Agreement），并表示声网希望通过XLA质量标准的发布推动RTE行业建立标准化、透明化的体验质量标准。</p>\n<p>什么是XLA？XLA又具体包含了哪些指标？曹跃在媒体分享会上进行了详细介绍：“XLA（Experience Level Agreement），即体验质量等级协议，是声网基于用户的实时互动体验，率先设计并推出的首个实时互动质量指标体系及标准，XLA包括面向开发者以及企业级客户的运维体验质量，同时也面向终端用户使用实时互动的体验质量。与电信行业服务等级协议“SLA”不同的是，XLA不仅关心实时互动的可用性和服务质量，还关注用户的体验质量，同时这也是第一个将质量保证焦点由设备转移到人的标准。”</p>\n<p>XLA主要包含四项体验指标，即5s登陆成功率、600ms视频卡顿率、200ms音频卡顿率和400ms网络延时达标率，四个指标的月度达标率（1-不达标切片总时长/月度总时长)均需超过99.5%。5s登录成功率是指登录成功耗时需小于5秒才算合格，这项指标主要考验实时互动的可用性与等待体验；600ms视频卡顿率与200ms音频卡顿率主要考验实时互动过程中流畅性体验；400ms的网络延时指标面向音视频互动的实时性，延时需低于400ms。</p>\n<p>四项指标查可验证，声网为用户提供查询和验证方式：用户可以通过声网的水晶球查询所有指标详情，还可以通过接口调用数据，自行验证。</p>\n<p>同时，声网还制定了明确的赔付标准，如有指标没有达标，声网将为企业客户进行赔付，根据具体的不达标情况，免除月度账单部分甚至全部费用。</p>\n<p>声网XLA产品经理曹跃表示，XLA的发布只是一个开始，未来声网将围绕实时互动体验质量投入更多的研发与探索。</p>\n</body></html>","source":"lanjinger_stock","collect":0,"html":"<!DOCTYPE
