back on the upswing.\nIt was a rough spring for the technology sector, as traders ins","content":"
Tech stocks are back on the upswing.
\n
It was a rough spring for the technology sector, as traders instead turned their attention to reopening stocks along withcryptocurrenciesand meme plays. However, now crypto has plunged and reopening stocks are taking on water as well amid a surge in COVID-19 virus variants.
\n
A recent Federal Reserve decision caused a big swing in interest rates, which has led to investors selling value stocks and buying growth stocks instead. As if that weren't enough, tech got another boost this week as a federal court blocked a key antitrust lawsuit against Facebook (ticker:FB). This has seemingly given the green light to other large tech companies to keep expanding their businesses as well. With all that in place, this is shaping up to be a good summer for tech stocks, including these five in particular:
\n
\n
Facebook (FB)
\n
Alphabet (GOOG,GOOGL)
\n
Blackbaud (BLKB)
\n
Jack Henry & Associates (JKHY)
\n
Texas Instruments (TXN)
\n
\n
Facebook (FB)
\n
In late June, a federal court dismissed antitrust charges against Facebook. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) had claimed that Facebook was acting as a monopoly in social media. The FTC, if it had its way, would have tried to force Facebook to divest its other pivotal holdings, including WhatsApp and Instagram, to create a more competitive social media landscape.
\n
However, the federal court said the FTC failed to prove that Facebook was a monopoly. Facebook stock popped on the news and topped a $1 trillion valuation for the first time.
\n
Arguably, however, the stock should be up a lot more. Shares are still trading for just 23 times forward earnings while analysts forecast nearly 20% annual revenue growth in 2022 and 2023. Now, with the threat of government intervention gone, Facebook is even more compelling.
\n
Alphabet (GOOG,GOOGL)
\n
The court's ruling has broader implications. While Facebook was the target in that case, it's no secret that regulators have been looking at most of the tech titans as potential monopolies, perhaps none more than Alphabet.
\n
Google's search business has massive market share in online advertising. And the search business is hooked into its operating system and applications such as Gmail to extend its reach. Google's other ventures, such asself-driving carsubsidiary Waymo, could extend Google's domain into next-generation technology as well.
\n
In announcing a lawsuit against Alphabet last year, Texas' attorney general said that \"if the free market were a baseball game, Google positioned itself as the pitcher, the batter and the umpire.\" Now, however, with Facebook clear of antitrust concerns, it sets a precedent for Google to avoid a major regulatory punishment as well.
\n
Alphabet stock isn't as cheap as Facebook, but at 26 times forward earnings and approximately 15% projected annual revenue growth, it has earned its spot as one of the best tech stocks to buy now.
\n
Blackbaud (BLKB)
\n
Blackbaud is a software company focused on charitable organization and K-12 schools. Its primary business is in providing software for charities to receive payments and manage their relationships with donors. The company estimates that 25% of charitable giving in 2020 occurred via Blackbaud's platform.
\n
Charitable giving was disrupted in 2020 due to the pandemic, though some organizations saw an uptick in activity as people donated in the wake of the twin tragedies of theeconomic recessionand health crisis. Still, 2020 wasn't a great year for Blackbaud. More broadly, Blackbaud has been in transition from on-premise software to a subscription cloud offering.
\n
Such transitions in tech stocks are often met with stock price weakness as investors grapple with less upfront revenue from the subscription model. That creates opportunity now, however, to buy a leading niche software player at less than 26 times forward earnings with a reopening tailwind as charities can start having in-person events once again.
\n
Jack Henry (JKHY)
\n
Jack Henry is a leading payment processing and informationtechnology company; its main clients are banks and credit unions. The company has an extremely stable business that barely missed a beat even during the financial crisis. Since then, Jack Henry stock has gone up more than 500% thanks to steady growth in the overall demand for payments and financial services.
\n
That said, Jack Henry stock has gone flat as investors fret over the health of the banking and financial system in the COVID-19 era. More recently, it has become apparent that credit-quality concerns didn't end up causing much material harm to banks. As the economy is picking up in 2021, the banks are roaring back; financials have been one of the top-performing sectors this year.
\n
With that risk now off the table, Jack Henry is primed to follow suit and blast off to new all-time highs. In addition, the company earns a significant chunk of high-margin business from mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity in the banking sector. However, now crypto has plunged and reopening stocks are taking on water as well amid a surge in COVID-19 virus variants.\nA recent Federal Reserve decision caused a big swing in interest rates, which has led to investors selling value stocks and buying growth stocks instead. As if that weren't enough, tech got another boost this week as a federal court blocked a key antitrust lawsuit against Facebook (ticker:FB). This has seemingly given the green light to other large tech companies to keep expanding their businesses as well. With all that in place, this is shaping up to be a good summer for tech stocks, including these five in particular:\n\nFacebook (FB)\nAlphabet (GOOG,GOOGL)\nBlackbaud (BLKB)\nJack Henry & Associates (JKHY)\nTexas Instruments (TXN)\n\nFacebook (FB)\nIn late June, a federal court dismissed antitrust charges against Facebook. The Federal Trade Commission (FTC) had claimed that Facebook was acting as a monopoly in social media. The FTC, if it had its way, would have tried to force Facebook to divest its other pivotal holdings, including WhatsApp and Instagram, to create a more competitive social media landscape.\nHowever, the federal court said the FTC failed to prove that Facebook was a monopoly. Facebook stock popped on the news and topped a $1 trillion valuation for the first time.