Inflation, inflation, inflation. But US policy makers continue to print more money thinking that inflation will somehow fade away coz employment is up and wages are up. The reality is, prices of most basic necessities are up much more. That was driven home this past week with news that the consumer price index had jumped 0.9% in October, bringing the year-over-year increase to 6.2%, the most in more than three decades.
