Apparently, Virgin’s spacecraft deviated from its registered and Air-Traffic-Control cleared flight path. The company toldThe New Yorkerthat it didn’t immediately inform the FAA that, for one minute and 41 seconds, the spacecraft had flown outside of the designated area. The same is true withSeeking Alpha, whose survey of 11 analysts shows an average price target of&nbsp;$34.09, or a little over 38% higher. Lastly,Tiprank&nbsp;scites 11 analysts with an average target of&nbsp;$36.30, more than 47% higher.\nSo, everyone is in agreement — SPCE is likely to rise. But the only problem is the company is losing money at a high rate.