\nArguably, however, the stock should be up a lot more. Shares are still trading for just 23 times forward earnings while analysts forecast nearly 20% annual revenue growth in 2022 and 2023. Now, with the threat of government intervention gone, Facebook is even more compelling.\nAlphabet (GOOG,GOOGL)\nThe court's ruling has broader implications. While Facebook was the target in that case, it's no secret that regulators have been looking at most of the tech titans as potential monopolies, perhaps none more than Alphabet.\nGoogle's search business has massive market share in online advertising. And the search business is hooked into its operating system and applications such as Gmail to extend its reach. Google's other ventures, such asself-driving carsubsidiary Waymo, could extend Google's domain into next-generation technology as well.\nIn announcing a lawsuit against Alphabet last year, Texas' attorney general said that \"if the free market were a baseball game, Google positioned itself as the pitcher, the batter and the umpire.\" Now, however, with Facebook clear of antitrust concerns, it sets a precedent for Google to avoid a major regulatory punishment as well.\nAlphabet stock isn't as cheap as Facebook, but at 26 times forward earnings and approximately 15% projected annual revenue growth, it has earned its spot as one of the best tech stocks to buy now.\nBlackbaud (BLKB)\nBlackbaud is a software company focused on charitable organization and K-12 schools. Its primary business is in providing software for charities to receive payments and manage their relationships with donors. The company estimates that 25% of charitable giving in 2020 occurred via Blackbaud's platform.\nCharitable giving was disrupted in 2020 due to the pandemic, though some organizations saw an uptick in activity as people donated in the wake of the twin tragedies of theeconomic recessionand health crisis. Still, 2020 wasn't a great year for Blackbaud. More broadly, Blackbaud has been in transition from on-premise software to a subscription cloud offering.\nSuch transitions in tech stocks are often met with stock price weakness as investors grapple with less upfront revenue from the subscription model. That creates opportunity now, however, to buy a leading niche software player at less than 26 times forward earnings with a reopening tailwind as charities can start having in-person events once again.\nJack Henry (JKHY)\nJack Henry is a leading payment processing and informationtechnology company; its main clients are banks and credit unions. The company has an extremely stable business that barely missed a beat even during the financial crisis. Since then, Jack Henry stock has gone up more than 500% thanks to steady growth in the overall demand for payments and financial services.\nThat said, Jack Henry stock has gone flat as investors fret over the health of the banking and financial system in the COVID-19 era. More recently, it has become apparent that credit-quality concerns didn't end up causing much material harm to banks. As the economy is picking up in 2021, the banks are roaring back; financials have been one of the top-performing sectors this year.\nWith that risk now off the table, Jack Henry is primed to follow suit and blast off to new all-time highs. In addition, the company earns a significant chunk of high-margin business from mergers and acquisitions (M&A) activity in the banking sector. Withbank stockssoaring, M&A is on the rise, and this should directly boost Jack Henry's earnings.\nTexas Instruments (TXN)\nTexas Instruments is the leader in analogsemiconductor chips. This is a business that focuses on taking real-world parameters such as weather information and converting it into data for digital use. This line of chips is increasingly important as the Internet of Things grows and more devices than ever are online.\nTexas Instruments is making a particularly big push in smart cars, and should sell a large chunk of the chipsets that end up going into autonomous vehicles. In late June, Texas Instruments also announced that it's buying a fabricating unit in Utah from Micron Technology (MU) for $900 million as the company continues to execute on its growth plan.\nTexas Instruments is benefiting from the current semiconductor shortage, which puts it in a good position for better pricing and profit margins going forward. The company has a prodigious growth record, having tripled its earnings per share over the past decade. Now, it trades for just 24 times forward earnings, which is quite reasonable in a bull market for the industry.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":210,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":152508677,"gmtCreate":1625305578599,"gmtModify":1631890729820,"author":{"id":"3566893045383791","authorId":"3566893045383791","name":"juixyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/31ad405d84b0ecf326f43521a15de1d0","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3566893045383791","idStr":"3566893045383791"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hi","listText":"Hi","text":"Hi","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/152508677","repostId":"1188153141","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1188153141","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1625276221,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1188153141?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-07-03 09:37","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Suze Orman worries about a market crash — here's what you should do","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=1188153141","media":"MoneyWise","summary":"As stock markets continue setting records, fallout from COVID-19 continues to create problems for th","content":"
As stock markets continue setting records, fallout from COVID-19 continues to create problems for the economy.
\n
That clash has worried investing experts, including Suze Orman, who's gone so far as to say she’s now preparing for an inevitable market crash.
\n
And a famous measurement popularized by Warren Buffett — known as the Buffett Indicator — shows Orman might be onto something.
\n
Here’s an explanation of where the concern is coming from and some techniques you can use tokeep your investment portfolio growingeven if the market goes south.
\n
What does Suze Orman think?
\n
Mediapunch/Shutterstock
\n
Suze Orman has avidly watched the market for decades. Invest on a schedule
\n
katjen / Shutterstock
\n
While she prefers to buy low, Orman doesn’t recommend you stop investing completely when the market goes up.
\n
She wants casual investors to not get caught up in the daily ups and downs of the market.
