power等形成了未来自己的汽车生态系统。</span></p><h2><span>业务模式</span></h2><p><span>如今,国内新能源汽车公司如雨后春笋般出现,尽管每一家企业的商业逻辑不尽相同,但大多数依旧主打中低端市场,而蔚来汽车逐渐建立起独特的以服务用户为核心的商业模型,即“造车+用户+服务”。</span></p><h3><span><b>用户端</b></span><span>。</span></h3><p><span>蔚来汽车以汽车为中心,通过NIO APP</span></p><h3><span><b>服务端。</b></span></h3><p><span>而在线下通过遍布全国各地的NIO house体验店,进一步提升了用户的行驶和购车体验。利用“涟漪模式”效应,即利用核心用户向其周边进行口碑传播,从无到有创造了自己的核心“死忠粉”,不断拓展用户群体。</span></p><p><span></span><img /><span></span></p><p><span>蔚来汽车目前提供的服务远超4s店,车主在体验过蔚来汽车的服务之后,也会极大的增加对于蔚来汽车的客户黏性。</span></p><p><span>在销售渠道方面,蔚来汽车效仿特斯拉的直营模式,通过官方app和直营专卖店进行销售,可以充分掌握用户数据,与用户形成良好的互动,并以此为基础构建蔚来汽车基于汽车的生态链。</span></p><p><span>但与特斯拉不同是,蔚来汽车电动汽车只是“入口”,就像腾讯以微信社交为入口做游戏,最终都是要为用户创造一个基于用户圈的生态系统。</span></p><h2><span><b>卖车+服务收入。</b></span></h2><h3><span>1.</span><span><b>卖车收入。</b></span></h3><p><span>目前ES8的补贴前售价44.80-54.80万元,若采用电池租赁方案,加上补贴,顶配车型在38万元。这个定价有别于国内其他新能源汽车公司的市场定位,很显然目标是中高端市场,利润率水平是相对较高的。</span><span><b>差异化竞争策略也是蔚来汽车的一大优势。</b></span></p><p><span></span><img /><span></span></p><h3><span>2.</span><span><b>服务收入。</b></span></h3><p><span>服务收入相当可观,主要包括三个方面:电池租赁,能量无忧,服务无忧。电池租赁即ES8采用现在少付10万元、未来每个月多付1280元的电池租用政策,降低了购车门槛,同时缓解了电池可持续性问题,这与特斯拉采取的预售等策略截然相反,究其原因,是蔚来汽车的盈利和现金流压力并没有特斯拉那么大。而能量无忧与服务无忧都是在此基础上的增值服务。</span></p><h3><span>3.</span><span><b>换电模式的可行性与持续性。</b></span></h3><p><span>那么何谓换电模式?换电模式是通过更高昂的费用和缩小应用场景(车型)来换取更高的效率。</span><span><b>简而言之,就是将电池从汽车剥离</b></span><span>。</span></p><p><span></span><img src=\"https://static.tigerbbs.com/d817653f4f6670ef44a7ca63f02707d7\" /></p><h3>4.<b>两面性</b></h3><p><span>优点是,消费者将不再需要100%支付电池价格,转而通过电池租用方案、购买换电套餐等方式,实现车辆的低成本拥有和使用,购车价格的减少无疑将降低消费者的购车门槛。</span></p><p><span>缺点是,电池占整车售价的比重是很高的,车企放弃电池销售对公司营收冲击很大,并且换电模式在实际应用起来会存在很多困难,由车企主导的换电模式很难形成统一的标准,规模有限,覆盖率很成问题。</span></p><p><span>此外,国家的现行补贴标准是按照电池续航里程和电池密度等指标设定的,如果采取车电价值分离模式,意味着无法再得到补贴,在补贴尚未完全退出的时候推广这项模式,企业将更加难以控制成本。</span></p><p><span>最早推出换电模式的公司是Better Place,最终由于投资成本过高、发展过于缓慢而宣布破产。特斯拉也大力推行过换电模式,最终也因昂贵的价格和糟糕的服务体验而收场。蔚来将换电模式作为主要一个差异化竞争的策略,这种模式能持续多久还不得而知。