$SoFi Technologies(SOFI.US)$ Do not panic, overreact and worry about the secondary offering announced after market, there is "no dilution". As regards to why such announcement made, could be year end, accounting, internal transfer deals etc. i am overall bullish on the long term prospect of Sofi and buying on weakness , just sit and wait for bank charter to be announced.