\n
In fact, cheering for downturns now may be your best bet at getting a larger piece of very profitable investments — like some lucky investors were able to do back in 2007 and 2008.
\n
“When the market went down, down, down you could buy things at nothing,” says Orman. “And now look at them 15 years later.”
\n
She suggests you set up a dollar-cost averaging strategy, which means you invest your money in equal portions at regular intervals, regardless of the market’s fluctuations.
\n
This kind of approach is easy to implement with any of the many investing apps currently available to DIY investors.
\n
There are even apps that willautomatically invest your spare changeby rounding up your debit and credit card purchases to the nearest dollar.
\n
3. Diversify with fractional shares
\n
To help weather dips in specific corners of the market, Orman suggests you diversify your investments — balance your portfolio with investments in many different types of assets and sectors of the economy.
\n
Orman particularly recommends fractional-share investing. This approach allows you to buy a slice of a share for a big-name company that you otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford.
\n
With the help of apopular stock-trading tool, anyone at any budget can afford the fractional share strategy.
\n
“The sooner you begin, the more money you will have,” says Orman. “Just don’t stop, and when these markets go down, you should be so happy because your dollars find more shares.”
\n
“And the more shares you have, the more money you’ll have 20, 40, 50 years from now.”
\n
What else you can do
\n
goodluz / Shutterstock
\n
Whether or not a big crash is around the corner, investors who are still decades out from retirement can make that work for them, Orman said in theCNBC video.
\n
First, prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Since the onset of the pandemic, Orman now recommends everyone have an emergency fund that can cover their expenses for a full year.
\n
Then, to set yourself up fora comfortable retirement, she suggests you opt for a Roth account, whether that’s a 401(k) or IRA.
\n
That will help you avoid paying tax when you take money out of your retirement account because your contributions to a Roth account are made after tax. Traditional IRAs, on the other hand, aren’t taxed when you make contributions, so you’ll end up paying later.
\n
If you find you need a little more guidance, working with aprofessional financial adviser, can help point you in the right direction so you can confidently ride out any market volatility.
\n
While everyone else is veering off course or overcorrecting, you’ll be firmly in the driver’s seat with your sunset years planned for.
","source":"lsy1621813427262","collect":0,"html":"\n
\n
\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; Diversify with fractional shares\nTo help weather dips in specific corners of the market, Orman suggests you diversify your investments — balance your portfolio with investments in many different types of assets and sectors of the economy.\nOrman particularly recommends fractional-share investing. This approach allows you to buy a slice of a share for a big-name company that you otherwise wouldn’t be able to afford.\nWith the help of apopular stock-trading tool, anyone at any budget can afford the fractional share strategy.\n“The sooner you begin, the more money you will have,” says Orman. “Just don’t stop, and when these markets go down, you should be so happy because your dollars find more shares.”\n“And the more shares you have, the more money you’ll have 20, 40, 50 years from now.”\nWhat else you can do\ngoodluz / Shutterstock\nWhether or not a big crash is around the corner, investors who are still decades out from retirement can make that work for them, Orman said in theCNBC video.\nFirst, prepare for the worst and hope for the best. Since the onset of the pandemic, Orman now recommends everyone have an emergency fund that can cover their expenses for a full year.\nThen, to set yourself up fora comfortable retirement, she suggests you opt for a Roth account, whether that’s a 401(k) or IRA.\nThat will help you avoid paying tax when you take money out of your retirement account because your contributions to a Roth account are made after tax. Traditional IRAs, on the other hand, aren’t taxed when you make contributions, so you’ll end up paying later.\nIf you find you need a little more guidance, working with aprofessional financial adviser, can help point you in the right direction so you can confidently ride out any market volatility.\nWhile everyone else is veering off course or overcorrecting, you’ll be firmly in the driver’s seat with your sunset years planned for.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":211,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":361953244,"gmtCreate":1614189527288,"gmtModify":1631890729821,"author":{"id":"3566893045383791","authorId":"3566893045383791","name":"juixyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/31ad405d84b0ecf326f43521a15de1d0","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3566893045383791","idStr":"3566893045383791"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hi","listText":"Hi","text":"Hi","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/361953244","repostId":"1138795890","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":245,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":361924523,"gmtCreate":1614188852062,"gmtModify":1631890729826,"author":{"id":"3566893045383791","authorId":"3566893045383791","name":"juixyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/31ad405d84b0ecf326f43521a15de1d0","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3566893045383791","idStr":"3566893045383791"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hi","listText":"Hi","text":"Hi","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":4,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/361924523","repostId":"1129467108","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1129467108","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1614164417,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1129467108?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-02-24 19:00","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Why J.P. Despite the drop in some of the big tech names such as AppleAAPL, FacebookFB, MicrosoftMSFT, Zoom VideoZM, and countless others this week, the market fundamentals remain relatively strong.

