人效相当高呀，就一个小摊，下单流程全自助化，大部分门店平时一个人就能支撑了。门店成本也相当低，因为就一个摊点，写字楼小角落给块地，远比其他品牌开在商场便宜多了。随着品牌议价实力的增强，以后租金成本会越来越低。

这种一两个两三人的小店.人员管理特别困难.基本上没办法做到严格管控.人员流失率非常高.同时房租.装修折旧.这种小门店品牌再强也没什么议价能力.
