财报说几百遍无循环贷款问题，按照那时候的油价所测算的财务模型可以支撑到四季度，财报显示年初3千万桶(去年生产总量的75%)原油与39.%的天然气获得衍生价格保护，石油的衍生品价格保护为59.9美元每桶，天然气为2.75美元，来保证今年的现金流，保护循环贷款。管理层故意不支付1300万，而使循环贷款的十亿美元无法获得。

美国有着非常强言论自由与法律约束，法院没有那么容易被渗透。如果美股没有很强的司法体系作为约束是不可能发展成这样的。我不认为受损失的大小股东会跟管理层善罢甘休。