Ebbs and flows, as well as pullbacks and corrections are healthy aspects of the market. And they need not be viewed as anything but normal occurrences, especially as strong earnings results continue to pour in. Better yet, the outlook for the first quarter and the rest of 2021 has improved significantly.

Vaccine distribution will hopefully help the economy roar back by the summer and lift some of the hardest-hit areas of the economy. Meanwhile, Wall Street is banking on more spending under the Biden administration and the Fed remains firmly committed to keeping interest rates low.

All of these factors set up a bullish outlook for 2021. But instead of focusing on companies that need a vaccine to really grow, let’s look at two tech stocks that have posted big sales growth during the pandemic and are ready to expand for years within futuristic industries…

NIO Inc.NIO

Every major automaker, from FordFto Volvo, is racing to roll out more electric vehicles as they try to catch TeslaTSLA. Luckily for investors, the EV market is far from a zero-sum game and newcomers continue to enter the space. Chinese EV maker NIO is a rising star in the booming market, as its sales continue to grow. The company is also focused on autonomous driving tech, as well as batteries, which are the lifeblood of the industry.

NIO sells multiple models that are somewhat in-line with Tesla, from smaller SUVs to sedans. The company said in early January that it delivered 17,353 vehicles in the fourth quarter, which marked a 110% jump.

Overall, NIO’s full-year deliveries surged 113% to nearly 44,000 vehicles in 2020. And its January 2021 figures were even more impressive, with deliveries up 350% from the year-ago period to push its overall cumulative deliveries to 83K.

With this in mind, Zacks estimates call for NIO’s FY20 revenue to jump 120% to $2.49 billion, with FY21 projected to come in another 97% higher to reach $4.89 billion. The Chinese EV company is also expected to significantly shrink its adjusted losses during this stretch.

NIO has topped our EPS estimates in the trailing two periods and its positive earnings revisions help it land a Zacks Rank #2 (Buy) heading into the release of its Q4 results on March 1.

NIO, which rocks an “A” grade for Growth in our Style Scores system, has seen its stock skyrocket over 1,000% in the last year and 300% in the past six months. Luckily for investors who missed the ride, NIO has cooled down, up only 12% in the last three months.

At roughly $55 per share, it’s down about 13% from its late January records. The recent downturn has seen it fall from overbought in terms of the Relative Strength Index to around 45—an RSI above 70 is often regarded as overbought, with any number below 30 considered oversold.

