It's sticking with its Buy rating and $40 price target, now implying 12% upside.</p>\n<p>Jefferies has a Hold and observes that volumes of PC and printers fell year-over-year, but sales sustained growth on a value basis amid a mix shift to the high end (graphics, industrial applications).</p>\n<p>Cowen is at Market Perform and noted a strong backlog driving some sustainable sales in PCs. It's expecting component shortage through at least the first half of 2022.
