gb=\"\" helvetica=\"\" neue=\"\" normal=\"\" rgb=\"\" sans=\"\" sans-serif=\"\" sc=\"\" ui=\"\" yahei=\"\"><span>当时我和大家说，没关系，这个阶段只要让足够多的用户知道我们，把数据跑出来就可以去融下一轮，到时候我们再优化。</span></p><p arial=\"\" border-box=\"\" break-word=\"\" gb=\"\" helvetica=\"\" neue=\"\" normal=\"\" rgb=\"\" sans=\"\" sans-serif=\"\" sc=\"\" ui=\"\" yahei=\"\"><span><strong><span>可我的合伙人却极力反对，他说数据这么差，说明你的想法就是一坨屎，要按这个情况烧下去，过不了几天公司就会被你耗死。</span></strong></span></p><p arial=\"\" border-box=\"\" break-word=\"\" gb=\"\" helvetica=\"\" neue=\"\" rgb=\"\" sans=\"\" sans-serif=\"\" sc=\"\" ui=\"\" yahei=\"\"><span>推广效果不好，我当初设想的很多事情并没跑起来，我能感觉到有哪里不对，但就是不知道问题出在哪。</span></p><p arial=\"\" border-box=\"\" break-word=\"\" gb=\"\" helvetica=\"\" neue=\"\" normal=\"\" rgb=\"\" sans=\"\" sans-serif=\"\" sc=\"\" ui=\"\" yahei=\"\"><span><strong><span>原来，创业最难的不是开始，也不是结束，而是做到一大半的时候发现事情远远不像开始时那么理想，又没有糟糕到需要果断结束的地步。 </span></strong></span></p><p yahei=\"\"><span>然后有一天，有朋友给我介绍了一位创业成功的老前辈。面对老前辈，我像个小学生一样，描述了创业一路走来的故事。</span></p><p arial=\"\" border-box=\"\" break-word=\"\" gb=\"\" helvetica=\"\" neue=\"\" normal=\"\" rgb=\"\" sans=\"\" sans-serif=\"\" sc=\"\" ui=\"\" yahei=\"\"><span>很惊奇的是，前辈居然赞美了我的产品，他说：</span></p><p arial=\"\" border-box=\"\" break-word=\"\" gb=\"\" helvetica=\"\" neue=\"\" normal=\"\" rgb=\"\" sans=\"\" sans-serif=\"\" sc=\"\" ui=\"\" yahei=\"\"><span><strong><span>“其实你选的创业方向特别好，只是你的聪明没用对地方。当年我和你一样，看了那么多创业鸡汤，还不是被虐成落汤鸡，打了那么多创业鸡血，还不是被打得血淋淋。”</span></strong></span></p><p arial=\"\" border-box=\"\" helvetica=\"\" neue=\"\" normal=\"\" rgb=\"\" sans=\"\" sans-serif=\"\" sc=\"\" ui=\"\" yahei=\"\"><span>他接着说：“我们那个年代，都是自己摸着石头过河，没啥经验可以学的，我刚开始失败了好几回，后来我才发现，创业这东西，有很多东西都是有标准解法的。</span></p><p arial=\"\" yahei=\"\"><span><strong><span>这么说吧，就像学音乐和美术一样，最开始的基本功是有确定的方法论的，这些方法可以让我们迅速的做到60分。60分以上的部分，才谈得上拼天分、格局和决策力。</span></strong></span></p><p arial=\"\" border-box=\"\" break-word=\"\" gb=\"\" yahei=\"\"><span><span>临走的时候，前辈给我发了我一个链接，还说：</span><strong><span>“我们这些人烧了很多很多钱得到的确定的创业理论，如果你能提前学到，就没必要自己去摸索啊。”</span></strong></span></p><p arial=\"\" border-box=\"\" break-word=\"\" gb=\"\" helvetica=\"\" neue=\"\" normal=\"\" rgb=\"\" sans=\"\" sans-serif=\"\" sc=\"\" ui=\"\" yahei=\"\"><span>刚开始我们花钱做了很多媒体推广，数据非常好，但好景不长，很快就急转直下。</span></p><p arial=\"\" border-box=\"\" break-word=\"\" gb=\"\" helvetica=\"\" neue=\"\" normal=\"\" rgb=\"\" sans=\"\" sans-serif=\"\" sc=\"\" ui=\"\" yahei=\"\"><span>当时我和大家说，没关系，这个阶段只要让足够多的用户知道我们，把数据跑出来就可以去融下一轮，到时候我们再优化。</span></p><p arial=\"\" yahei=\"\"><span><strong><span>可我的合伙人却极力反对，他说数据这么差，说明你的想法就是一坨屎，要按这个情况烧下去，过不了几天公司就会被你耗死。</span></strong></span></p><p arial=\"\" border-box=\"\" break-word=\"\" gb=\"\" helvetica=\"\" neue=\"\" yahei=\"\"><span>然后有一天，有朋友给我介绍了一位创业成功的老前辈。面对老前辈，我像个小学生一样，描述了创业一路走来的故事。</span></p><p arial=\"\" border-box=\"\" break-word=\"\" gb=\"\" helvetica=\"\" neue=\"\" normal=\"\" rgb=\"\" sans=\"\" sans-serif=\"\" sc=\"\" ui=\"\" yahei=\"\"><span>很惊奇的是，前辈居然赞美了我的产品，他说：</span></p><p arial=\"\" border-box=\"\" break-word=\"\" gb=\"\" helvetica=\"\" neue=\"\" normal=\"\" rgb=\"\" sans=\"\" 三、破碎和重生然后有一天，有朋友给我介绍了一位创业成功的老前辈。面对老前辈，我像个小学生一样，描述了创业一路走来的故事。很惊奇的是，前辈居然赞美了我的产品，他说：“其实你选的创业方向特别好，只是你的聪明没用对地方。当年我和你一样，看了那么多创业鸡汤，还不是被虐成落汤鸡，打了那么多创业鸡血，还不是被打得血淋淋。”我顿时被戳中。他接着说：“我们那个年代，都是自己摸着石头过河，没啥经验可以学的，我刚开始失败了好几回，后来我才发现，创业这东西，有很多东西都是有标准解法的。这么说吧，就像学音乐和美术一样，最开始的基本功是有确定的方法论的，这些方法可以让我们迅速的做到60分。60分以上的部分，才谈得上拼天分、格局和决策力。临走的时候，前辈给我发了我一个链接，还说：“我们这些人烧了很多很多钱得到的确定的创业理论，如果你能提前学到，就没必要自己去摸索啊。”我像抓住了救命稻草一样，立刻开始学习链接的课程。没过几天，我豁然开朗。之前那种感觉不对劲，但是说不出来问题在哪的憋屈感全消失了。一个个问题清晰的摆在了面前，我知道了错在哪里