NIO’s recent price performance could give it room to run if it’s able to impress Wall Street. And the stock jumped over 1% through morning trading Friday, as it bounces off its 50-day moving average. NIO shares also trade at a discount compared to other high-flyers at 12.7X forward sales, which marks a discount against Tesla’s 15.5X and comes in 25% below its own six-months highs.

Three out of the nine brokerage recommendations that Zacks has for NIO come in at a “Strong Buy,” with none below a “Hold.” NIO might be worth buying as a long-term play that’s far less expensive than Tesla ($784 a share), in a world where EVs already accounted for over 30% of Volvo’s new car sales in Europe in 2020. And let’s remember that China is one of the world’s largest EV markets.

CrowdStrikeCRWD

CrowdStrike is a cloud-focused cybersecurity firm that utilizes machine learning and AI to protect endpoints and cloud workloads. This is crucial in the cloud age that’s full of rapidly expanding endpoints, which include laptops, desktops, smartphones, IoT devices, and more.

Remote work and schooling pushed this area of the ever-growing cybersecurity space to the forefront, but it was already booming. More importantly, as devices proliferate and our digitally-connected world grows more complex, it becomes more vulnerable.

CrowdStrike on February announced plans to bolster its offerings through the acquisition of Humio for $400 million—expected to close in the first quarter. Humio provides high-performance cloud log management and observability technology. The deal is set to “further expand its eXtended Detection and Response (XDR) capabilities by ingesting and correlating data from any log, application or feed to deliver actionable insights and real-time protection.”

CrowdStrike, which went public in the summer of 2019, has soared nearly 280% in the past 12 months. More recently, the stock is up 65% in the last six months, and it already bounced back to new records—which it hit earlier in the week—after it slipped in mid-January.

The stock is firmly a growth play at the moment, trading at 42.7X forward sales, which puts it right in line with e-commerce giant ShopifySHOP. Despite its run, the stock is not currently considered overbought, with an RSI of 64.

CRWD’s positive earnings revisions help it grab a Zacks Rank #2 (Buy) at the moment, with it set to release its fourth quarter fiscal 2021 results on March 16. Meanwhile, 14 of the 19 brokerage ratings Zacks has for CRWD come in at a “Strong Buy,” with none lower than a “Hold.”

Looking back, the company crushed our Q3 estimates in December, with sales up 86%. CrowdStrike also lifted its guidance at the time. Zacks estimates currently call for it to swing from an adjusted loss of -$0.02 a share in the year-ago period to +$0.09 in the fourth quarter on 65% stronger sales.

In total, the cybersecurity firm is projected to soar from a loss of -$0.42 a share to +$0.23 in fiscal 2021. Plus, CRWD’s FY22 EPS figure is projected to climb another 70% higher, all the way to $0.39 a share. Meanwhile, its revenue is projected to jump 79% to hit $861 million in FY21 and then climb another 42% to $1.22 billion in FY22.

CrowdStrike’s expected growth would come on top of FY20’s 93% sales expansion. The stock has clearly already gone on an impressive run. But it is poised to continue to grow in a world where everything is connected and data is endless. Therefore, cybersecurity firms such as CrowdStrike might make for strong long-term growth plays.

