  天猫的市场份额在三年里已经被京东蚕食了15%，在可以预见的未来还会继续被蚕食，淘宝连阿里巴巴自己都要放弃了，菜鸟说好听是整合资源，说难听就是雁过拔毛加个收费站。而阿里巴巴的其他业务除了阿里云未来增长点比较明显其他基本不能看，所以阿里巴巴美股第一大空仓不是白喊的。
