Something just isn't right with Endo International

I'm glad i haven't bought this.....but was thinking today while driving ( and today's action affirms ) that something just isn't right with this.

$Teva Pharmaceutical(TEVA)$ Teva is a $10 stock and when it is ( and still is ) $Endo International PLC(ENDP)$ Endo is $6.

But Endo is not $6 and they've been settling. I just feel like restructuring will drop like a bomb one day in a way still not favorable to shareholders.

It just doesn't smell right.