</span></p><h2><span>行业分析</span></h2><p><span>中国新能源汽车产销量已连续三年居世界首位,从产业规模来看,2009年中国新能源汽车产销不足500辆,2018年预计将达到150万辆,近几年维持高增速增长。</span></p><p><span>根据中国汽车工业协会的数据显示,1-6月累计销售新能汽车约41.2万辆,同比增长112%。其中,造车新势力的销量为4544辆,仅占比1.3%。</span></p><p><span></span><img /><span></span></p><p><span>车道越宽,竞争当然更加激烈。这种竞争既来自传统燃油车、新能源车企,也来自国外的新能源汽车品牌,并且,目前我国新能源汽车与传统燃油车没有明显的竞争优势,与国际上先进的新能源汽车也仍然有较大差距。</span></p><p><span></span><img /><span></span></p><p><span>需注意的是,上半年有销量的造车新势力只有云度新能源汽车、电咖汽车以及小鹏汽车,而此前业内呼声比较高的蔚来汽车和威马汽车虽然旗下的新车已经上市且有订单,但此次公布的销量数据中并没有出现。上文中提到,截止8月28日,蔚来一共生产出2200台ES8,已交付1381台。</span></p><p><span>要知道,2017年全年特斯拉在华销量为1.49万辆,也仅占中国纯电动汽车市场份额的3%,其在华营收占全球总营收的17%,对于刚刚量产的蔚来汽车来说可谓路漫漫其修远兮。</span></p><p><span>然而,特斯拉在华全系车型价格大涨会对其在华销量造成不利影响,而这对国内中高档新能源汽车是个利好机会,蔚来汽车正是瞄准了国内中高端市场的空当。</span></p><h2><span>热门车型参数</span></h2><p><span></span><img /><span></span></p><p><span>不论是车型定位还是价格区间,差异化竞争一直是蔚来汽车的核心观念。尤其是定价,国产新能源汽车价格一般是从20-30万不等,或者更低。特斯拉牢牢占据着高端市场,而蔚来选择进军40-50万的中端市场还是相对明智的。</span></p><h2>财务事件</h2><p>2019年9月24日蔚来汽车发布19Q2财报,在营收超预期(15.08亿元vs预期13.09亿元)的情况下,亏损较去年同期增长83%至32.85亿美元(vs预期29.44亿元),成本超支、业务现金流低于预期等因素导致蔚来股价于财报当日暴跌20%。<img href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/300750\">宁德时代</a>的曾毓群到比亚迪二股东吕向阳,都身家暴涨,站到了聚光灯下;还有许多各省市的新晋首富们,都和锂电产业链有关。</p>\n<p>新能源的这一波造富热潮,似乎比房地产和互联网更快更猛。而人们不确定的是,新能源时代的传奇,能比两个行业更持久还是更短暂?</p>\n<h2>突然的暴富</h2>\n<p>在比亚迪迈入万亿俱乐部后,王传福身家也水涨船高,以1万亿市值计算,王传福17.64%的股权对应的身价已超过1800亿元。</p>\n<p>此外,原本低调的吕向阳也一夜成名。吕向阳是比亚迪的第二大股东,王传福的表哥。 根据比亚迪最新的股东列表,截至今年5月20日,吕向阳合计持有比亚迪3.93亿股,占亚迪总股本的13.51%,仅次于王传福的17.64%。</p>\n<p>目前吕向阳实际所持的<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/01211\">比亚迪股份</a>,价值超过1300亿元,坐上了2022年广州首富的宝座。身价相当于1.8个何小鹏、或2.6个许家印。</p>\n<p>20多年前,吕向阳在王传福创业的艰难时期,分别投下两笔250万、1660万元的资金,从此与比亚迪深度绑定,最终为他带来今日的财富。</p>\n<p>而另一家万亿之王宁德时代,更是一部快速造富机器。据 2022 新财富 500 富人榜,宁德时代的曾毓群和黄世霖首次进入该榜前 10 名,今年,除了曾毓群和黄世霖位居前十,宁德时代的裴振华、李平、陈琼香、吴映明等4名自然人股东均上榜,6人总财富达6700亿元。其中曾毓群以 3348.2 亿元排名第二,仅次于全国首富钟睒睒,“二马”也只得屈居其后。</p>\n<p>不仅如此,宁德时代概念股中还有 37 href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/LI\">理想汽车</a>创始人李想、蔚来汽车创始人李斌、以及最近冲击港股IPO的威马汽车创始人沈晖。