$CapitaLandInves(9CI.SI)$...is mixed bag, of unexciting but income generating REITs and promising assets / funds management, plus wildcard hospitality business trust.

So does it have both the success legacy of CapitaLand and the prospect of the likes of $BlackRock(BLK)$and$Brookfield Asset Management, Inc.(BAMKF)$?

From start it looks and acts promising to me. So I am in for it.
