Vaccine sales will last for a year or 2 but after that, the pipeline for the next product at least few years to be approve to generate yearly revenue. Moderna has many research in the pipeline but just one approved product. 

Typical Vaccine take about 10 years to get approve so dont expect all to be fast track.
