买iPhone的时候,很可能会顺手下单纸巾之类的商品,但消费者在拼多多买纸巾的时候,却很难在这里下单高价值货品,消费习惯难以养成。</p>\n<p>其三,拼多多已经尝试过一些品牌商品打折营销效果中规中矩,因为来自品牌方的强硬表态会让原本诚恳的打折在效果上适得其反。</p>\n<p><img height=\"auto\">有品牌商急于撇清与拼多多之间的“合作”</p>\n<p>这些都是未来将会制约拼多多发展的问题。</p>\n<p>亏损战略下,企业对于扩张、对于增加可能性会展示出一种开放性的态度,就如IBM在历史上曾经有过的凌厉感。</p>\n<p>这种开放性的态度,在步入盈利为核心的战略阶段后会迅速退化,不符合盈利甚至是股东利益最大化原则的业务将会被战略放弃——对于拼多多来说,对待品牌的态度变化是最明显的体现。</p>\n<p>拼多多正在让自己从“阿里”变回“淘宝”。站在观察和评论者的角度,我们不能说这一定是个坏事。因为在前人已经走出的脚印里,已经容不下拼多多日渐庞大的身躯和野心。回归C2M的初心,也许正是时候。</p>\n<p><b>写在最后</b></p>\n<p>“拼多多的驱动力来源于两个,一个是用户的增长,另外一个是用户粘性。现在我们的用户数量达到了8亿5千万,增速不可避免的会出现下降,因此我们的工作重点就需要转移到如何给客户提供更好的服务,加强用户对于平台的黏性”。</p>\n<p>高层表态固然重要,但提供给用户更好的服务并非易事:用户会在怎样的情况下坚守与平台的关系?又是哪些用户在坚定地与拼多多站在一起,哪些用户在薅了羊毛之后头也不回?</p>\n<p>黄峥曾在股东信中引用了诗人穆旦的《冥想》,“我冷眼向过去稍稍回顾,只见它曲折灌溉的悲喜,都消失在一片亘古的荒漠。这才知道我的全部努力,不过完成了普通的生活。”</p>\n<p>黄峥已经挂印离去,拼多多却只能拼命向前。黄峥已经有了足够多完成“普通生活”的资本,而拼多多在大敌面前,仍必须如履薄冰。</p>","source":"lsy1606906011227","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE “有风险的”科技业务。最终的结果是,一家出众的科技公司变成了一个财务漂亮的中庸公司,最终受影响的仍然是股东利益——至今其市值仍只有1200多亿美元,被一众后生超越。\n赚钱本是一家企业来说是天然的使命。但是如果将最大限度地盈利视为一切工作的焦点,那么很可能会适得其反。\n进入电商时代的零售行业,这个规律体现得更加充分。亚马逊、京东和美团长期在亏损中快速成长,但资本却从未抛弃过他们。\n反而是阿里巴巴,在马云退休、张勇出任CEO、董事长之后遭遇了一系列困难,与盈利最大化的战略有很大关系,甚至一手培养了拼多多这个强劲的对手。\n近期,赛道上又有了新的变化。2021年二季度,拼多多成功“扭亏为盈”,其季度营收为231亿元,经调整后的净利润41.25亿元,去年同期为净亏损7720万元。看得出,这是在尽可能展示自己有赚钱的能力。\n首次盈利固然可喜,但与盈利同时出现的是,拼多多的营收不及预期、用户增速放缓。而这些都是此前其向资本市场展示的“高速增长”的核心表现。拼多多正试图完成从成长到盈利的惊险一跃。\n作为对照的是,曾经最赚钱的电商公司,阿里二季度的经营利润为308亿元,同比下降11%。阿里CEO张勇表示:“阿里要做好长期的价值创造,今年阿里的重点任务就是创造增量价值。”\n盈利背后:自有商品销售的下滑\n\n 陈磊似乎在传达出一种“拼多多可以在阿里的重压之下仍然可以赚钱”的强硬态度。\n\n在此之前不久,阿里已经在向外界强硬表态:少赚钱,加剧行业竞争。