Grab is very big in Asia with a customer base in multiple countries of over 650 million people so far. And markets expanding. Grab also provides insurance and banking needs (Grab $ accounts) thru the phone aps which of course supports the business of deliveries and ride service.

I see this move to the NYSE a stepping stone to expanding into ME, Africa, India at least. I work international in these countries were Grab is king.
