While we recognize that QuantumScape has many valuable employees who have been a critical part of QuantumScape’s success, we believe that Mr. Singh’s leadership as its founder and in guiding the Company through anumber of recent financial and operational accomplishments, and our selected key service providers’ contributions to those accomplishments, have been instrumental in the Company’s development.
