Many SG REITs dropping. Started about 2-3 weeks ago already! This one was one of the first to lead then others followed suit dropped like grapes. All my SG REITs have been badly affected but this one

  during times like this, not the other way round. They should do well together with financials. So I think it’s due to something else. Maybe real estate overheat? Or maybe China Evergrande?

  market is rising interest rates fears, the most affected are growth stocks that borrow a lot so investors rotate their investments out. REITs are slow stocks. I would think they would be safer bets
