$Altimeter Growth Corp.(AGC)$ seems to me that the same person or group pushing up the price is the same pushing it down. Because there are few buyers / low momentum right now. Someone mentioned 3.5 billion grab shares after merger. Can anyone post that info pls? So does that mean the company valuation divided by the number of shares? 39 billion (valuation) divided by 3.5 billion shares is around 11? Someone educate me pls. Thanks. I think the pump will come after the merger. Just my opinion. Not research based.
