href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/02618\">京东物流</a>实现了差异化运营，京东商城当前的短板是服装与化妆品类。天猫可以依靠平台丰富的资源与京东对抗，短时间内，京东和天猫可以说是谁也干不掉谁，因为各有优势，针对的群体也不同。</p><p>在电商的中低端领域，拼多多给阿里的淘宝造成了不小的冲击。拼多多的基本盘在下沉市场，但随着拼多多用户超越淘宝成为国内第一大电商平台之际，拼多多也开启了品牌向上的策略。</p><p>阿里是怎么应对拼多多的呢？阿里在有了天猫淘宝的基础上，又搞了一个“淘特”！</p><p>淘特是不是阿里最大的败笔？行业转型时的妥协产物，尤其是阿里这种躺着赚钱的传统巨头，不敢，也不愿拿核心<span>资产</span>开刀。</p><p>淘特处处学拼多多，可又学不到精髓。原因何在？因为阿里不会革自己的命，所以我们看到阿里系电商虽然没有前几年强势，但依然是国内利润最高的电商平台。</p><p>春公子之前就说过，电商是一门流量生意，但<a