</p>\n<p>可以说,以上这些人几乎都是在这两三年就间突然暴富,身家从几百亿到上千亿,是他们从未想过的梦境一般的人生;而他们,也都曾经历过创业的艰难和过程中的迷茫,但坚持和赌到现在,让他们赶上了新能源的好时候,得到了时代的馈赠。</p>\n<h2>新能源之火</h2>\n<p>宁德时代和比亚迪、特斯拉们的造富故事,映射了一个新黄金行业的崛起。</p>\n<p>2020 年以来,随着 “双碳” 战略的实施和新能源汽车市场的持续火爆,光伏和锂电行业出现了量价齐升的盛况,尤其是锂电产业,造就了宁德时代、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/002812\">恩捷股份</a>、<a href=\"https://laohu8.com/S/01772\">赣锋锂业</a>等一众千亿甚至万亿的巨头,也把背后的曾毓群、李晓明、李良彬等人推向了福建、云南和江西等省级的首富。</p>\n<p>作为中国民营经济发展的晴雨表,各类富豪榜真切、直观地反映了经济和产业的兴衰,就在2018 年位居全球第一。新能源汽车已进入放量期。</p>\n<p>时代的车轮滚滚向前,带领人们发掘出一片新的“白色金矿”,也让许多人因此暴富。正被投资者捧入万亿市值的比亚迪、宁德时代,快速的造梦故事从此而生;一年飙涨十倍的碳酸锂,无数的人也为之疯狂。</p>\n<p>不过巴菲特曾言,“别人恐惧时我贪婪,别人贪婪时我恐惧”,狂热中往往也隐含着风险,新能源产业链的暴涨,还能持续多久?那些轻易上升的身家财富,又能留下多少?</p>\n<p>无论是锂矿、电池厂商还是车企、自动驾驶公司,他们的股价和身家暴涨,全部都是来自于新能源政策的支持、消费需求的爆发,去年350万辆的销售,是这一切的基础。</p>\n<p>但现在,值得警惕的是,新能源产业链的各个环节都出现了“大跃进”的现象,产能规划和输出都是天量级别。</p>\n<p>首先是上游的锂矿行业。这两年高锂价让矿企吃到了红利,各矿场也在积极扩产,全球产能大增。招行研究院预测,2023-2025 年,随着产能快速释放,供给将大于需求,锂价会出现阶段性回落,这会影响如今高涨的锂矿企业股价预期。</p>\n<p>中层的电池商,装机榜单的TOP10也基本上是老面孔,已进入存量竞争,宁王的时市场份额也在下滑。而在市值快速冲上万亿之后,宁德时代和比亚迪还有多大的增长空间?</p>\n<p>终端车企的竞争更为惨烈。蔚小理等新势力层出不穷,老牌车企迅速加入电动车战团,<a /><span></span></p><p><span>蔚来汽车目前提供的服务远超4s店,车主在体验过蔚来汽车的服务之后,也会极大的增加对于蔚来汽车的客户黏性。</span></p><p><span>在销售渠道方面,蔚来汽车效仿特斯拉的直营模式,通过官方app和直营专卖店进行销售,可以充分掌握用户数据,与用户形成良好的互动,并以此为基础构建蔚来汽车基于汽车的生态链。</span></p><p><span>但与特斯拉不同是,蔚来汽车电动汽车只是“入口”,就像腾讯以微信社交为入口做游戏,最终都是要为用户创造一个基于用户圈的生态系统。</span></p><h2><span><b>卖车+服务收入。</b></span></h2><h3><span>1.</span><span><b>卖车收入。</b></span></h3><p><span>目前ES8的补贴前售价44.80-54.80万元,若采用电池租赁方案,加上补贴,顶配车型在38万元。这个定价有别于国内其他新能源汽车公司的市场定位,很显然目标是中高端市场,利润率水平是相对较高的。</span><span><b>差异化竞争策略也是蔚来汽车的一大优势。</b></span></p><p><span></span><img /></p><h3>4.<b>两面性</b></h3><p><span>优点是,消费者将不再需要100%支付电池价格,转而通过电池租用方案、购买换电套餐等方式,实现车辆的低成本拥有和使用,购车价格的减少无疑将降低消费者的购车门槛。</span></p><p><span>缺点是,电池占整车售价的比重是很高的,车企放弃电池销售对公司营收冲击很大,并且换电模式在实际应用起来会存在很多困难,由车企主导的换电模式很难形成统一的标准,规模有限,覆盖率很成问题。</span></p><p><span>此外,国家的现行补贴标准是按照电池续航里程和电池密度等指标设定的,如果采取车电价值分离模式,意味着无法再得到补贴,在补贴尚未完全退出的时候推广这项模式,企业将更加难以控制成本。