Need to have positive & outstanding news to break the ice! From 12+ straight down to 7+ doesn’t reflect any good on Tiger. To keep the trust & faith of all the holding on investors, Tiger need to do things upright & give proper indications of its direction otherwise it will just flop the trust on real investors & those using its trading platform.