These Stocks Are Poised to Soar Past the PandemicThe COVID-19 outbreak has shifted consumer behavior dramatically, and a handful of high-tech companies have stepped up to keep America running. Despite the drop in some of the big tech names such as AppleAAPL, FacebookFB, MicrosoftMSFT, Zoom VideoZM, and countless others this week, the market fundamentals remain relatively strong.Ebbs and flows, as well as pullbacks and corrections are healthy aspects of the market. And they need not be viewed as anything but normal occurrences, especially as strong earnings results continue to pour in. Better yet, the outlook for the first quarter and the rest of 2021 has improved significantly.Vaccine distribution will hopefully help the economy roar back by the summer and lift some of the hardest-hit areas of the economy. Meanwhile, Wall Street is banking on more spending under the Biden administration and the Fed remains firmly committed to keeping interest rates low.All of these factors set up a bullish outlook for 2021. But instead of focusing on companies that need a vaccine to really grow, let’s look at two tech stocks that have posted big sales growth during the pandemic and are ready to expand for years within futuristic industries…NIO Inc.NIOEvery major automaker, from FordFto Volvo, is racing to roll out more electric vehicles as they try to catch TeslaTSLA. Luckily for investors, the EV market is far from a zero-sum game and newcomers continue to enter the space. Chinese EV maker NIO is a rising star in the booming market, as its sales continue to grow. The company is also focused on autonomous driving tech, as well as batteries, which are the lifeblood of the industry.NIO sells multiple models that are somewhat in-line with Tesla, from smaller SUVs to sedans. The company said in early January that it delivered 17,353 vehicles in the fourth quarter, which marked a 110% jump.Overall, NIO’s full-year deliveries surged 113% to nearly 44,000 vehicles in 2020. And its January 2021 figures were even more impressive, with deliveries up 350% from the year-ago period to push its overall cumulative deliveries to 83K.With this in mind, Zacks estimates call for NIO’s FY20 revenue to jump 120% to $2.49 billion, with FY21 projected to come in another 97% higher to reach $4.89 billion. The Chinese EV company is also expected to significantly shrink its adjusted losses during this stretch.NIO has topped our EPS estimates in the trailing two periods and its positive earnings revisions help it land a Zacks Rank #2 (Buy) heading into the release of its Q4 results on March 1.NIO, which rocks an “A” grade for Growth in our Style Scores system, has seen its stock skyrocket over 1,000% in the last year and 300% in the past six months. Luckily for investors who missed the ride, NIO has cooled down, up only 12% in the last three months. At roughly $55 per share, it’s down about 13% from its late January records. The recent downturn has seen it fall from overbought in terms of the Relative Strength Index to around 45—an RSI above 70 is often regarded as overbought, with any number below 30 considered oversold.NIO’s recent price performance could give it room to run if it’s able to impress Wall Street. And the stock jumped over 1% through morning trading Friday, as it bounces off its 50-day moving average. NIO shares also trade at a discount compared to other high-flyers at 12.7X forward sales, which marks a discount against Tesla’s 15.5X and comes in 25% below its own six-months highs.Three out of the nine brokerage recommendations that Zacks has for NIO come in at a “Strong Buy,” with none below a “Hold.” NIO might be worth buying as a long-term play that’s far less expensive than Tesla ($784 a share), in a world where EVs already accounted for over 30% of Volvo’s new car sales in Europe in 2020. And let’s remember that China is one of the world’s largest EV markets.CrowdStrikeCRWDCrowdStrike is a cloud-focused cybersecurity firm that utilizes machine learning and AI to protect endpoints and cloud workloads. This is crucial in the cloud age that’s full of rapidly expanding endpoints, which include laptops, desktops, smartphones, IoT devices, and more.Remote work and schooling pushed this area of the ever-growing cybersecurity space to the forefront, but it was already booming. More importantly, as devices proliferate and our digitally-connected world grows more complex, it becomes more vulnerable.CrowdStrike on February announced plans to bolster its offerings through the acquisition of Humio for $400 million—expected to close in the first quarter. Humio provides high-performance cloud log management and observability technology. The deal is set to “further expand its eXtended Detection and Response (XDR) capabilities by ingesting and correlating data from any log, application or feed to deliver actionable insights and real-time protection.”CrowdStrike, which went public in the summer of 2019, has soared nearly 280% in the past 12 months. More recently, the stock is up 65% in the last six months, and it already bounced back to new records—which it hit earlier in the week—after it slipped in mid-January.The stock is firmly a growth play at the moment, trading at 42.7X forward sales, which puts it right in line with e-commerce giant ShopifySHOP. Despite its run, the stock is not currently considered overbought, with an RSI of 64.CRWD’s positive earnings revisions help it grab a Zacks Rank #2 (Buy) at the moment, with it set to release its fourth quarter fiscal 2021 results on March 16. Meanwhile, 14 of the 19 brokerage ratings Zacks has for CRWD come in at a “Strong Buy,” with none lower than a “Hold.”Looking back, the company crushed our Q3 estimates in December, with sales up 86%. Meanwhile, its revenue is projected to jump 79% to hit $861 million in FY21 and then climb another 42% to $1.22 billion in FY22.CrowdStrike’s expected growth would come on top of FY20’s 93% sales expansion. Right now, investors in these companies have a shot at serious profits. For example, Zoom jumped 108.5% in less than 4 months while most other stocks were sinking. Our research shows that 5 cutting-edge stocks could skyrocket from the exponential increase in demand for “stay at home” technologies. This could be one of the biggest buying opportunities of this decade, especially for those who get in early.