</span></p><p><span>最早推出换电模式的公司是Better Place,最终由于投资成本过高、发展过于缓慢而宣布破产。特斯拉也大力推行过换电模式,最终也因昂贵的价格和糟糕的服务体验而收场。蔚来将换电模式作为主要一个差异化竞争的策略,这种模式能持续多久还不得而知。</span></p><h2><span>行业分析</span></h2><p><span>中国新能源汽车产销量已连续三年居世界首位,从产业规模来看,2009年中国新能源汽车产销不足500辆,2018年预计将达到150万辆,近几年维持高增速增长。</span></p><p><span>根据中国汽车工业协会的数据显示,1-6月累计销售新能汽车约41.2万辆,同比增长112%。其中,造车新势力的销量为4544辆,仅占比1.3%。</span></p><p><span></span><img And that would be sometime in the next 12 to 18 months. We would do that opportunistically based on market conditions. So standby on that. That’s going to be our plan. The plant is the linchpin in Nikola beginning to address a backlog of semi-truck orders reportedly north of 14,000. The two companies will not work together to produce Nikola’s pickup truck, the Badger. Under the revised terms of the new non-binding agreement, GM will supply its Hydrotec fuel-cell system for Nikola’s commercial semi-trucks.\nNikola’s shares plunged 26% on the session. Shares fell another 6% in pre-market trading on Tuesday as investors reassessed the company’s near-term prospects.\nDan Ives of Wedbush Securities told clients in a note the news “will be viewed as a clear negative.”\n“This went from a game changer deal for Nikola to a good supply partnership but nothing to write home about and the Street will be disappointed accordingly along with lingering lockup worries,” Ives wrote.\nIves reiterated his Underperform rating and $15 price target on Nikola’s stock.\nInvestor attention now turns to new Nikola CEO and veteran manufacturing executive Mark Russell, who will have to likely move faster than he would have liked to raise fresh capital.\n“We have said in our investor materials for some time — most of the year actually — we would do one more capital raise that would involve an equity raise. And that would be sometime in the next 12 to 18 months. We would do that opportunistically based on market conditions. So standby on that. That’s going to be our plan.
