TSM is not the only one building foundries in the US. Intel and Samsung are also building foundries in the US. Samsung is reportedly choosing Texas as location. I
believe they should have already ordered ASML's equipments for their new factories as the waiting line is getting longer and longer. I also think more and more smaller players will be buying from ASML to keep up with the giants.