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":281,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":360651407,"gmtCreate":1613911297909,"gmtModify":1631890729831,"author":{"id":"3566893045383791","authorId":"3566893045383791","name":"juixyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/31ad405d84b0ecf326f43521a15de1d0","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3566893045383791","idStr":"3566893045383791"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hi","listText":"Hi","text":"Hi","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/360651407","repostId":"2112813609","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":193,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":360651650,"gmtCreate":1613911276870,"gmtModify":1631892923793,"author":{"id":"3566893045383791","authorId":"3566893045383791","name":"juixyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/31ad405d84b0ecf326f43521a15de1d0","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3566893045383791","idStr":"3566893045383791"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Cool","listText":"Cool","text":"Cool","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":2,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/360651650","repostId":"2112149478","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2112149478","kind":"highlight","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Reuters.com brings you the latest news from around the world, covering breaking news in markets, business, politics, entertainment and technology","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Reuters","id":"1036604489","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/443ce19704621c837795676028cec868"},"pubTimestamp":1613724786,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/2112149478?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-02-19 16:53","market":"other","language":"en","title":"Dollar slips further after disappointing jobs data, sterling shines","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2112149478","media":"Reuters","summary":"LONDON, Feb 19 (Reuters) - The U.S. dollar slipped further on Friday and the euro rebounded after di","content":"
LONDON, Feb 19 (Reuters) - The U.S. dollar slipped further on Friday and the euro rebounded after disappointing U.S. data dented optimism for a speedy recovery from the COVID-19 pandemic, while sterling edged towards the $1.40 mark.
\n
The U.S. currency had been rising as a jump in Treasury yields on the back of the so-called reflation trade encouraged investors back into the greenback.
\n
But an unexpected increase in U.S. weekly jobless claims soured the economic outlook and sent the dollar lower overnight.
\n
On Friday it traded down 0.1% against a basket of currencies, the dollar index now at 90.474.
\n
The string of soft labour data is weighing on the dollar even as other indicators have shown resilience, and as President Joe Biden's pandemic relief efforts take shape, including a proposed $1.9 trillion spending package.
\n
The euro rose 0.2% to $1.2113 . The project is 15 miles (24 km) off the coast of Massachusetts. Once constructed, it is expected to provide power to more than 400,000 Massachusetts homes.\n“We’re very pleased,” Vineyard Wind said in a statement. “We look forward to working with the agency as we launch an industry that will create thousands of good paying jobs while also taking meaningful steps to reduce the impact of climate change.”\nThe Responsible Offshore Development Alliance, a fishing industry group, said it hoped the resumption of the permitting process would provide new opportunities for the public to weigh in on the project.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":29,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":317114947,"gmtCreate":1612427623189,"gmtModify":1703761682840,"author":{"id":"3566893045383791","authorId":"3566893045383791","name":"juixyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/31ad405d84b0ecf326f43521a15de1d0","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"authorIdStr":"3566893045383791","idStr":"3566893045383791"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Sddsjjs","listText":"Sddsjjs","text":"Sddsjjs","images":[{"img":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/50ead0321ca49e4dc164788b2c5a1aba","width":"1080","height":"2709"}],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":0,"commentSize":0,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/317114947","isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":224,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":1,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0}],"hots":[{"id":361924523,"gmtCreate":1614188852062,"gmtModify":1631890729826,"author":{"id":"3566893045383791","authorId":"3566893045383791","name":"juixyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/31ad405d84b0ecf326f43521a15de1d0","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3566893045383791","authorIdStr":"3566893045383791"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hi","listText":"Hi","text":"Hi","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":3,"commentSize":4,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/361924523","repostId":"1129467108","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"1129467108","kind":"news","pubTimestamp":1614164417,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/1129467108?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-02-24 19:00","market":"us","language":"en","title":"Why J.P.

