$KEPPEL DC REIT(AJBU.SI)$Finalised an agreement with M1 to form a company called NetCo to acquire network assets of M1 for S$580 million.. 

Keppel DC will subscribe to a S$88.7 million bond for 15 years. In return, it will be paid S$11 million annually (principal + interest) for 15 years. 

In addition, Keppel DC will also subscribe to S$1 million in preferencial shares of NetCo.
