So here is my prediction for what it is worth. The big volume we saw early disappeared after the Circuit Breaker. Since then it has been a decline. Mostly the same stocks getting passed around, as well a few panic sells that added volume. After 3:45est they won't Circuit Break this stock. My theory is all those heavy volume traders will come back at the end of the day when the momentum
