Dangers of over trading

Have been using tiger trades for a while now and it has been quite interesting and a great learning experience for me.

However I noticed that I am starting to get aaddicted to trading. Which was not my original intention.

I planned to do investment for mid to long term and only on stable profitable companies.

But now I keep on checking in to see what is the happenings and what is the latest meme stock in play.

Punting away and it is become more like gambling in a casino then investing.

Hopefully I will be able to overcome this addictive habit of speculation and start to do more safe investment for my future.
