It basically means that it is reducing its stake inthe other companies. Yet it cause FUD in its other stake such as ‌$PINDUODUO ADR R(0A2S.UK)$‌ and ‌$KUAISHOU-W(01024)$‌ when nothing has been announced yet! ‌$Lion-OCBC Sec HSTECH S$(HST.SI)$‌