\n行业老大放弃盈利战略,对于整个行业都是一次浴火,谁能重生并却不一定。更加激烈的竞争局面,让有赞、微盟、京东等行业企业的利润、股价受到剧烈冲击。\n拼多多的股价也因此承压,但盈利来得却非常意外,陈磊似乎在表达出一种“拼多多可以在阿里的重压之下仍然可以赚钱”的强硬态度。\n拼多多财务副总裁马靖在财报会议上表示:“本季度的利润主要是来源于营销费用的营业杠杆。”\n这句话理解起来似乎有点费劲,我们不妨拆分一下拼多多的营收构成。\n2020年第四季度,拼多多上线1P自营商品销售业务。而在最近的财报中,其1P业务的营收迅速降低,而这部分收入的下滑也正是其营收低于市场预期的核心原因(市场预期为267亿元,实际为210.9亿元)。\n\n在此之前,与拼多多自营商品销售业务同时出现的,是其毛利率的大幅下滑,而在该部分营收下滑之际,其毛利率明显回升。\n那1P自营商品销售业务对于拼多多来说,究竟意味着什么,又为何出现明显下滑?\n在一季度的财报会议上马靖解释:“2021年第一季度,我们通过1P测试获得的商品销售额达到了人民币51亿元。1P试用版旨在暂时满足用户对我们商家无法满足的产品的需求。因此,此数字可能会随季度变化。”\n也就是说,当某些头部品牌暂未入驻拼多多时,拼多多会通过自营商品销售的形式,去满足消费者对这类商品的需求,而这正是拼多多推出1P业务的核心原因,比如拼多多自己花钱买iPhone,然后平价甚至折价卖给用户。\n显然这是个赔钱买卖。在赔钱的自营业务营收大幅下降后,拼多多的毛利率得到显著改善。与此同时,其二季度的营销费用的投入也大幅降低,两者综合,拼多多最终在逆势中扭亏为盈,这也被资本视为强势的表现。\n放弃品牌阵地?\n\n 相比打折赚到的微薄利润,品牌商将价格体系的稳定视为更重要的考虑因素。\n\n不过,这两大重点动作的负面问题也同样明显。\n对于自营商品销售业务而言,其核心目标在于服务拼多多的品牌战略,改善其在用户心中曾经劣质的品牌印象。但至今这个目标尚未达成,多数消费者对在拼多多上买高价产品仍然有所顾虑。\n自营商品销售额减弱的背后,是否意味着拼多多正在放弃品牌阵地?如果这一假设成立,那就代表着拼多多已经彻底放弃攻入天猫的腹地。\n以阿里的经验来看,天猫是个比淘宝更值得做的生意。\n一方面,入驻天猫的高端品牌有更高的客单价、更充足的营销预算,因此,天猫商家的变现率远高于淘宝商家。\n另一方面,天猫品牌旗舰店参与各类促销活动的积极性和能力,也远远高于淘宝C店和中小B店,这对平台的GMV有很大的促进作用。\n拼多多在此前以“第二个淘宝”的面目示人,通过拼团购模式可以帮助其迅速建立人气。但这个思路在品牌商品方面却并不好用——品牌企业有自己成熟的价格体系,不会为了销量贸然参加各种拼团降价活动。\n相比打折赚到的微薄利润,品牌商将价格体系的稳定视为更重要的考虑因素。拼多多的拼团购商业模式决定了,它很难获得品牌商的认可,再建一个天猫或者京东难度极大,所以“放弃治疗”是个理性的选择。\n在营销费用层面,营销费用的下滑可能有两个原因。\n一是,管理层出于验证盈利能力的考量,向资本市场展示“肌肉”,这可以被看做是某种程度的利好;二是,拼多多的用户增长已经达到瓶颈,单靠投入营销费用已经无法带动业绩快速增长,这意味着公司必须修改投资逻辑。\n相比广告投放,巩固大后方,完善优势项目的供应链更加重要。拼多多将其升华为“关于农业的梦想”。\n在财报发布之际,拼多多宣布将专门设立100亿元农业科技专项,旨在面向农业及乡村的重大需求,不以商业价值和盈利为目的,推动农业科技进步,科技普惠。拼多多董事长兼CEO陈磊担任项目一号位。\n农货是拼多多的最强标签。但对于高达8亿的用户来说,农产品或者白牌商品并不是唯一的需求。\n回归C2M初心?\n\n