Meanwhile, its revenue is projected to jump 79% to hit $861 million in FY21 and then climb another 42% to $1.22 billion in FY22.CrowdStrike’s expected growth would come on top of FY20’s 93% sales expansion. Right now, investors in these companies have a shot at serious profits. For example, Zoom jumped 108.5% in less than 4 months while most other stocks were sinking. Our research shows that 5 cutting-edge stocks could skyrocket from the exponential increase in demand for “stay at home” technologies. Buy low
\n
Part of what upsets Orman so much about the furor over meme stocks like GameStop is it goes completely against the average investor’s interests.
\n
“All of you have your heads screwed on backwards,” she says. “All you want is for these markets to go up and up and up. What good is that going to do you?”
\n
She points out the only extra money most people have goes towardinvesting for retirementin their 401(k) or IRA plans.
\n
Because you probably don’t plan to touch that money for decades, the best long-term strategy is to buy low. That way, your dollar will go much further now, leaving plenty of room for growth over the next 20, 30 or 40 years.
\n
\n
\n<meta http-equiv=\"Content-Type\" content=\"text/html; That way, your dollar will go much further now, leaving plenty of room for growth over the next 20, 30 or 40 years.\n2. Invest on a schedule\nkatjen / Shutterstock\nWhile she prefers to buy low, Orman doesn’t recommend you stop investing completely when the market goes up.\nShe wants casual investors to not get caught up in the daily ups and downs of the market.\nIn fact, cheering for downturns now may be your best bet at getting a larger piece of very profitable investments — like some lucky investors were able to do back in 2007 and 2008.\n“When the market went down, down, down you could buy things at nothing,” says Orman. “And now look at them 15 years later.”\nShe suggests you set up a dollar-cost averaging strategy, which means you invest your money in equal portions at regular intervals, regardless of the market’s fluctuations.\nThis kind of approach is easy to implement with any of the many investing apps currently available to DIY investors.\nThere are even apps that willautomatically invest your spare changeby rounding up your debit and credit card purchases to the nearest dollar.\n3. Diversify with fractional shares\nTo help weather dips in specific corners of the market, Orman suggests you diversify your investments — balance your portfolio with investments in many different types of assets and sectors of the economy.\nOrman particularly recommends fractional-share investing. Traditional IRAs, on the other hand, aren’t taxed when you make contributions, so you’ll end up paying later.\nIf you find you need a little more guidance, working with aprofessional financial adviser, can help point you in the right direction so you can confidently ride out any market volatility.\nWhile everyone else is veering off course or overcorrecting, you’ll be firmly in the driver’s seat with your sunset years planned for.","news_type":1},"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":211,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":317189362,"gmtCreate":1612427933356,"gmtModify":1703761687413,"author":{"id":"3566893045383791","authorId":"3566893045383791","name":"juixyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/31ad405d84b0ecf326f43521a15de1d0","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3566893045383791","authorIdStr":"3566893045383791"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Qajsjdj","listText":"Qajsjdj","text":"Qajsjdj","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":2,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/317189362","repostId":"2108790417","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":129,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":361953244,"gmtCreate":1614189527288,"gmtModify":1631890729821,"author":{"id":"3566893045383791","authorId":"3566893045383791","name":"juixyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/31ad405d84b0ecf326f43521a15de1d0","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3566893045383791","authorIdStr":"3566893045383791"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hi","listText":"Hi","text":"Hi","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/361953244","repostId":"1138795890","repostType":4,"isVote":1,"tweetType":1,"viewCount":245,"authorTweetTopStatus":1,"verified":2,"comments":[],"imageCount":0,"langContent":"EN","totalScore":0},{"id":360651407,"gmtCreate":1613911297909,"gmtModify":1631890729831,"author":{"id":"3566893045383791","authorId":"3566893045383791","name":"juixyy","avatar":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/31ad405d84b0ecf326f43521a15de1d0","crmLevel":3,"crmLevelSwitch":0,"followedFlag":false,"idStr":"3566893045383791","authorIdStr":"3566893045383791"},"themes":[],"htmlText":"Hi","listText":"Hi","text":"Hi","images":[],"top":1,"highlighted":1,"essential":1,"paper":1,"likeSize":1,"commentSize":1,"repostSize":0,"link":"https://laohu8.com/post/360651407","repostId":"2112813609","repostType":4,"repost":{"id":"2112813609","kind":"highlight","weMediaInfo":{"introduction":"Reuters.com brings you the latest news from around the world, covering breaking news in markets, business, politics, entertainment and technology","home_visible":1,"media_name":"Reuters","id":"1036604489","head_image":"https://static.tigerbbs.com/443ce19704621c837795676028cec868"},"pubTimestamp":1613704801,"share":"https://www.laohu8.com/m/news/2112813609?lang=&edition=full","pubTime":"2021-02-19 11:20","market":"fut","language":"en","title":"Gold slips to over 7-month low as rising yields dent appeal","url":"https://stock-news.laohu8.com/highlight/detail?id=2112813609","media":"Reuters","summary":"Feb 19 (Reuters) - Gold prices fell to their lowest in more than seven months on Friday, on course f","content":"
Feb 19 (Reuters) - Gold prices fell to their lowest in more than seven months on Friday, on course for their worst week since the end of November, as rising U.S. Treasury yields eroded the non-yielding bullion's appeal.

Spot gold fell 0.4% to $1,769.03 per ounce by 0250 GMT, having touched its lowest since July 2 at $1,759.29 earlier in the session.
