$Quantumscape Corp.(QS)$ Scorpion capital report was considered a crisis during the history of Quantumscape. Everybody sold. Fear drives people to sell when people should be buying. Opportunities come during crisis. Quantumscape hasn't make any moves up yet. I guess fear is still here. Perhaps announcement of 10 layers interim results or decision of location of factory in Germany might take those fears away or perhaps mass production is coming being announced will take those fears away but by that time the stock price might not be this low anymore.
